Ideal location on Juhu beach near the food stalls with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Only a fairly short distance to airport. Not an ideal location if you want to see the main attractions of Mumbai eg Gate of India, etc The hotel reception is welcoming and the staff pleasant and helpful. We had a corner room with windows overlooking the beach and it was comfortable and clean, with good working bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

the beach is right outside of the hotel. great for walks. comes alive every night. the hotel restaurant was being renovated but their breakfast lounge and cafe lounge had lovely views . Mumbai is filthy but comparatively Juhu beach is cleaner . We had to be near Bandra West (too dirty for westerners) so Juhu was a good choice. Colaba is probably the cleanest but tooo expensive. Juhu has a wealth of cafes and buzzing night life. the hotle staff are amaxing. willing tio help you with everything. Housekeeping are wonderful, they do room cleans every day if you wish and they have a laundry service too. great Bell Boy service.

Anywhere in Mumbai you go there is a distinct sewarage smell. At times this smell also pervaded the hotel facilities. Also Indian food is intensly smelly and unfortunately the kitchen smells reached right up to the 3rd floor. Fortunately it was only the outside of the room that smelt and not the room itself. the beach is cleaned every morning which is great. We could go for walks then but in the evening it was filthy and you do not want to walk on it in the dark, all sorts of disgusting things are left lying from faeces to glass!! Water is warm but murky brown and sometimes smelly. We did not want to swim even though the weather in April is suffocatingly humid and warm.

The housekeeping staff were excellent as where the waiting staff. The food was good. The manager was very nice...

On arrival, we were met with a very sower faced, tierd young man. It was 4am, and we had been on the go for over 24 hours. He was at best rude and had no help at all. We were not offered any drinks and were extremely thirsty. We had to wait until 8am when the breakfast was being served so we could buy tea & coffee. We really felt like lepers and not welcome until we had checked in. Very money orientated hotel...

Food at the hotel is really scrumptious (but it is slightly over-priced). Location of the hotel is perfect, local market, airport, Mumbai's few real good landmark areas are not too far from the hotel. An icing on the cake is accessibility to Juhu beach from the restaurant side of the hotel. Parking is available at the hotel, and the good thing is autorickshaws, and buses are also available right from the gate of the hotel.

Music plays a significant role in setting the atmosphere of a hotel lounge, and individual preferences can vary widely. My suggestion would be: the volume and the choice of music could be better. The hotel may want to consider a more varied or different style of music, possibly at a lower volume, to cater to a broader range of guests.

Great beach front location. Lovely friendly staff , sean our cleaner was brilliant. View of Juhu beach from room 115 was amazing. The breakfast was really lovely and the breakfast manager was very helpful as my wife ia a coeliac. Whole experience was excellent. Near street good vendors serving amazing food.

We upgraded to the executive seaview room, it didn't include breakfast as it was advertised on booking.com so make sure you ask.

Excellent staff,clean rooms, good food

Unfortunately, through no fault of their own,you see daily accumulation of garbage which the municipal work hard to clear on the beach just outside the hotel But at night the rubbish is back This stretch of beach is lively with many water sports and shops.Sadly some of the people just leave their waste on the beach.Thus is just ignorance or irresponsible.

ITS WAS REALLY A GOOD HOTEL . LOCATION IS EXCELLENT AND CLEAN BEACHES WITH GOOD AMBIENCE. I DIDNT PREFER BREAKFAST BECAUSE THERE IS LOT OF OPTION FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER ON JUHU CHOWPATY AND RESTAURANTS AROUND.

I MAY SAY HOTEL HAS FULFILLED THE REQUIREMENTS AS SUCH BUT IF I WANT TO TALK ABOUT THE AMINETIES AND FACILITY . THEY CAN REDUCE THE RATES AS COMPARED TO THE FACILITIES THEY ARE PROVIDING IT WILL WORK MORE.

not like or dislike but hotel is used as a staff training location presumably for cheap labour so place is run by charming 18 year old who lack experience in customer service which is fine by me but gives the place a bit of a bizarre high school atmosphere kids dressing up pretending to be adults

The aircon leaked in Dads room all over the marble floor making it dangerous for him. He's 95yrs old. His room walls were dripping with condensation. Room 212. We were there 5 nites and reported it daily but they did nothing. Fobbed us off with a n excuse that we must keep the aircon on or it would leak?? I had no probs in my room & it was off and on regularly. My brother had an adjoining room #213. He had a small aircon issue. Not as bad as Dads
