The property offers a stunning view on a rice terrasse field and small waterfall - which makes it absolutely unique. It is a very peaceful setting! The location was ideal, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city center but close enough to reach it by foot. Its like a 30-40min walk to Ubud Palace and a taxi ride will take only 5-min and cost around 2/3euros. There’s plenty of wildlife roaming in the field that you can observe from the infinity pool making it the more interesting. Staff is friendly and flexible. The pool is incredible!

Breakfast required daily logistics and that was a bit annoying especially during a retreat. The room would need some light fixing. The shower was broken, the bath tub didn’t completely close, the mini-fridge didnt keep the cold, phone in the room to call reception didn’t work etc

Unfortunately the under ground floor / downstairs outdoor Stair area had an intense strong smell of septic ( I’m guessing.. ) which also made the 2 rooms below the pool smell also

It was a very beautiful stay, loved every bit of it. Location is perfect, it's a 5min ride to the pyramids of chi, the main Ubud art market and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helped us with a lot of recommendations esp the waterfalls and also well coordinated for the scooter hiring. Room was cosy and clean. There are couple of good warungs right next to the stay which are perfect.

Nothing much. It's Bali and you can expect lizards in the balcony esp in the evening.

The friendly staff. The bed was the most comfortable we had slept in in Bali. Lovely bed linen (bed made up daily) and a fantastic breakfast. The pool was lovely and clean and while we were there all the pool sun loungers and tables and chairs were replaced with new and more of them. Our room had a great balcony that when it rained it was no bother, we could sit out, read a book and relax. Also, two amazing Warungs, one almost next door (Kolata) and one opposite and down the road a bit (Bula Vinaka).

We had the room next to Reception (this was not a problem). The room was level with the road… whilst the road noise did not bother me, it did (only a little) my Princess and The Pea Partner! If you are a light sleep, maybe request one of the rooms on the lower level. The WiFi was a little slow.

What a great location. Super good breakfast, lots of choice, delicious fresh fruit. The banana pancakes were my favorite. The boys really were so attentive. Everything was always ready on time and freshly prepared. My big compliments to them. The view? You look at the jungle, rice fields and coconut trees. So wonderful. Enjoy staring out into the infinity pool. There is always something to see. Rooms were clean and tidy. I really recommend this accommodation to everyone. A taxi to the center is easily arranged. Just download the GOJEK app. A taxi will be at your door within 5 minutes. (Kind of Uber) You know the price because it is in the app. No discussion. This accommodation is located outside the busy part of Ubud and that is really busy.

A few very minor points. The terrace around the pool really needs to be restored. There were a few loose and rotten planks in it. Securely tighten the taps in the bathroom. Asking the neighbor's dog not to bark at 6am 😊

A bit far from center of town, we had to go out every evening for dinner as there is no hotel restaurant. This may not be a problem for all. A bit small room for us, however the larger room that we got after upgrade was perfect. We spent a considerable longer amount of time in the room with our baby than we usually would, so this made it an issue. For the solo or traveling couple this shouldn't be an issue at all. All in all, wonderful place to stay at

The rooms are spacious, clean and neat View is the best ever amazing. Atmosphere lovely Pool just the way of dream, looking over rice field surrounded by tall trees

Lizard.. although the staff was very helpful and clean and attend immediately it's not only this hotel All hotels in ubud even 5 stars is the same Don't expect staying in wood tropical weather without house Lizard.
