The room is very comfortable especially the bed. Size of the room is medium, compared to similar price at other cities. But for a city like Mumbai, its fine. Cleanliness was well maintained. RO water is replenished unlimited on request even at midnight. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. The doormen are helpful with carrying your bags. Wifi works very well.

A rod to hang the bath towels in the bathroom would be nice. Also a shelf to keep the toiletries to avoid splashing of water over them. Of course, a bigger bathroom would have been better, but this one is quite good enough.

Excellent locations with all restaurants nearby and easy access to the beach,, , good value for money too..Staff are very courteous and helpful at all times..Food was good with very generous portions...at breakfast, only thing we noticed was their delivery of Dhokla Fafda etc was around 9ish , so people who have early breakfast misses out on these.. should be laid out as soon as the breakfast opens..

Only thing we were slightly disappointed was , our room curtains were not opening due to faulty motor 😒....also the AC was airing a little stale air...

The location is great. Its about a 5 minute walk from one of the most famous beaches in the city. For foodies, its a great location as you pretty much have walking access to street food, restaurants where you can get Indian, continental, western and local foods. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I only had one night as I had a late arrival on the first night. I was there during a local festival where the road outside got jammed with worshippers heading to the beach and it was difficult to get anywhere. I will definitely be booking again for a longer stay next time. Also, for people like me who need their caffeine fix prior to starting the day and don't want the complimentary stuff in the room, there is a coffee shop attached to the building.

I had booked a non smoking room. They however had a smoking section inside the building on one of the landings on the stairwell, which defeats the purpose. When people smoked there, the smoke went up and down the building and as my room was next to the stairs, the smoke seeped in.

I booked the hotel at short notice after my flight from Mumbai Airport was cancelled. When I arrived at about 10am after being at the airport most of the night the two ladies at reception were extremely helpful in making sure a room was made ready for me and arranged for me to have a complimentary breakfast. That set the tone for my stay, with all the staff being friendly and helpful. Add to that the location and good value price and the Bawa Continental will be my first choice when I next visit Mumbai.

Our double room was a good size, clean and comfortable, we were upgraded from executive double to super deluxe double room - which was nice. Location is good, easy to get around. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. They booked uber for us couple of times. Great location to restaurants

We had a bath tub and this was quiet high to get in and out, would have preferred a shower. We requested non-smoking room but there was cigarette smell in the room, this was rather unpleasant. Breakfast for me was average.

Everything went well at the Hotel Bawa Continental. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a good location, close walking distance to Juhu Beach and a short taxi ride to the international airport. The staff was amazing! Everyone was very helpful and attentive. The highly knowledgeable staff members at the front desk make sure that the day-to-day details and surprises are handled very skillfully. The wifi was excellent and did not falter at any point during my three-night stay. As for the restaurant, the food is excellent. I had both Indian food and western food and both were very tasty. The service is also very good and the restaurant stays open to 11 pm and will provide room service up to 1:30 am. Location was good, near to Juhu. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic, clean and had toiletries, kettle, tea/coffee etc. Breakfast was enough to start the day, buffet style with continental and local choices.

There was some sort of generator outside the window of the room, which was loud and noisy. This was not mentioned in the room description. Wifi quality (particularly for India) was intermittent.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful, professional, accommodating and courteous. Cleanliness was great throughout the hotel, even compared to Western European standards. Breakfast was excellent (I'm a sucker for fresh watermelon juice). There was no traffic noise to be heard in the room. I liked the electric "Do not disturb / Please clean the room" switch, very practical. Employees went out of their way to prepare a meal to order in the late evening, when the kitchen was officially already closed. Will return if I ever come back to Mumbai!

My single room was very small and had no room for clothes apart from three clothes hooks in the wardrobe, but all in all it was a non-issue – the positive aspects more than made up for it! Double rooms are quite spacious.

The location is and connectivity was great … not too crowded surrounding , beach just a few minutes walk . Staff is friendly and courteous. Right outside the hotel is Starbucks and few other eating joints close by. We just stayed a night here as a pit stop , for which the location is perfect. The room was small but cozy , clean and overall had a comfortable stay. However the walls are a bit paper thin , next door neighbors were bit noisy .

The walls are paper thin… better noise insulation between the rooms would have been wonderful.
