Everything! Starting with the rooms, although deluxe is a bit small, it was sufficient for a king size bed along with a baby crib on the side and an extra bed on the side. It was a bit cumbersome if not for the crib and the extra bed. Coming to the staff, they are extremely helpful and polite. Always ready to help. The food was excellent, especially the baby food which was free of cost. The chef took care of our customized baby food requirements. The location is very convenient to visit nearby tourist attractions. The property is very well maintained. Next time I'm in Mysore I'm definitely staying here again... Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The in-house restaurant served decent and tasty food and amazing part is the Executive Chef Pradeep takes special attention by asking the most of the clients as well saw the Front Office Mgr Prabuddha Mukherjee taking personal interest in making every area of client services so much that every other person goes in happy mood. If chance permits would like to come again.

Found the reservation staff very casual and found they lacked professionalism, they do not realise that the company they are working is an international brand which has its reputation and brand value. I had called up to inform them I will be reaching late than the normal check in time. Their audicity in ignoring my call even after I got connected and my was ringing. I understand they might have been busy but didn't even to see who has called and revert the call when they were free. I strongly feel they need to be informed that the company they are working has a brand value.

Location was excellent. Property felt like brand new. Facilities were good.

Pool was not heated, hence couldn’t enjoy due to chilled water due to weather. Cleanliness wasn’t top notch. I would give only 9/10. When we checked in, I checked the washroom and although it was cleaned since WC seat cover had a urine drop, also wash basin handle had soap remains. Plus wash basin drain wasn’t functioning seamlessly. Another thing I didn’t like was few staff at breakfast restaurant and elsewhere was staring us as if we don’t belong or deserve to stay in a hotel like this or may be because I got it on a discount thru Booking.com. May be it’s just my feeling and I could be wrong also.

I stayed at the property with my family for a night and we all truly enjoyed our stay. The property is easily accessible and situated in a good locality with ample parking space and has all other aminities. Room was cozy and comfortable and has been very well maintained. Hotel staff are polite and trained well, they are always ready to attend to any of your needs or queries. Special word of appreciation for the restaurant staff, who were gracefully handling some disgruntled guests during breakfast, as the restaurant was buzzing on the Sunday morning. Thanks for the experience and I'm sure I shall visit again!

The location of the hotel was excellent, and the surrounding atmosphere was beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a wonderful first impression of the establishment. Every aspect of the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and spacious, with outstanding service in the restaurant where we dined. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return for an extended visit in the future.

Rooms were excellent, the standard 4 - 5 star types... nothing to major to complain about. All amenities and standard of facilities you would expect from a Grand Mercure were there. The restaurant was great and food was really excellent. Surprisingly we also found that it was quite reasonably priced (comparing to the prices we are used to seeing in Pune / Mumbai at places like these)

The hot running water in the bathroom was a bit of a hit-or-miss. Sometimes it was great, other times I got a sudden cold shower in the middle of a Luke warm bath (which I actually wanted to be nice and hot) Another thing I can point out is that the restaurant is quite a chaos and is seriously understaffed at breakfast times. Service was bad, the waiters were either confused or even forgot instructions and orders. This can be quickly fixed though

Breakfast spread was very good. The staff in attendance were very cordial and welcoming expecially Choi Kim and Jeevan. Room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were very prompt and cordial.

Hand towels were not provided initially but would be given on specific request. Staff in reception are so stiff lipped. They need to smile more!

We had a great family stay at Grand Mercure Mysore! The rooms were very clean, the staff were polite and welcoming, and the food was excellent. The location is perfect—close to all major viewpoints in the city.

Thid only a suggestion: it would be nice if the pool hours were extended beyond 7:00 PM. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay!

While the overall experience was pleasant – the location is excellent, breakfast was delicious with good variety, and the staff was courteous

Despite requesting an extra bed in advance, only a bed-cum-sofa was provided, which made it a bit uncomfortable for a group of four adults and a toddler. An additional proper extra bed would have made the stay much more comfortable.

Value for money for stay but rooms are very small compared to price.

Breakfast is a bit expensive so we avoid it. I have been a regular guest @ Grand mercure but South India breakfast is fix idli, dosa chatni sambhar.....even been 5 star hotel they always serve same or similar menu. That's a big problem for tourists from other states that's why less tourists visit South India. Management must now upgrade the style of North Indian food as that's also the same as South Indian taste
