Best part was the staff of the property who was very welcoming and helpful. The bungalow which we booked was clean, but had insects on the bed as they don’t have walls on the roof it is covered by thin sheets which allows ants to come in . Due to this there A/c at times is also not effective.

Location of the property is 40 mins walk from main Ubud market or 20 mins by taxi . Other thing is you won’t find a taxi nearby as the locals don’t allow to online cabs to come in so plan accordingly. Only one or two options nearby to eat the hotel doesn’t serve food other then breakfast which is limited to bread omelette . They don’t provide any toiletries other then small soaps. Hot water is hardly available. No staff is present after 10 pm to help you in any situation. It is at very secluded location if you like peace without any interference and without any facilities it might be good for you . But for families I wouldn’t recommend. And at night strange sounds come inside the room and from the roof as it is open.

Value for money. The house was extremely spacious

I hurt my foot in the pool. So did another guest. Something really sharp is in there.

No hot water for shower. We stay for 3 nights here and every time shower was a problem. We found a frog in room too… lots of ants in the kitchen

The location is on ridge walk trail. Not so close to ubud centre but quite at night.
