Friendly and accommodating staff, especially Pande, Wayan Aldi + the lush and beautiful jungle and rice field views and made-to-order breakfast!

The two 2-bedroom villas, Lempuyang and Ayung, have a shared pool. However the pool is closer to Ayung and not centered between the two villas. When we tried to use the pool, the guests in Ayung thought it was their own private pool because the management had not communicated to them properly. Nevertheless, the staff stepped us and offered to compensate by moving us to Ayung for our last night which we appreciated. In the future,it would be good if the staff members informed guests that it is a SHARED pool and not a private pool for Ayung.

Everything. The Villas (only two) are magnificent. They are surrounded By Forest and ricefields. So nice. There Are animals of course, because the Villas are in the nature. We had the pool to Share. The Villas are really large. Book it, if you have the chance to. I highly recommend the Villas.

There are a lot of stairs to go to the villas, I think like going down from the third floor and up to the third floor. If you cannot do this, do Not Book. But normaly it should not be a Problem. We liked the Little walk through the nature. The Continental and the american breakfast ist not so good.

- Privacy: very calm and serene area no matter what villa you stay in. And it’s peaceful without any disturbances, great for people who enjoy spending some time in their accommodation and relaxing with a book. - Location: great location, just a 10 minute drive out of the hustle of Ubud. Easy to get to nearby restaurants and Ubud central, but far enough to escape the loudness of the streets. - Staff & Service: excellent staff who go out of their way to help you. Great communication and always friendly service. Shuttle bus is provided for drop in and pick up into Ubud Central. - Villa Design & Size: beautiful, artfully designed bedrooms and living areas with gorgeous tapestries, statues, and wood carving ornaments to complement the spaciousness of the villa. It has a very soft luxurious ambience that still makes you feel very much at home. - Walkways: well lit up and solid pathing, easy to get around the resort and to explore. Bonus extras: - Netflix and YouTube available. - Huge pool with good lighting for night swims. - Beds are very comfortable. - Mini-fridge in bedrooms with welcoming drinks. - Shuttle bus available, but also easy for Grab/Gojek to get to. - Kitchen amenities available. - Water dispenser available so you don’t have to lug 20 bottles of water back to your villa.

Our Bungalow was stunning, even nicer than the pictures. I thought the location was spectacular, surrounded by nature. It was a short walk to some lovely little places to eat. The staff took very good care of us, in particular a young man named Dwi who worked so hard with the most beautiful smile.

When we arrived with our daughter, we were told that there was not a bed available for her, but they were able to make one up with a mattress on the floor. There was no door on the shower or toilet. There is no footpath to walk along to the nearest places to eat, so it can be a bit treacherous walking along there amongst the traffic, especially at night.

We loved the view, practically you are in the jungle. There are only 4 “rooms” in the whole place. Staff is very nice and pleasant We had a spacious villa which we enjoyed a lot. There is a quite big room where you can leave your luggage and the bathroom is semi-open which is great, although you may meet a few gecko’s or/and little frogs, like we did but we didn’t mind them. Breakfast was good We stayed in the Batukaru villa

Is totally remote, so you need transportation (grab or scooter) to get to Ubud - about 20-25 min by car. Constant noises from the roof (in our villa) which makes it very hard to rest if you are a sleep sensitive person. My wife slept 4 night la with the pillow over her head. don’t expect a very quiet sleep.

The location in the rice fields & views were incredible! The staff, especially Dwi, were so warm & welcoming & helpful & always had a smile. The pool was beautiful - right in the rice fields, & was especially enjoyable & peaceful at night. The beds were comfortable & the property was nice & clean. The Villa was very spacious (2 story - the size of a whole house). Especially loved the downstairs bathroom open to the internal courtyard, an authentic Balinese luxe vibe complete with beautiful rice field views out the little picture window. A great location away from the hustle & bustle of central Ubud, & easily booked a Grab car for transport to town & back. Mango restaurant just down the road was also an excellent option for dinner within walking distance.

We were initially surprised with the distance of the walk to our villa, but ended up loving the peacefulness of walking through the beautifully paved rainforest - complete with frogs croaking in the ponds at night.

I like the area of ​​​​the villa, it is very natural and healing. Although it is 3 kilometers (25 minutes' drive) from the center of Ubud, the unique rice field scenery in Ubud is still worth it. The villa is very peaceful and suitable for enjoying a peaceful holiday. . The service staff of the hotel are very enthusiastic and it was a wonderful stay experience. I will stay at this Villa again in the future.

Breakfast is a bit simple, but there is a Mango restaurant about 3 minutes' walk from the villa, so it's still bearable. In addition, we have to go through a valley and walk up many steps from the lobby to our room, which is a bit inconvenient for the elderly or people with leg injuries. Everything else is great!

Extremely comfortable villa with breathtaking views. The staff were attentive at all times and always willing to help! We booked a two bedroom secluded villa which can take up to a 5 minute walk (the walk was extremely beautiful and a wonderful way to start each morning). Everything about the from the location, to staff, to comfort and luxury was excellent. The villa itself was secluded and caters well to those who are looking for privacy and something away from the hustle and the bustle. Exactly as described by the photographs.

The walk I would say you would need some form of fitness to be able to endure the walk on a daily basis. The staff were however attentive and gave incredible service despite the villa being located further out from the main reception area.

Most amazing villa I've ever been, nestled between the jungle and ricefields. Beautiful pool, very kind and helpful staff and the villa Agung is huge, tastefully arranged, excellent base for exploring Ubud and the surroundings. We will definitely be back!

We loved everything, maybe I wouldn't recommend the Agung villa for people who have some fitness issues, because you have to climb a lot of steps. But the rest of the villas are next to the reception, so steps are no problem there.

Amazing location, first you have to walk for 3-5 minutes through the jungle and when you get to the villa you are in the middle of the rice fields. Super quiet, beautiful big villa, nice big pool really a true gem hidden from the busy side of Ubud

We were all fit enough, but if you are not great at walking or you have really small kids it is quite a climb to get to the villa. The location is very isolated from the busy roads of Ubud so if you look for excitement around the location you won't find it close.
