Staff are very courteous and helpful. Always welcoming with a smile.

Their tv sports channel showed English commentary relay for IPL. But 3rd day onwards switched to hindi. Even the engineers could not connect to their operators who were responsible for the sports channel being displayed in english.

Very close to Juhu beach, at a walkable distance of 5 minutes. This property encourages environment friendly behavior. I highly appreciate the guidelines mentioned related to water and towel usage. There are guidelines related to AC temperature, and it was also mentioned that we can even open the windows to have fresh air. Opening windows automatically switches off AC for energy conservation.

Price is sightly on the higher side. Food is also costly, although quality and taste was amazing.

Breakfast was not too fancy, but quality of food was good. Place is pretty old-tech, nothing new and glitzy. But staff are v helpful and accommodating, and we had a comfortable stay. Everything worked as we hoped. Just thought it was priced a little high, given there's not much in terms of luxury. But the location is the reason, I guess.

A very nice property, well located, close to Juhu chowpati, and had all the facilities.

Construction on the adjacent plot with heavy machinery moving around. It was very loud from morning to late afternoon. It would have been really good if the room was provided on the other side. It is something beyond the property's control and I hope the construction is over soon.

Breakfast was good. Location was ok. Good experience.

On our last night my son accidentally dropped water bottle which was kept in the room and it broke. At the time of checkout we were fined Rs 600 (Rupees Six hundred) for the broken water bottle. I think that the water bottle cost is too high. I suggest the management to put cheaper water bottle in the room

We had an amazing stay at Regenta Place The Emerald.The reception team was absolutely brilliant. All the gigly ladies were brilliant. The manager was also down to earth person. Good hotel to stay. The deluxe apartment type room had all the facilities, even to cook at your room, microwave oven to pre heat food etc.. The Superior room was normal without such facility. The hotel is clean. The breakfast was too good with good service.

The centralized AC should be monitored regularly.

Location, Juhu street vendors, shops cafes, restaurants and bars are all within a couple of minutes walk.
