Breakfast food and staff great. Room was fine, the cleaner was very good.

Tried to book taxi for airport for next day. I was told to book in the morning. I specifically said to Abhishek I wanted the cheap taxi from the street and NOT JWM taxi. Abhishek said that would be fine, they will book me one in the morning. However, on the day they gave me JWM taxi (blue in colour) looked like any other taxi on street! Not even a posh one! But the price was 1400rs compared to the one I would have got from the street for 375 pre. I had told them I wanted it from the street, they said their guards would call me one! I only found out how expensive it was when I was on the way to airport! Don’t trust concierge staff! They are useless and unreliable.

Breakfast was really good and the staff were exceptional. Housekeeping did an amazing job each day. Special shout out to Nandu for his work! The driver organised by the hotel was really lovely. Thank you so much to Dharamveer for being an excellent, patient and skilful driver.

The checkin staff could have better explained that our discount on restaurant would only be applied if charged to the room. The hotel should have larger vehicles. The BYD SUV was quite small and uncomfortable for day journeys with four adults. Further, there was inconsistencies with applying the discounts due to my membership - for example, the spa applied it and then posted to the room, where as food and beverage the discount was shown on the invoice. This made the bill confusing and I recommend consistency in this process.

The hotel is truly awesome and offers an outstanding experience with a nice view of Juhu beach. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, providing a wide variety of delicious options to choose from that cater to all tastes. Furthermore, the staff members are incredibly helpful, always going out of their way to assist guests with any needs or inquiries, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room is very tiny, with almost no space to move around. If 3 people stay in a room with suitcases, they should have some rooms with queen beds for 3 people or recommend a junior suite for 3 adults. I did not expect an Indian hotel to have such a tiny room; it almost felt like I was in NY. Also, Juhu Beach is very dirty, full of plastic, and almost not walkable. I know it's a public beach, but at least they should take some initiative to clean the beach area in front of the hotel.

I Hope the prices should be less than what we predicted... I stayed here 7-8 years ago when prices were reasonable good , around USD 200 per night including extras,,,, This time around we paid USD 322 per night. As we are from Hong Kong and we hope cannot afford as much as the Western countries can as them the prices should be no issues.

What a hotel! My husband and I stayed here along with my mother and had the best time! Firstly, the staff are amazing. Very helpful and attentive! It was our honeymoon and they decorated it and had a delicious cake in our room for us - such a thoughtful touch ! The breakfast Is unreal - so much choice and so yummy - the Indian options especially! Our room was lovely, big and spacious, bathroom was huge with lots of space. We would definitely stay here again when we are next in India!

We stayed JW Marriot for 14 nights. Everything was lovely experience from the breakfast buffet amazing choices of different types of eggs to cakes to all selections of fruits amazing dragon fruit and watermelon chiku. Tea fresh juice I really enjoyed the pineapple ones. Saloni checked us in she was very good she did say she would check if they could get us a suite as we were staying for some time but didn’t hear anything back. Michelle we also asked her as she came directly to us if we needed anything if suite available as we were staying for 14 nights given it was long time there would be something they could provide us with however She never came back to us she said she will inform us one or two hours when we saw her again she walked away at least she would have told us nothing is available and not kept avoiding us something for Michelle to improve in her skills . Special thanks to pankaj manger downstairs breakfast he was always helpful and his team always at your service. I don’t remember all the names but thanks to the tea man and the crew. The chefs all came to tables to see if were ok and if we needed anything they cut you fruits like dragon fruits etc. Rohit from upstairs executive lounge was always helpful and his team always smiling and happy to help. Lovely experience at the lounge and cocktails worth the package. Housekeeper Gaurav was always helpful and always left the room clean. Kaushal front desk very helpful during our check out to. The staff in the security always helpful Priti as well as the pool staff. And you can go to the beach from the pool area . The gym facilities and sauna and jacuzzi is lovely women men are separate. I just think when people are getting food from the breakfast buffet you have to think before you get extra As People are always wasting food and it’s not right given the homeless people we have in this world not just Mumbai. If you like 1st time you can always go for seconds it’s a buffet. I would return to stay

We loved the location and the property is beautiful. Restaurants are great esp Lotus! Sunday brunch was awesome!

Overall, I'm satisfied, but there are a couple of opportunities for enhancement. Upgrading the hallway carpets would be a nice touch. Furthermore, although the beach is public, it would be beneficial for the hotel to maintain the cleanliness of the beach area directly adjacent to the property.

The room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were very good with lots of variety. The staff were friendly and provided a good service. The location of the hotel is good on Juhu beach. The swimming pool was good, with a good pool bar. This is a large hotel with lots of good facilities.

We felt that the dinner, transportation and spa services were a little too expensive. There were no sun beds on the beach or near to the beach that we could use.

Our stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu Beach was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Despite not opting for a pool or sea view, we were treated to stunning vistas of the city and partial sea views, which added to the charm of our stay. The breakfast spread was beyond compare, leaving us with no desires unmet. The variety and quality of dishes were outstanding, ensuring a delightful start to each day. And when it came to dinner, the buffet exceeded our expectations with its diverse offerings and impeccable food quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Overall, our experience at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu Beach was nothing short of exceptional. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Mumbai.

I've been in more appealing lounges, but that's more due to the fact that a renovation seems overdue.

Gorgeous hotel right in Juhu. Breakfast selection amazing. Only one time I thought something needed a bit more taste and the staff were right onto it. Best breakfast here. Lovely atmosphere with flute player and staff were brilliant mostly. Executive lounge offerings were really tasty and they had an impressive selection of tasty food and free drinks, which makes it great valie.

Not much really. Maybe a better pool service as did not seem to be much here to eat and drink whilst at the pool but cannot really fault it. Sometimes waiting staff were a. bit slow and forgot my orders but to be fair they were very busy. They are eager to please and you can see that.
