Matlock and his team of workers are exceptional!! The location is perfect across the road from white sand beach! A 7 minute walk to the Main Street where the restaurants and shops are! The rooms are always spotless! Beds are clean and comfy with quality linen! Staff are great!!! This is our 2 nd time at Onai! It is the only hotel that we will stay at on our regular trips to Nusa Lembogan The included breakfast is fabulous they even have Vegemite!!!! Thank you Madlock and your team of workers 🙏🏼🙏🏼 We will see you next trip

The breakfasts were excellent, we tried all the various options and the food was tasty and well prepared, with decent portion sizes. Special kudos go to the omelette and mie goreng. The location is perfect for those who want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main town, with beautiful views of the beach, sea and Mount Agung. It is also within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Maglok and his wife Made were our hosts and they were super friendly, very accommodating and lovely. They even arranged a special early breakfast on the days we went snorkelling.

Beautiful clean pool with sun beds and umbrellas. Good breakfast included. Very short scooter ride to the main hub and beach. Other restaurants a short walking distance away, including awesome Pizza joint right next door. Very spacious and clean room and bathroom with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Excellent value for money. A scooter is needed to get around effectively, but the hotel offers scooters hire at the going rate .I will easily book here again should I visit the island again.

We stayed for 6 nights and only ordered food once, and it was average. The 1st morning's included breakfast was also pretty sad but the remaining 5 were great. I guess that the cook or chef was absent on the 1st day. We had all our other meals at restaurants nearby as there are numerous to choose from.

LOaction for us was perfect, mainly becuase we didn't want to be in the busy part of Lembongaan but accessible by walking distance for us, which it was. Breakfast was wonderful and filling.... Pizza was amazing!!!

Just the flies of a morning, but that was doable. This is everywhere on the island not just this hotel.

This was a great stay for a longer stay in Nusa Lembongan. It was farther out from the main town and would be good if you have a bike. the location is beautiful, right on the water. The wifi was not good when we went. Friendly staff :)

We spent 4 nights here We enjoyed it thoroughly Lovely clean rooms comfy beds and the best shower I’ve had !! Location is perfect Breakfast restaurant is good as is the free breakfast over looking the beach! Made and his team are good! We have already booked for a return visit next month!

Big rooms with lots of space. Big bathrooms. Fridge in room a bonus. Beautiful pool and beach area. Away from the busy main area but close enough if you need to go there.

The breakfast was ok but the food in the restaurant was very disappointing. If they can improve on this it will be one of the best places to stay on the island.

This hotel was lovely and had a great friendly welcoming with staff. The manager was very accommodating with getting us motor bikes and cold beers!

Quiet location, but close to everything. Great staff, always friendly and accommodating with anything you need. Rooms are very spacious and private. Close to restaurants and bars.

Only water given on arrival, staff lovely but not very attentive. Road outside hotel was terrible
