Good Food, well behaved staff , clean and big room.

It's far from most of the tourist places, so for leisure tourist It's a good option but if u want to explore most of the important tourist destination then u have to be prepare to spare little more time in travel.

Location is superb. Staff are very friendly and cooperative .

Didn't feel that my room (304) was worth the price I had paid for, specially after my wonderful experience at another hotel the day previous to my check in at this hotel and that too, for half the price. This room did not have shampoo, nor did it provide any dental kit in the bathroom. The hair dryer was not provided. Mini bar wasn't provided , there were very little TV channels, no English news channels at all, which was pretty frustrating. I mean nothing to entertain you on TV if you decided to spend an evening in your room with room service. The curtain had stains on it and the view outside was not great. I just felt a little disappointed for the price I paid.

Great rooms on the 2nd floor. Note however that rooms on 3rd & 4th floor were decent but not as good as on the 2nd floor. The hotel manager was extremely friendly & helpful.

Breakfast spread could have been better. The restaurant on the 1st floor was a mixed bag.

I arrived very early and was allowed to check in without an extra fee! Hotel staff arranged tours for North and South. They also booked a train ticket to Hampi for me. Great location across from the train station. Very clean quiet road through a field to walk from the station. Excellent stay!

The rooms are big and comfortable , swimming pool is great everything is about the room is good.

Room key not working , Tv recharge not done we literally did it in the night that's unexpected from such a big hotel, food is ok rates are reasonable , breakfast is limited to south Indian menu nothing fancy about it it's just plain old Udupi restaurant , staff is helpful location wise if you are driving it's far but by train it's bang opposite madgoan station , markets and other areas are far not walkable distance.

Food was very Good, nice staff as well.

Just one thing, one of the staff member tried to open our door with master key, when we were inside room.. We dint complain bcoz it was by mistake by him.. Sodont wanted to create an issue. But they need to be careful. Everything else was superb at stay.

Breakfast is very tasty.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Though not too many items, but the food was tasty. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Time needs to be maintained. Check in process took time. We had to wait for about 1 hour for check-in, this is even after we had confirmed booking.

The Hotel Laxmi empire is very great and most beautiful hotel in Goa and food is delicious and location is very good for travelers opp madgaon railway station and staff is very cooperative and nature is good of staff when we have going to Goa next trip again stay in hotel Laxmi empire
