breakfast included was very nice and satisfying. the view of the beach is very nice when the tide is high, not when it is low tide as you then see the farms. The shared pool was clean. the beds had mosquito nets.

the room itself was very prone to mosquitos. the water on this island is very salty and can damage ur skin. bring good shampoo and conditioner.

Stayed 3 night in a Lagoon suite, loved the size and comfort of the room and the bed, having pool at our doorstop was amazing. The staff were very helpful. The “beach club” was very chill but it had a good sunset view. They picked us up and dropped us off for free from Jangut Batu ferry beach which was very nice and saved us some money. The location was quite nice, lots of bars and restaurants around. The mini bar came with complimentary soft drinks and chocolate.

The wifi was the worst I’ve ever seen in my life, it kept disconnecting from internet regularly, the staff also acknowledged the problem but said there is nothing they could do about it. I hope the management invests some money and improves it. The breakfast was pretty good and it changed a bit every day but stayed the same in the types of food (e.g. chicken curry instead of fish, or steamed rice instead of fried rice), okay overall for free but it wasn’t something to write home about.

We were concerned about the stay at D’nusa because of the reviews and ratings and we were looking for a last minute reservation but surprisingly a great stay! The hotel is perfectly located by the jungutbatu area which is the center. The rooms were clean with amenities refreshed everyday. It had it private beach with an overlooking pool wich was great! Breakfast options were good and the hosts were super nice.

The rooms didnt have bathrobes even though they were on the photos on booking. Stray dogs made their way inside the beach restaurant but they came from the beach which was pretty common around the whole island but it wasnt a big deal as they were very peaceful.

Excellent location at the Shipwrecks end of the beach. Great pool/beach area. Great for couples but also really good for families (especially if you surf). Breakfast and pool menu is adequate, choose to have dinner at other nearby options. Lagoon access rooms are awesome if you can afford them. Basic rooms do the job.

There is a musty smell, most likely due to the bidet hose in the toilet. If you don't use it you don't seem to notice it.

Really enjoyed our stay...we had a two bedroom villa and we found the location to be perfect, very close to main surf breaks and local bars and restaurants. Breakfast was yum, and the staff were super friendly, and our air con worked perfectly. The sunset grill with live singer was a cool touch. This place has an awesome vibe, and we will stay here again in future.

Wifi was hard to connect to at some points, but generally worked quite well.

I stayed in two rooms at this hotel. First the deluxe double then moved to the lagoon suite. I would highly recommend slipping the double and going for the lagoon. Huge difference. First feels generic like any hotel room in the world. Whereas the lagoon is lovely and has a private pool right outside your door. The staff here are excellent. I got sick (from something I ate outside of the hotel) and they called a Dr for me and would give me plain toast to eat any time of the day I needed it. As a solo traveller this was incrediblely kind. Great location. On beach. Quiet.

The deluxe room was meh.

Location - you have beach, pool, shops, resturants we really liked our private villa that we were staying Very large and comfortable bed. The pool in private villa was really clean. Staff is really nice. Everyday the staff came to our villa to bring water bottles and we also had free mini bar, that was really nice! You can have floating breakfast and massage there

Great location on the beach to watch the sunset & only a short stroll around the corner to see the sunrise. Close walking distance to everything that is needed, cafe's, resturants, warungs, day spa's & shops. Was very quiet at night & the bed super comfy ensuring a good nights sleep.

The pool was a little too warm for my liking however having the option of beach swim provided the refresh that was needed.

We upgraded upon arrival to a villa, the bed was comfortable and the room was great! Staff were friendly and the beachfront location was superb. We were able to walk to many restaurants nearby. We loved staying in non smoking room and found very few smokers in the public areas!

Barista coffee was not included with breakfast. The breakfast was satisfactory but could be improved on.

We moved from another accomodation to D'Nusa Resort and it was comfortable, clean and facilities are great. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. The pool area and restaurant was relaxing. You can walk out directly to the beach from the hotel with beautiful views. On the main strip of Nusa Lembongan. Close to town and nearby restaurants.

Wifi was really slow and didn't work from the room I was in.
