Breakfast food and staff great. Room was fine, the cleaner was very good.

Tried to book taxi for airport for next day. I was told to book in the morning. I specifically said to Abhishek I wanted the cheap taxi from the street and NOT JWM taxi. Abhishek said that would be fine, they will book me one in the morning. However, on the day they gave me JWM taxi (blue in colour) looked like any other taxi on street! Not even a posh one! But the price was 1400rs compared to the one I would have got from the street for 375 pre. I had told them I wanted it from the street, they said their guards would call me one! I only found out how expensive it was when I was on the way to airport! Don’t trust concierge staff! They are useless and unreliable.

The pool and the variety of restaurant options was really good. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We requested was a change of room to have ocean view. The duty manager Mr Jude Martin was very helpful and ensured our request was met even during his busy schedule. All other junior staff also was very and made us feel at home. Saffron restaurant food was just superb. We also loved the pan Asian restaurant food… sushi was really amazing. Pool was clean and enjoyed my time with my family there. Beach access directly from property.

We had a change of room to have ocean view. The was really accommodating but the room we got was smoking room. Even with air purifier the smoke smell remained throughout our stay. Dinner food at lotus was not very appealing, good options though. Pricey

Breakfast was really good and the staff were exceptional. Housekeeping did an amazing job each day. Special shout out to Nandu for his work! The driver organised by the hotel was really lovely. Thank you so much to Dharamveer for being an excellent, patient and skilful driver.

The checkin staff could have better explained that our discount on restaurant would only be applied if charged to the room. The hotel should have larger vehicles. The BYD SUV was quite small and uncomfortable for day journeys with four adults. Further, there was inconsistencies with applying the discounts due to my membership - for example, the spa applied it and then posted to the room, where as food and beverage the discount was shown on the invoice. This made the bill confusing and I recommend consistency in this process.

During our stay in the Royal Beach Suite, two consummate professionals—Abhishek front office, and Mr Yadav Director operations—perceived, with almost preternatural intuition, that something in our demeanour betrayed a hint of disappointment. Rather than offer perfunctory apologies, they orchestrated a transcendent gesture: an immediate, complimentary elevation to the Presidential Suite. What followed felt less like an upgrade and more like a revelation. Cocooned in palatial grandeur—sun-lit living spaces, silken upholstery, and an unobstructed horizon of Arabian Sea—we watched our children’s eyes widen to the dimensions of the skyline itself. Joy became the suite’s unofficial fragrance; every corridor smelled of possibility. The magic didn’t end at the threshold. Across the hotel, excellence appeared to be the lingua franca. In the restaurants, chefs composed plates the way maestros conduct overtures—each bite a crescendo of flavour. Housekeeping, concierge, and even the pool area attendants seemed choreographed in a ballet of thoughtful precision, anticipating needs before they were voiced. I travel often—most recently to the JW Marriott in Hanoi and the serene outpost in the Maldives—yet Mumbai’s property stands taller by virtue of its symphony of impeccable service and genuine warmth. Where others impress, this hotel inspires. If luxury were a summit, JW Marriott Mumbai would already be flying its flag at the peak. -- B N Reddy

Everything was amazing, but stand-outs were staff service, the pool, and breakfast. Service was consistently above and beyond from everyone. The layout of the pool area allows many groups/families to be in different zones without feeling crowded and with privacy/quiet for those of us enjoying traveling without children, but appreciate that kids want to have fun in the water too. :) Breakfast has awesome variety across a range of cuisines. I really enjoyed being able to try various Indian breakfast fare on my first trip to India. Idli sambar was my fave.

The hotel is truly awesome and offers an outstanding experience with a nice view of Juhu beach. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, providing a wide variety of delicious options to choose from that cater to all tastes. Furthermore, the staff members are incredibly helpful, always going out of their way to assist guests with any needs or inquiries, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room is very tiny, with almost no space to move around. If 3 people stay in a room with suitcases, they should have some rooms with queen beds for 3 people or recommend a junior suite for 3 adults. I did not expect an Indian hotel to have such a tiny room; it almost felt like I was in NY. Also, Juhu Beach is very dirty, full of plastic, and almost not walkable. I know it's a public beach, but at least they should take some initiative to clean the beach area in front of the hotel.

I Hope the prices should be less than what we predicted... I stayed here 7-8 years ago when prices were reasonable good , around USD 200 per night including extras,,,, This time around we paid USD 322 per night. As we are from Hong Kong and we hope cannot afford as much as the Western countries can as them the prices should be no issues.

I thought the location was good as u can see the ocean from ur room s window (if booked ocean view )but for the price paid for that room the size of the room ,size and location of the window was not very good

I thought their service wasn’t what I expected it to be as we had a couple of issues in our room and I had to chase them 3 times to see if we can have another room but no one responded and in the end when i complained they offered us another room quickly. The service at the breakfast was quite slow and not very efficient

Very beutiful location with a view to the Indian Ocean. The fact that you can access Juhu beach is amazing for those who would like to go for a walk in the morning. The fitness centre was also well equipped!

One of the nights during my 3 nights stay, the adjacent room was occupied and were hosting a Birthday party and I had hard time to sleep. The party went on until 3 am or so. However, the staff were courteous enough to apologize for the situation.

What a hotel! My husband and I stayed here along with my mother and had the best time! Firstly, the staff are amazing. Very helpful and attentive! It was our honeymoon and they decorated it and had a delicious cake in our room for us - such a thoughtful touch ! The breakfast Is unreal - so much choice and so yummy - the Indian options especially! Our room was lovely, big and spacious, bathroom was huge with lots of space. We would definitely stay here again when we are next in India!
