Most exceptional stay experience I have had so far! The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful! From the front desk to buggy service to restaurant and spa staff, all of them were a delight to interact with and ever so ready to accommodate your needs! Needless to say, the location and the entire ambience and layout of the place is mind boggling! The food at the restaurant is amazing as well! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of staying here! We felt pampered and most welcome. Highly recommend this place!

If you want to escape the heat in a tropical country, go up the mountains. The air was cool the views of clouds rolling over the hills were amazing. It is quiet, away from the road. Every afternoon they served a complimentary tea with some finger food. A nice touch. The rooms were excellent, the bathtub comfortable, as was the bed. For those who want to watch TV, it was preloaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV. I have no idea who's account I was using for Netflix :) Oh yes, the pizza's were very good. There are some walks you can do around, such as look at waterfalls.

The breakfast could have been better. They tried but didn't really get the right quality. Also, the hotel was a 3 hour drive from the airport. Of course, the good think about that is, is that you are far away from the masses of tourist. For the rest, no complaints, except we didn't stay long enough.

All of it. We had the villa with private pool since this was recommended to us by friends. The place is just magical. We took a lot of pictures and videos. At arrival in the afternoon it was cloudy and during the evening it had cleared up. Excellent for night sky pictures. The view over the valley with the lights further down at night, the stars in the sky. And just serenity. We took a dip in the pool and used the outdoor shower while looking at the stars. The breakfast which was included in our booking was also more than superb.

We should have stayed one more night really.

Heavenly retreat above the clouds in a luxurious retreat. Waking up with a view on to Java volcanoes and plunging into a jacuzzi is priceless. Being surrounded by lush vegetation immersed in clouds made this stay truly memorable. More than anything I’d like to praise the hotel’s support when our daughter hurt her foot and needed medical care. A local driver was called on the spot and accompanied us all the way to the nearest hospital and back (Putu, thank you so much). The hotel management was in permanent contact and the resort manager followed up personally on the matter (my appreciation to Mr Putra). A word of praise for the quality of the medical care received, all the kindness and support. Also a mention to Ketut for his attentiveness and professionalim.

Fantastic location and exceptional views, gardens well maintained. Complex is easily a 5 star establishment.

The only thing that fell slightly short was the food. Whilst I could not fault the service and presentation overall. Some dishes (Garden Rolls & burgers) were very good. However the execution of others (Pork belly, Beef Randang) didn’t quite hit the 5 stars the rest of the experience delivered. This is something Elevate Bali can easily address with better quality sourced meat produce and execution of the dishes in the kitchen. Then the restaurant food will be up to the 5 stars the rest of complex easily is.

Remote location and that's the point, you are all the way up on the hill and the views are great as you look down, the resort itself is very big and it's a nice walk but they also have these buggys to carry you around if you feel lazy to walk. We had the one bedroom pool villa and it was amazing, is very big, huge walk in closet, huge bathroom with a nice outdoor shower and the pool is so nice, i was expecting it to be very cold but it was decent. The staff was so nice and attending, and the food was good...we stayed only one night but wish we stayed for two.

This is just a minor thing so no need for concerns, altough the food was overall good their pastries need an upgrade, they weren't fresh and looked like that... Even had an incident where the baggel that came with the Eggs Benedict was hard like a rock, like impossible to bite into it, couldn't even cut it with the knife 😂... But i'm sure this was like a one time mistake that just happened and they were so nice after and gave us some complimentary Chocolate Pancakes that were so so so good. Also the prices are on the higher side but you'll take it cause you're in a remote location.... Overall we really enjoyed our time here and we're recommending it.

Villas are breathtaking. Linens and beds are top notch. Expect clouds in the afternoon so limited view but clears up in the evening. Breakfast on the terrace is a great experience. Staff awesome and will arrange tours. We had an amazing day visiting waterfalls with our driver Katut. It was out daughter's birthday and staff made it special with a cake, song and "Happy Birthday" written out in flowers on her bed. Love the personal touch.

The food isn't up to the level of the facility. Flavors ranged from odd to bland. Also, need more no cost activities, or just a list of things that you can do, to enhance your experience. We wanted to do Yoga but the price was outrageous. Private pool was a bit chilly at 26 C, but staff arranged to warm up to 30 C.

Elevate Bali exceeds all expectations. The facility is beautiful and unique. Due to the size of the facility, golf buggies can be chauffeured around the clock. Our room was just perfect, spacious and the view was wonderful. The sunsets were the most beautiful in Bali. The best thing, however, is the incomparably attentive and warm staff. If you leave the room for breakfast, for example, the cleaning team comes in the meantime, and they clean again before you go to bed and you get new towels, small sweets, fresh fruit, etc. The breakfast menu is so huge that it's difficult to decide what you want want. And everything tastes really incredibly good. The excursions we booked were also very well organized and the guides were very nice and helpful. A very special thank you goes to the masseur and yoga teacher Wawan. He is a spiritual inspiration and didn't just do yoga with us, but gave us so many beautiful things for life. If someone is looking for wisdom a la "Eat-Pray-Love", then come to Munduk to Wawan instead of Ubud. Thank you Wawan for your light!

We stayed in the Grand Pool Villa, which is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The living room, walk-in closet, bathroom, outside shower, porch, and infinity pool are HUGE! The jacuzzi should be able to fit four people, but it was very large for 2! Since there are so many amenities, we ended up staying in the room for 2 days and just came out for breakfast, dinner, and the complimentary spa treatment. The jacuzzi was nice and hot, the infinity pool was reasonably cold (not too cold to the point you can't enjoy it). We went back & forth like you would do with a sauna & cold plunge! You can easily take a nap in the cabana using the pillows from the lounge chairs and the provided beach towels. Since it's high up in the mountains, we didn't see many flies or mosquitoes, but there are some other bugs, which all mind their own business and don't come to bother you. The entire resort is very scenic, the main lobby, restaurant, infinity pools, spa, and gym all look amazing. They have a buggy service to drive you around, or you can get your steps in by climbing the hills. There are some street cats roaming around the property, they are pretty skiddish, but do enjoy pets after you bribe them with food XD

It's pretty far from the main tourist sites, which obviously gives you a quiet getaway. It's a 2.5 to 3-hour trip from & to the airport! It's probably best if you combine the trip to Elevate Bali with the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple & Handara Gate as they're on the way. Consider Alas Harum as well, albeit that it's still a 2.5-hour trip from Alas Harum to Elevate Bali. I didn't like that I had to leave XD

The view from the hotel lobby and the room was simply incomparably awesome. Service staff were also excellent and warm 100% of the time, and while their smiles are definitely well practiced, you can sense their genuine regard for a high level of service for the customers' pleasure.

Main issue is the significant distance away from rhe main city centre in Bali, but this place is indeed for travellers who want to get away from the main urban bustle. Price is quite steep, but personally I found it reasonable given the excellent view and the level of service.
