Ade (staff) was very helpful as we wanted to split our stay to go trekking and they looked after our luggage, organised transport etc. until we came back. Food comes from the restaurant next door. Very good. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with a nice big bath.

Not a dislike as it is mentioned on the website but a new property is being built opposite and the noise is all day. Luckily they don’t start too early. It is possible to walk into Ubud but there is no real pavement so walking is not easy. Check your booking to see if breakfast is included. The restaurant does a nice breakfast.

This was our first hotel in Bali, and we are so pleased it was our choice. Simply marvelous! Our stay at the bungalows exceeded all our expectations. Nestled in beautiful gardens surrounded by lush trees and vibrant flowers, the setting was just as breathtaking as the photographs suggest. For those seeking peace and serenity, this location is ideal. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the amenities were top-notch, from the divine bath and shower to the large, comfortable bed with a generous mosquito net. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a delight. The beautiful pool was a serene place to relax, and the stream with fish added a unique charm to the ambiance. We spent many peaceful hours on the lovely porch, soaking in the beauty around us. Everything was immaculately clean, contributing to the overall sense of calm and luxury. Highly recommend this gem for anyone in search of a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

everything was plush, the bed was super comfy, the sheets crisp, the room serviced daily, with a turn down service in the afternoon. filtered bottled water which I drank without any issues. the room was too nice for me staying solo. the staff were gently spoken & friendly. the pool was fresh & relaxing

location wasn't super close to the centre, about 15 min drive, with traffic. but the centre is way too busy with too much traffic. a grab bike is cheap mode of transport. I hired a scooter for the weekend which gave me the flexibility to move around as I wanted

I liked the traditional wooden design of the house and it was nice to have your own space but not be completely alone. The garden and pool area are beautifully laid out and well maintained. It was convenient to have the restaurant nearby. Staff were very friendly and they provided bottled water every day. The room was kept clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was also good to have the air conditioning. My favorite thing was sitting on the veranda reading and enjoying the surrounding.

There are not many restaurants very close by but that is the price you pay for being in a more quiet part of Ubud. You will still have sounds in the morning like dogs, scooters and cockerels but that is just part of Bali. I would maybe have preferred breakfast being included and starting a bit earlier than 8am but I managed to organize myself in any case.

The rooms are tastefully decorated but aligned with nature, and the vibe is so peaceful there. The staff is always around so if you need something, they are always looking to accommodate your needs. On one occasion, there was an issue in my room, but was quickly and proactively solved by the head of staff, so our stay wasn't affected by it in any way. The restaurant deserves more credit as their food is amazing.

We didn't like the fact that we messaged the hotel taxi driver the day before our check-out and agreed a price for him to take us to our next stop. He agreed, but the next day he sent me the pdf with closed prices that the hotel charges depending on the location. If we were informed of that price at the time of booking, we would have just taken a Grab/Gojek as it was considerably cheaper.

Absolutely stunning! Only about a 7-10 minute ride from Ubud centre, the lodges are built in beautiful gardens surrounded by lush trees and beautiful flowers. Just like the photographs. If you're looking for tranquility then this is it. The staff are attentive and friendly. The facilities are first class. The bath and shower divine, the bed large and comfortable and even more special with the net curtains drawn. We were served a delicious breakfast on our private patio overlooking the pool every morning. The restaurant served the best food we had in Bali. We absolutely loved our anniversary stay here. I would 100 per cent recommend.

The house we stayed in and the view were amazing. The jacuzzi was enjoyable and sufficient. It has its own restaurant, and we definitely recommend getting a package that includes breakfast. They prepare everything fresh from the menu. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The restaurant is very spacious and has a great view. The staff are very attentive and helpful. We rented scooter so the location was nice for us. If we come again, we would stay here for sure. We higly recommend it!

The lodges were very nice and had all the comfort needs . Excellent shower and bath tub, good WiFi service, very serene and peaceful. Away from the traffic jams of Ubud. The “Uname” restaurant food was great offering food and beverage service for all three meals. The property was not far off from my selected attractions…. It was my perfect vacation spot for peace, calmness and exploration.

I liked everything about it. There’s nothing I didn’t like.

Amazing spot, amazing pool. Good service, clean room and clean bathroom. It’s just a great spot to chill and escape the rest of Bali. I didn’t want to leave the property during the day lol.

Slight smell on the toilet, this is probably the plumbing which is normal for Bali but not Australian standards. Finished plates could be taken away after your finished with them rather than once a day.

The stuff was very helpful and caring. The location is great - a lot of animals - frogs, geckos, butterflies - you really fill united with the nature. Breakfasts were great and tasty.

Sometimes the sounds of nature were really loud) for example gecko scratched inside our roof and start to scream at 03 am 😅 the staff helped us the next day and removed it but it was a little bit scary and unexpected 🙃
