Beach front property that can directly access your hired private boat for your water activities. The owner Rama is always available to ensure your accommodation on his property as well as your entire stay at Nusa Penida is well taken care of and totally satisfied. i.e. upon arrival he was able to call for a private boat for your water activities such as snorkeling without wasting any time at a reasonable but not too competitive price. Likewise, for touring around the island, Rama was able to provide a private driver (his son) to take you around worry free for ($$$). Daily breakfast was good and came with your stay. Lastly, Rama offered his son drove us back to the harbor free of charge which was very nice of him.

Facility including the toilet and shower can certainly use an upgrade. Toilet seat and cover were broken and detached, and shower pressure is extremely weak along with practicality little to none of any hot water available. The air conditioning was not working in one of the two rooms upon arrival, but Rama addressed this issue, and had someone fixed it immediately. The provided linen towels were old, thin, and yellow looking.

Great location near beachfront. Shop on site for basic needs. Room shady area. Bed good. Friendly staff and management. Breakfast ok Flat area easy to walk around and busy road though. White sand beach excellent. Quite good snorkeling off the beach but beware of strong current sometime. Great community area at beachfront faces east. Cleaned regularly. Upstairs area for breakfast and options with good view.

No hot water. Toilet seat broken. No TV as advertised. Picture of breakfast is better than actual breakfast.

The location right on the beach is unbeatable. Good breakfast (there were three or four things to chose from such as omelette and panncakes). The owner was very service minded, picked me up for free from the port and made early breakfast for me when I was leaving at six in the morning.

The only down side is the noise from the roasters and the dogs in the area. The roaster next door disturbed my night sleep a few times :D so bring ear plugs if youre sensitive.

Right on the beach, the bed was comfy, AC and fridge worked. Place was clean.

Doors are not fully sealed so bugs can easily get in but you can buy repellent to remedy this problem. My last two nights I was hearing something in the room and found poop droplets both on top of the fridge and at the entrance to the bathroom. I could not locate the animal.

Basic bungalows in a stunning location, on the beach with the sunset and the sunrise. The toilet seat is still broken but perfectly usable- if you need an accommodation like at home, don’t come here. If you are happy with island standard, you will love these bungalows!!

The rooms were right infant of beach. You could even have a look to Mt. Agung which is a Highlight for a mirrored photo like in Gate of Heaven. Near to Amenities. The owner has their own market shop, and they helped me to hold my luggages after check out.

The rooms cleanliness could have been better. Bathrooms were not hygienically great.

A budget bungalow right on the beach. This was our favourite place in Nusa Penida for the value. We loved the omelette (with veggies inside). There was hot water. We loved the easy access from the road. We loved the village vibe and roosters:) We left a UE boom in our room and they kept it safe for us. BEAUTIFUL water right outside

There was no sheet on our bed when we arrived but they brought a fitted sheet for us instead. Would be good to have more power points. The whatsapp communication was interesting:)

Very nice staff, the lady who cooked us breakfast and cleaned the room was super attentive and nice. She was also very precise in cleaning the room. The location is just superb! 20 meters to a beach with amazing snorkeling - a lot of turtles! Also, you can relax on the beach under an umbrella from the property.

Staying here was an incredibly unique experience and I would highly recommend it. Liz, the hostess, was so kind and generous with her time, taking us on a tour of her garden and teaching us to cook. The home cooked food was amazing, and the accommodation is basic but very clean and comfortable. You wake up to the sounds of the jungle! Everything they do here supports the local communtiy as well, so it's a win- win!

It's a bit of the beaten track - not a negative but something to consider.

The location and view from their rooms are incredible. The beach right outside the door is also stunning. The rooms were comfortable and both the bed and bathroom were clean. The staff was very nice and available, they helped us get a scooter to see the island and the free shuttle to the port was a great service. 100% would recommend.
