Lovely Breakfast and Thai Restaurant was Best Ever, good view of the beach ⛱️ and pool / jacuzzi was Lovely 😍

Good location right next to Juhu Beach. We had an upgrade with a sea view which was nice. Surrounding area is congested but this is India afterall. Staff were helpful polite and friendly and restaurant food good value taste and quality.

We had some extras to pay on checkout which was expected however hotel insistence on asking housekeeping to check mini bar left us feeling untrusted and seemed to take forever. While the breakfast was good the room was overcrowded too small and a bit disorganised. On being seated we were told to help ourselves which is ok but would have been nice to have at least been asked if we would like tea or coffee.

very well maintained hotel, great facilities, fab service. Corridors on the room floors are a little outdated and gets quite hot due to not having AirCon there, i did book only a week in advance but i do think Rs.64,000 for four nights no breakfast included is a little pricy (but the pool and sea view room was awesome!) . The location of the hotel is good (right on Juhu Beach) but outside the hotel grounds the main road is very quiet doesn’t have much shops or eateries around so you’d have to walk about 10mins to get the the busy area on Juhu Tara Rd. Other than that i would give this hotel a decent 4 stars out of 5

On the beach with easy access. Fantastic sea view from "Grande rooms Ocean view". Good swimming pool and Jaccuzi well maintained. Great breakfast options, especially Indian breakfast option. Continental and part english breakfast options there too. Very good grill restaurant with tandoori dishes and pamfret fish. Good massage, spa centre. Well equipped gym to burn the yummy food calories. Helpful staff all around the hotel, restaurants, open spaces including opening locked access gate to beach round the clock. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Room 214 and 212 interconnecting for family of 4 to stay together. Large safe in room. Value for money.. Non ocean view rooms give only or mostly pool view. Uber cabs available within minutes round the clock near hotel if you want to travel around.

Rooms slightly outdated with furniture, wardrobe. Faint smell like of petrol or diesel wafting throughout hotel ? AC issue, few complained about. If this part of some air freshener for ac vents it needs immediate change.

Our first room was very small and noisy with a/c n 'pipe' noises. We told them of our disappointment especially at very high price being paid as wedding season at hotel n demand high. However, it was very professionally handled and we got a much nicer deluxe room and quiet. Fabulous bed and overall very comfortable. This is an iconic hotel and quite old but renovations over the years and we love the ' family's feel n staff have been there many years Saukit the duty manager very helpful

Sometimes room a little musty smelling but as no possibility of open windows (because of mosquitoes) And it's the tropics ,maybe that's how it is

Slightly retro property, billy in 1962. Haunt of Indian Film stars in the 60’s Spacious, quiet room. Excellent bathroom with enough surfaces for wash bags etc. makes a change as a lot of new builds don’t have this facility! Nice, helpful reception staff.

Slightly disappointing guided tour: guide’s English limited. Usual irritation in being bounced into ‘gift/carpet’ shops so they could get a commission. We refused.

Breakfast was not up to the mark … we had even traveling around many hotels but what name this hotel has .. they are too far in the variety .. taste was good .. I think their focus is more on paid food rather than getting into this breakfast thingy.

At the reception .. during check in we are told to pay 60000 all inclusive which was said to be the final amount .. at the time of check in we were demanded 7000 more .. and the pretext was an extra bed .. when we Js a booking of 3 people all inclusive then there could not have been yeh charges .. surely I would have not Pais it but I had very less time for my flight .. but I found it to be cheating … and the lady at the reception was quite rude in the Behaviour .. I would have not paid and argued on it but unfortunately I had no time .. but this is pathetic as the lady herself said that it’s our staffs Mistake and she did not even realize that and was rude ..

Location Location Pool very clean well maintained property. The front door ppl greet you with a smile,front Desk will help with all yours needs. The Bulter service is always there when needed. Breakfast is really great fresh made foods, Best Dosa on the Beach. I like the property the ppl who make the stay are lovely and so nice! Go out and go for a walk left right or straight up the road you have 3 different vibes on the streets!

Breakfast was delicious. Location is super.hospitality is very nice.

1) in the morning , provided news paper to all adjoining rooms except my room.i didn't understand its reason. 2) we faced suffocating in toilet.no artificial vent or exhaust occur in toilet 3)we were three persons during my stay ( I am , my wife and my daughter) not provided extra bed inspite of charging extra beds payments in my beel.it feels very sad.

Beautiful heritage property…. Amazing view from my room …… awesome location….. Full on paisa wasool….. Loved it and would like to visit again

We came early at the property and we were told that we are cleaning up the room ( it was a long wait) Since it was Sunday morning guest generally vacate a little late But then the manager came in after sooo long wait and then he upgraded our room since we were waiting since a long time ….. liked the gesture
