We were at Villa Nata Ubud in early February. Stayed there for 4 nights but would have happily stayed longer. A well-kept small area with wonderful views of palm trees and even small rice terraces. The villa room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool with a view. We really liked that no one lived in the villa except us. At least we didn't feel it. The pool was at our disposal. Breakfasts are quite small, but the presentation still smoothed out the impression. I would like to express my special gratitude to Asih, she and the rest of the team were very kind and caring. Without any problems, she agreed to rent a bike for us and the trip around Ubud became much brighter and easier. You can order a massage in your room, which is very convenient. But it is a little bit more expensive than in the center. In addition, I would like to mention Mr. Pak, who was our guide-driver several times during our stay in Ubud. We are very glad that our acquaintance with the island began with this place and these people.

We were very comfortable during our stay at this hotel. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our visit special. Additionally, the distance to the city center didn't negatively impact our experience, as we could easily reach all the attractions.

We noticed that the shower stones didn't appear hygienic, which was a bit concerning for us in terms of cleanliness. Furthermore, in the first-floor room, we could hear the noise of passing cars during the night, which made it a bit challenging to get a good night's sleep.

1) The breakfast was good, 2) The common dining area - allowed us to get outside food and use the cutlery available 3) Courteous staff.

The rooms on the lower floor were average. There were no restaurants near by - it was a bit of a walk to get food in the night,

The staff-the most frendliest and helpful. The individuals working here give customers such as myself an unforgettable experience. Our stay was exceptional because of their hard work and dedication. They helped us with every small request we had and with impeccable timing. A special thanks goes to the reception staff, Ayu and Asi, but also to everyone else working there. The location-a bit outside of Ubud city so peaceful and quiet. There are two good warung restaurants at a pace distance from the hotel so good options to eat. The view of the swimming pool ad rice fields are gorgeous.

Bedside reading lamps did not work. Plugs near one side of the bed were loose when using 220V charger so charging was a bit more difficult. Couldn't find the TV remote in the room.

We had an extraordinary time in Nata Ubud. Balinesian people are generally nice, but the lovely Arsy in Nata Ubud has a really special warm smile, she welcomed us so warm and heartly helped us in each situation, was so Kind with the Kids. Nata Ubud is Not located in the busy City Center, but from here you have an spectular view into the forest, Easy access to the rural sorrounding and sights like the Rice fields or Elephant Park, Therme are also nice Wartungs close to the hotel, but it's also easy to get to the lively Ubud Center. We absoluteky recommend the family room in Nata Ubud (Best viwe in the hotel) and also the small fruit Juice Shop on the other side of the small street. The Best juices for the Best price in Ubud :) try the *Pink balinese* or the "Orange healthy"

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff, the place, the view, the comfort, everything always clean, even the little details -like the bathroom objects- was beautiful and well thinked. We also met the owner and he was so nice and simple, made us feels like home. One day we went to an expedetion at 2:30 am, and they leave us two little boxes with our breakfast (delicious by the way) at 2:00 am in the reception, ready to take for our expedition. It melted our hearts. Now its our first night at the next place, and we are already missing a lot. Nata Ubud will stay in our hearts in chile and we hope to be back soon. Extremly recommended!

The hotel provided an airport pick up and so were taken through the chaotic traffic. The reception staff was keeping track till we reached. The check-in was efficient and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a dinner from the cafe just nearby. The breakfast was by the pool side overlooking rice terrace and the lush green vegetation with birds chirping. A classical experience which reminded me of a stay in the jungle. The check out was smooth. The pool was clean but because it was raining did not get to use it. The location was far away from the hustle bustle of city life.

Nothing much.

The room was very cosy with a beautiful view. The pool was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and nice during all our stay. The small negative point do not impact our stay, we recommend staying there.

The « American breakfast » was poor in meat (we tried both the bacon and sausages and both portions of meat were very small), as well as two small pieces of potatoes, could be upgraded a little. Because of it’s proximity to a jungle like area the room was quite humid.

Breakfast was fine, we got whatever we asked for and every care was taken to meet our needs. All the Staff we extremely polite and accommodating, especially Asih she was lovely and helpful and took note of the fact my husband had bad knees. This message was passed on straight away and we got a beautiful spacious room that had no stairs to get to. So thankyou Nata for a wonderful stay we really enjoyed it.

Loved it here, so so beautiful. We stayed in the deluxe suite beside pool and the room was so big decor was beautiful, beds very comfortable and the bathroom was massive with a lovely fountain shower. The infinity pool and view is so worth it honestly so tranquile. Location is bit out of Ubud but it’s quiet so will get good sleep away from the hustle and bustle and the hotel offer motorcycle rental so can access area easily!
