We really enjoyed our stay, the location is very easy to reach by cab or motorcycle from the center, plenty of little nice restaurants around. The villa was very comfortable, quiet, felt very safe and clean. The kids had lots of fun in the pool. The staff was always kind and helpful, especially the two people who were helping us today - apologies for having lost the notes where I had your names. Please respond as a comment to this review if possible. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

We have four suggestions that would make this stay even more fantastic: something to sit on by the pool, a little foldable lounge chair would be great; something to hand the wet swim suits was needed and the breakfast was nice to have in the hotel but the bread was not tasty. It was very neatly presented and prepared though. One last comment is about the area around the kitchen, it is very very slippery when wet. Please consider putting something to prevent slipping.

Location and staff. Lots of restaurants and spas within waking distance. The overall look of the place is very nice, felt like we were in the middle of the countryside with lots of flora and foliage. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt very safe.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The bottom room didn't have a wardrobe to hang clothes, just shelves and I had a few dresses that I would have preferred to hang. Neither of the rooms had any hooks where where we could hang clothes, hence had to hang them on door handles. Also, neither of the rooms were provided with hand towels, we had to request them and there was no rail by the sink to hang the towel, hence had to hang it on the bathroom door handle! The top bedroom had sofas to sit on, however the bottom room had nowhere to sit, other than the bed. There were no chairs or a small sofa to sit on. Also, a long mirror (not the just the one by the sink) would have been helpful.

Amazing room with a lot of space. Closet with amenities, such as bathrobe, hair drier and locker. Separate space with big mirror to do makeup and hair. The bed was really comfortable, especially the pillows. Bathroom was huge and clean, but small issue with the closing of the door. They provide fruit and drinks. The kitchen was really good, as well as the pool.

Probably due to the weather, but the pool was really cold all day long. We were able to use it only once. The location is really calm but you need transport to reach the main center of Ubud with all restaurants and cafes.

We checked-in to this villa after being desperate in other acommodation. And we really loved it. Villas have got good location, close to Ubud center and right cross the street is very good restaurant and next to door 24 hour open market. We had villa with two bedrooms and private swimming pool. Beds are very comfortable, each villa has got big concreate wall around to have privace. The staff is very helpfull and nice.

I just didnt like that our villa share one room´s wall with other villa and everything was heard from other villa. Fortunately we had quiet neigbours. The rest was awesome.

The villas were beautiful, we travelled in a large group and we all enjoyed different villas and ate together at the restaurants across the road. We enjoyed the lovely day spa across the road and had a circleK next door. The location was quiet and walkable to the town centre. The staff were beautiful and helpful.

We would suggest that there was some pool furniture to relax outside. A sun lounge would be good. Also a clothes drying rack would be handy too. The breakfast wasn't to our taste but we are fussy eaters. Was beautifully presented and consistent each day though. The lighting in the bathroom was far too dim.

Linens are, new , refreshingly smelling towels, bed was very comfortable in slept like a baby! VERY CLEAN ! staff was eager to assist at all times. …SUPERB JOB AND EXCELLENT for Surya, Sudarsana, and everyone, they where very corteous and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. ADD a french press, and provide complimentary coffee grounds, then i would give 5 stars more above the 10 stars i give….location was perfect right at the heart of everything but away from the noise. PEACEFUL AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Really nice design-wise, quite new, amazing pool, 2 complimentary bottles of water, bathrobe and other bathroom amenities (so you dont need to bring anything)

As it is complex of more villas you can literally hear someone talking and coughing next door as if everything is made of paper. Also our villa didnt have anything to hang our clothes on, sounds like a detail, but Ubud gets very humid and it is nice to hang your clothes to make them “breathe” a little :) Location is a bit tricky cause if you wanna get any Gojek, they are usually stuck in Ubud, so you wait like 15 min for a car (just be aware)

We loved being close to Ubud central but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. There is a great little restaurant straight across the road. The staff are friendly and so helpful. The villa is clean, modern and well presented. There is a basic kitchen if you want to cook. The pool was the perfect size to relax in after a day of exploring.

We loved the property but would have liked suitcase racks as there is little to no storage in the villa so we lived out of suitcases off the floor. A lounge would also have been a nice extra. The only place to sit was either outside at the table and chairs or on the bed.

Amenities in the villa were modern and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located right next to a convenience store, a Bali massage place, and a brilliant pizza restaurant (Bella Pizza) which served awesome breakfast and pizza.

One bath tub was a little dirty, and the other bath tub could not hold the water well. The water kept draining away despite putting the stopper at the bottom. Disappointed with the simple American breakfast which we ordered and paid for, and coffee was prepared using the instant coffee powder in the villa which I could have done by myself.

The villa's location was great, there was a convenience store right outside and many restaurants with good food just surrounding it. Though it is a bit out of the bustling city, it was exactly what I was looking for in Bali.

The pillow covers can be cleaner, maybe it was the hot weather that made the sheets feel a bit less fragrant than I would want it to be, but nevertheless, it wasn't a dealbreaker.
