That you can’t swim infront of the hotel and I got bitten by bed bugs all over my leg

Nice resort at the beach, awesome view to bali.

Having a mouse in the room. Beach misses places in the shadows. The sea is not for swimming as there is a farm for sea weed.

We loved the location, the pools and food location.

The bed was terrible, every time you moved it would be so loud. It was on a wooden platform - which we felt uncomfortable!

The hotel beachfront and outside space was outstanding! The hotel location was at the quieter end of the street but only 5 minutes from restaurants and bars. The hotel beach was a Go To place for the spectacular sunset views and was listed on island tour posters as a visit point. The room (1109) was stylish and large and had a great beach/sea view. The beach bar menu was varied and good value for money. The quality of food was very good. The main restaurant and bar areas were stylish. The hotel organised special events including BBQ and live music with good interaction with hotel guests.

The quality of breakfast was poor; this was surprising given that the lunchtime & evening food was very good. Visitors frequently arrived and took hotel sun loungers without challenge or charge, this meant that guests were not given priority (they usually took the front row loungers for the sunset view!), they even sat on beds with towels already placed on them by hotel guests! The hotel should review its visitor/security policy. This was the only area that let the hotel down.

Amazing location right on the beach with ample beachfront and amazing views. Clean comfortable rooms. Some healthier breakfast options like yogurt and more fruit variety would be great. Although staff were super accommodating and brought me some yogurt. One thing that really needs to be improved… plastic bottled water! In this day and age reusable and refillable glass bottles or bring your own bottle is the only way, would be more than happy to pay for refills! Washed up plastic bottles all over the beach and the hotel is part of the problem not solution by only having plastic bottles of water as an option!

It’s in a perfect location to be able to walk down to the beach and relax in the morning or afternoon and it looks straight at the volcano which is what I wanted to be able to see! There are 3 pools, 2 connected, so much space for people to spread out and not be on top of each other, all seats with cushions and umbrellas too! plus shallow sections in the pools just perfect for toddlers and kids. The food was actually very good, buffet breakfast with western and traditional foods, had food or snacks around the pool daily and room service just as easy to get if needed. the price was reasonable for a 1 bedroom king and we asked to be able to move to top floor so hubby could see if there was surf no problem! if you want to see the sunset you’ll have to go back around the corner or for a scooter drive or to one of many food places along the beach :)

Such a great location! The pools, nightly entertainment & rooms really make this a perfect place to stay. The staff were great, we traveled with our 2 year old days and were made to feel so welcomed and comfortable. A really good spot to stay with kids as there’s such a big area for them to run wild. The rooms are super clean with nice cold air conditioning. They organised everything for us with arrival and departure & we had a great driver to pick us up and drop us off back to our hotel in sanur.

The location was good, close to restaurants, shops, and dive places. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but nice enough - omelettes freshly made to order, continental option as well as local food option. We stayed in a village view room the first night - basic but nice enough. The second night, we stayed in a lagoon villa, which was just perfect. The kids enjoyed jumping straight into the pool from their room and we especially liked that we could get two villas side by side with an interconnecting door.

Great location right on the beach and near town shops. Breakfast options were excellent with a broad range of food. Front desk was helpful booking activities.

The food (other than breakfast) was disappointing. We were a group of 21 people so tried a wide range. Pricing was ok but food was very hit and miss quality. Pizza was the worst I can remember. BBQ seafood fish were too small to get a proper feed. By comparison, the restaurant next door on the beach is great. Simple food. Everything we ordered was delicious. We went upmarket for a room onto a pool. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool is not deep and was shared with seven similar rooms. I don't believe this room is worth the extra cost, though others in our group thought it was. The hotel pool was close by and very good.

I liked that there were a number of pools to choose from . I liked that the resort was a bit further away from the main part of the town, as it was pretty quiet. This also meant that the beach isn't crowded out the front of the resort and there's no real foot traffic across the front of the resort. I like there is a huge stretch of flat, clean snd between the rooms, pools and ocean. It gives a place fore kids to play, they also have an outdoor bar closer to the beach so you don't have to go all the way back to the centre of the resort to get a drink. I liked that the sun beds were clean and comfortable. I like you can walk to the range of other cafes and warung's along the beach, you don't have to walk through the town (which is busy at times). I like that the room gets serviced daily. Daily live music outside is great. Kid friendly. Love that there are a range of pools where adults and couples can swim if its busy. Loved you can get a moped from the resort for $10 a day, and park them across the road. Loved the area. Loved there are great restaurants further along the road , not always having to back into town.

I didn't find the beds as comfortable as expected but not the worst I've used. A little hard for me. I didn't like that there were sometimes stray dogs walking through the resort and in the restaurant. I think the staff moved them on, but there were frequent dogs. This shouldn't be a deal breaker as ALL resorts and places at Lemongan have dogs around. The dogs are calm and safe but clearly some have health issues.
