The location was perfect with multiple restaurants and spas nearby, and far enough away from the busy port for some quiet. The view from our room was beautiful overlooking the ocean and all the boats. They also cleaned the room and swept the sand out every day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but we had some minor communication errors with booking certain drivers through the hotel. Overall it was still an amazing staff.

I was staying on the ground floor and the noise from the room above was quite loud due to the timber ceiling/floor. to be completely honest it didn't bother me all that much but I could see it would potentially bother some people. Hardly a reason not to stay here though.

the front of the location it’s STUNNING. The beach and the chilling area is beautiful and the view from the second floor is unreal! The stuff is really friendly and open to help you to organize snorkeling, island tour and much more!

the only problem was that you could hear everything from inside and it’s a bit noisy, although it’s covered by the sound of the waves. The entrance is kind of misleading but don’t get fooled, the real place is worth it.

Location was beautiful and close to good bars/restaurants! The top floor had a great view and the room was bigger than expected. Loved the breakfast on the balcony each morning.

Perfect view for sunrise: you just go down to the beach or stay in bed. The view from the room is so beautiful, you can see the volcano in front. The room is designed with bamboo, so it is really cosy and the bathroom is clean. The staff is really nice and helped us with renting a scooter. It is a really good value for money. 5 minutes from here you have nice places for breakfast and yoga in the morning like Penida Colada or Secret Penida.

The only little problem were the chicken down the place who woke us up early in the morning.

it’s not the most clean accommodation. Especially in the bathroom there is room for improvement. Towels were freshly washed, but stained and did’t look very well. It is located in a village, so you can hear the noise from the household animals surrounding the property

The rooms are small. The room downstairs is smaller than the rooms upstairs

We love everything ! The room super clean the personal very gently and most importan the room is on front the beach:) so you walk directly on the sand! We will be back

The location was beautiful and right on the beach which made swimming and cooling down so easy.

The breakfast options could be broadened

spotless, staff very friendly. right on the beach. the reef immediately out the front has some of the best snorkelling we’ve done in a long time. great little spot!
