Quiet comfortable spacious room. Decent breakfast and lunch buffets with plenty of choice. Beautiful gardens and clean pool. Staff are courteous and helpful

The practice of reserving sun beds. We sat on two beds in the shade, avoiding those with books left on them only to be told by an arrogant English matriarch to move as ‘we always reserve six beds for our family’! A swimming pool is for all guests and colonial privilege for demanding people should have died with Indian independence!

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, largely due to the attentive and courteous service. The manager, Balaji, made it a point to personally check in with us regularly to see if everything was up to our expectations or if any adjustments were required. On the first day, I brought a few concerns to his attention, and he ensured they were addressed immediately. The entire staff was polite, respectful, and proactive in offering assistance, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment throughout my stay. The hotel is beautiful and has a positive vibe around

The only drawback was needing to run the water for a while to get hot water, which required a bit of a wait for showers.

The surroundings and ambience are perfect for star grade. I hope the hotel might have been renovated in the recent days. The people are so courteous and smiley

While entering into the compus of the hotel its quite unpleasant and unsafe to notice the private road seems to be very poor in condition far below the standard of the hotel. Further the narrow lanes connecting the hotel are found to be darker without any street lights. Horrible. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

Lovely pool, reasonably sized, which had a swim up bar. The staff were lovely and the restaurent served excellent food. Close to the airport and the hotel arranged transport for us. The hotel had a nice ambience. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, a fridge and a balcony. We had a lovely one night stay.

The air conditioning in our room was a not very strong - as we were only there one night we did not try to have this rectified but everything else was very good.

The property was nice. Staff were very helpful.

We didn’t realise how much the breakfast was. If says on booking.com you can pay at hotel £2 but it was actually around £6.50. I only had a bit of toast and some coffee so maybe wouldn’t have gone in. Try to book breakfast included when booking. My mistake . We had lunch in hotel which was very nice and cheaper than the breakfast .

Breakfast was nice. Spicy but palatable. OK. for most people. But foreigners may feel a bit uneasy. The room is ok. QuikQuite big. Television did not work at all. They could not fix. The pool was not used. I like the room. Other systems are OK. Please take some measures regarding TV.

Cleanliness and GM efforts and understanding in rectifying issues when certain aspects of some staff performance arises Staff hospitality.

Checking in time 3.30 a.m. unless I pay the full amount the night duty manager refused to check in and offer the room. I did not book the hotel. But I didn't have problem with other countries as a frequent traveller. I told him to ring Booking. Com and sort out payment but he said that is not how it works. Then he wanted me to pay upfront extra charges for early arrival which I did. It was very unprofessional especially coming from London as a very long flight and tired too. But the GM was able to assess the situation and apologies.

Location was perfect as it is very close to Terminal 1 (dosmetic) as well as city. Hotel was nice in terms of cleanliness, rooms and ambience. Staff was very nice and supportive. Rooms were quite good, with beautiful view

Pathetic food. Very less options, with pathetic taste.

Proximity to the airport domestic terminal with very limited aircraft noise. Property is extremely well maintained. Buffet food great variety and quality. Service level extremely high

Homely decor and good reception . The break fast spread was good. The check in and check out was handled efficiently with the discounts applied correctly. The linens and other room refreshments were good.

Nothing specific to complaint as it was also a short stay. The coffee ordered in the room could have been better though it was told it is a filter coffee.
