Perfect spot to stay with an incredible view of rice terraces and palms down the hill; they have a free shuttle bus to the town; and the staff is very helpful. Beautiful spa zone, but a bit pricy for Ubud. Also, maybe massage lady can enhance her skills. If you are not booking villa with a private pool, they have two large pools. Breakfasts are amazing and with beautiful view. Probably I will not recommend this place to those who have issues walking up stairs or people with disabilities. Otherwise, you will be in love with Suara.

Our stay was wonderful, we stayed 6 nights in the villa with a private pool. The hotel is wonderful, full of nature and has two very large pools. The hotel has a transfer that takes you to the center of Ubud, very convenient. And if you want to take a Grab, you can get to the hotel without any problem. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfasts were delicious, and it was the best crispy bacon of our lives. I had a small problem with the refrigerator in my room, I used medicine that has to be refrigerated, and the refrigerator froze them, if they are frozen they cannot be used. I was very scared because I brought my medicine for a 4-month trip, the staff was excellent, they found a way to find the medicine even though it is not very common and they replaced all the pencils that had frozen, I could not be more grateful for their service and concern.

The towels and sheets did not smell very clean and the shower had a very clogged drain and the water overflowed into the entire bathroom.

The staff is very professional and makes you feel special! Everyone is so kind and helpful. A big thanks to our waiter Riski, whose beautiful smile made our mornings so pleasant. The breakfast was very tasty! The villa and the surrounding area are beautiful, with lots of different plants. Also, my friend had a birthday, and the staff helped prepare a surprise by decorating the room beautifully and providing a nice cake. The location is very good, close enough to centre but the hotel is located in very quiet location next to rice fields and jungle.

We loved our stay at Suara air, the 2 bedroom villa was amazing, we had our own swimming pool and lovely large bedrooms and garden. There are also two infinity pools which we used and the atmosphere is just amazing. Listening to all the wildlife whilst having a swim or lying on the sun beds. There was so much breakfast choice, we thought it may have just been fruit but you could have smoothie bowels, pancakes and more. They don't serve dinner but there are a couple of restaurants down the road, a few minute walk which were lovely. We had a couple of massages and we felt so relaxed afterwards, again being able to listen to the wildlife whilst having a massage was amazing. We did a couple of trips from the hotel, the taxi dropped us off to the Monkey Forest but would advise going in the morning as we went in the afternoon and the traffic was awful. All the staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. They were fantastic with our 2 year old, we will miss them so much, especially the ladies on the welcome desk. There was some work going on but I wouldn't worry about this, it didn't take away the feel of the place and they were too noisy, the place is so amazing it didn't bother us.

Nestled amidst lush rice fields, the villa offers spacious accommodations adorned with traditional Indonesian décor and enchanting infinity pools that overlook the lush jungle. The villa is impeccably maintained, providing essential amenities and delightful Balinese designs throughout. We really would like to know the name of the soap - it was that good! 😊 While close proximity to nature brought occasional encounters with geckos and cockroach droppings in the room, the villa's connection with its surroundings added to its charm. We could not get enough of the view to the fields - a truly mesmerising experience. Nearby, an array of local restaurants and a conveniently located waterfall further enhance the experience. The staff: The staff's warmth and hospitality were exceptional. From accommodating early check-ins to offering valuable recommendations, their calm and welcoming demeanor made us feel truly at home. The complimentary shuttle service to the city center every two hours added convenience to exploring the area. We truly felt like at home. Food: The culinary experience was a highlight, with sumptuous breakfasts, generous portions, and top-quality food and juices. I don't think I ever eat so much for breakfast like in this place. The welcoming drinks upon arrival were a thoughtful touch. The menu is also vegetarian friendly. One of the mornings we were supposed to leave to the tour before 6 o'clock in the morning that meant that we will miss out the breakfast time. The Suara Air team was very kind and made us a mini take away box with some hard boiled eggs, toasts and some fruits to make sure that we are fed and not missing out on anything.

We booked 2 villas with private pool and the rooms were gorgeous. Very spacious and very clean. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The location was perfect for us as it is away from the chaos of Ubud but still easily reachable via grab.

Breakfast was nice but it would be great to have a bit more variety, especially for people who stay for several nights.

The staff are always cheerful and friendly, always striking up a little chat or just asking how you are. Very helpful as well as you can approach then to ask for advice. They even stayed up till 11pm just to receive us when we checked in. Facilities are basic but as an accommodation, it was plenty for us. Always a cozy place to return to.

The aircon wasn't quite strong enough to cool the entire villa. The lights are also quite dim in thr villa especially at night. But overall a very comfy place!

- The room where we stayed is big and comfortable. - Our room has huge glass windows around so we appreciated the natural light and rice fields around us. - The staff were extremely amazing and helpful. Although language may be a barrier, efforts were made to understand and accommodate our requests. - We enjoyed the Balinese massage offered in the hotel. It was very relaxing.

- It was a struggle to reach the lobby due to the flight of stairs. If not for the assistance of our driver and hotel staff, it would have been difficult for us to carry our luggage down the steps, then up the lobby, then into the room. - I had to ask them couple of times to heat the food further as it was not ideally hot.

The large beautiful villa & private pool,gardens, food & wonderful staff. Recommend the massage facilities.

Unfortunately our stay (5nights) was disrupted by construction work which started at 8am until 430pm behind the villa which was just bad timing. We could imagine the serenity otherwise. The Villa was very spacious which cause the single AC (bedroom) to struggle to cool the villa during the day, we needed to close off the bedroom to the rest of the villa to ensure the bedroom was comfortable to sleep. The restaurant needs to replenish wine stock regularly.
