The property is in a great location facing juhu beach and only 5-6km from the airport. Well maintained and clean with a very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing and complete with fresh omelletes, juices, fruits and all kinds of Indian and western choices. The hotel car service is a bit expensive but very convenient with good vehicles and super drivers like Nilesh who took us around congested Mumbai traffic tirelessly. Naresh Dave at the Travel Desk was polite and accomodating.

The elevators were a bit small for such a big property. The rooms have big bay windows but don't open which takes away the option of getting some fresh breeze from the facing Arabian sea. Rooms were nice otherwise. AC was too cold sometimes. Room service food is quite expensive but the Shiv Sagar restaurant across street was great.

We had a fantastic family stay at this beautiful hotel in Mumbai. The location by the sea was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the city’s main attractions. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, a perfect choice for a comfortable and memorable family stay. Highly recommended!

Staff was the cherry on the cake! The in room dining team went out of the way to cater to my dietry requirements. Very comprehensive menu, too , so much variety, and yet they were more than happy to make something that was out of the menu. The room was decent size with quality fittings. Overall, I was very impressed. Will definitely be coming again.

Everything went well. This is the first time my two friends are staying in 5 star hotel. They were too excited. I am sorry, if they expected too much out of the property. From check - in till check out, everything was too good and exceptional. I think the property understands the customers well, and they have provided extra hand as needed. + Check -in was too smooth. Loved it. + Ground staff was too polite and so helpful. + As we 3 staying in 1 room, right after the check-in into room, house keeping provided additional water, towel, tooth brush etc., without asking. + Fortunately the house keeping gentleman was from South India, and he spoke Tamil, which put everyone of us in a very comfortable spot. He is too kind and taken very good care of us. + Swimming pool was excellent, and I loved the water temperature, and its condition. Well cleanly maintained. Luckily only 3 of us in swimming pool, considered ourselves as a private pool :) + Air conditioner in room and out side are well maintained. It was a heavy sunny day on Aug 15, and outside was too crowded due to public holiday (this property is just few steps from beach). But, we never felt any inconsistency in temperature. + Loved the room size, and interior, Awesome. + Bathroom is reasonable size, and hot water temperature is well maintained. Use and throw slippers provided for all the 3 guests. + Good varieties of complimentary Tea bags, and Nescafe Coffee powder, milk tiny container, sugars are great. Kettle is neat and clean, thank you so much. + I mostly liked the tiles and marbles used everywhere rather than wood. I stayed in few other 5 star properties where they used woods in interior, and it rotten after few years, and gives a very old unsatisfied look. This property overcome this issue very well. + One more is the switches to control lights, AC and Fan. Awesome. Very good improvement. Loved it. + Wow! The breakfast. Well designed place with handful amount of items to well cover the place.

- Swimming pool area they could offer more sleeping sun beds; as it was only one laid, and few were kept over the corner in standing position. - It would be good to have TV to have Cast (cast from mobile) facility like chrome cast etc., - No Bath robes :( - Breakfast Dining area is too congested. Increase the distance between tables will be more helpful.

The suite had a wonderful view. The cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. Reception staff were very efficient and checking in and out was quick and easy.

The location was very noisy. The view was excellent but the vendors on the beach stayed open well past midnight. This was not a problem but perhaps the noise insulation needs to be looked into. I was not impressed with the breakfast service or quality and expected much more from this status of hotel.

Room could have been better elegant. Sound Proofing in the Room is pathetic. You can hear people talking in the corridor or adjacent room very clearly. Access back to the hotel from the beach through the same gate would be helpful instead of having to walk around, but not an issue as such

My trip was broken in to 2 parts of 4 nights each.....in between I had a short trip elsewhere. Both times the stay was amazing. Can't thank the staff enough...from reception, to the restaurant, to the bell boys, housekeeping, in-room service and the Duty manager at different times. Since we were there so many days we did end up using all the services and each time were met with graciousness and promptness. They accommodated all my requests, answered my questions/concerns. Felt like I was with my family. Truly. The restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was part of my package and it was a good decision to do that. Really tasty food and service. Few times We also had snacks during the day and had buffet dinner twice. Once again...all amazing. Laundry service was great and meticulous. Housekeeping kept track of my "private times" and cleaned the room accordingly. Never a bother. Help with luggage was always and easily available. Will definitely go back to the Ramada. Loved the location on the beach....walked there everyday...So all about this Venue is excellent....Location, service, food, etc. We used the spa for pedicure and manicure on our last day and loved it....did a great job! thanks. They were very good and prompt in their communication even before my trip started. All the front desk staff knew about my reservation and its nuances. I must mention that I loved the fact that during the stay they communicated with me via WhatsApp and I had immediate access to the Duty Manager. They kept track of my return times and enquired about it well in advance. Who does that nowadays. Very Impressive. Thanks to all at the RAMADA PLAZA BY WYNDHAM PALM GROVE.

NOTHING REALLY. Though I would like suggestions about tipping. It was so confusing. I never knew if I was overtipping or undertipping. That would help.

Only one socket was working. It was difficult to charge multiple electronic devices from only one socket. There should be at least 2/3 bedside sockets and at least one USB charging point is required.

Great location right next to JuhuBeach. Professional, courteous staff. Excellent breakfast choices

1 . Some of the fixtures in the room seemed a bit old . In this day and age, there really should be USB outlets, freely available in every room . Connectivity impacted 2 . You told me I had paid for an ocean view room. Not entirely accurate. I could see the ocean just barely. From the side window. Also, ironically my room overlooked. A monument. Surrounded by lots of homeless people . I’m of Indian origin myself, so it was just sad to see that enormous contrast between the two extremes. 3 . Direct beach access was controlled by the need to open the locked gate .

The hotel is modern, clean with excellent facilities. The staff are just the best, very polite and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, whether it's the guy who opens the door with a smile, the restaurant staff who welcome you to the table and are attentive, through to the person claening the room who always say hello. The breakfast is varied and plentiful and the bar offers a great selection of food and drink at very reasonable prices.

The rooms facing the beach could possibly do with a bit more sound proofing as the main road running past the hotel is very busy as well as some noise from the crowds on the beach. However I guess that's just India going about its business.
