The villa was extremely clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Reasonably sized pool and flat screen tv with Netflix etc. What you see advertised is literally what you get. Umbrella’s provided. The breakfast was hit and miss, some days it was amazing, on others I settled with a (nice) omelette. A free taxi into Ubud centre was provided. We felt very safe. A good location in terms of not far from attractions/restaurants etc. Good scenery, a river/lake which you can explore within the property. I would recommend staying here.

The choice of drink at breakfast was poor, only 3 options all of which I didn’t like. No step free access, lots and lots of stairs, esp if you are at the bottom villa. Zenubud is quite isolated once you turn off the main road. We wanted to explore by foot but there were no lights and is a rocky downward hill so grab was a must.

Absolutely Amazing Stay at Zenubud! We just spent the last four days in the Infinity Pool Room at Zenubud Villa, and it was incredible from start to finish. The views from the room and pool were absolutely breathtaking—waking up each morning to the lush jungle scenery felt like a dream. The food was excellent, with each meal beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The staff truly made our stay even more special—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Whether it was arranging transportation, answering questions, or just making us feel at home, their hospitality was top-notch. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape in Ubud with stunning views and exceptional service, this is the place. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend Zenubud to anyone visiting Bali.

The surroundings are serene. You can hear the water stream flowing from the pool area. The open Kitchen next to the pool area was great. Bathrooms are new and clean. Relaxing pool and great view from the pool area.

The staff communication wasn't great, missed details every now and then. Though helpful. The room didn't have Aus electric converter we asked for it and were supplied 2. Knife was missing in the kitchen. It would be good to have some more cutlery in the kitchen. The restaurant closed very early on Monday couldn't order food had to order via Grab app. A small ceiling fan in the kitchen deck area will be good- that was missing.

Gorgeous location in the heart of the Ubud jungle, peaceful and clean. Delicious and fresh food at the on-site restaurant. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. We loved our stay at the Zenubud two bedroom villa.

Tiles around the pool area very slippery when wet, our kids have had a couple of slips and falls. Cocktails made by the restaurant staff did not taste like they had any alcohol in them. These didn't take away from our overall experience though, it was a fabulous stay.

The villas were really pretty and clean. The private pool is the best. Everything like the pictures.

We had no warm water. When they asked us to clean the room, they CLEANED everything…, they touched ALL if our stuff and moved it, they but our stuff into our bags and also into our suitcase and closed it. They put all of our used clothes with our new ones together and just touched EVERYTHING. We didn’t think that’s right and said no to other cleanings for the rest of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at the ZenUbud. The villas are astoundingly beautiful (The private pool! The jungle view! The floating breakfast!) But even more incredible than that is the team; they were truly involved during our stay and helped us with every little issue with amazing kindness. Our stay could not have been more comfortable as a result. In particular, Eka absolutely runs the show and it is amazing to me that she is not the manager, because she absolutely should be. Kadek also deserves a mention for always dropping us off or picking us up in Ubud, always with a smile and always on time. And the entire staff was so wonderfully sweet towards our little boy, who loved all the attention they gave him and still listens to the songs they sang to him now at home. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we had with you! If we ever come back to Bali it will be with you.

great hospitality, nice people

two things 1- the location is difficult to reach, the road within last mile to the place is not good at all 2- the breakfast was open bofa, the food acceptable with limited choice, then they change it last two days to set menu based on your choice, and you have specify your break fast one day before so they can make it, with some mistakes some times

Everything was great. Even though we chose the wrong room, they went out of their way to let us use the pool. Jack is wonderful. He even made sure we had breakfast every morning. He even packed sandwiches when we didn't have time. Jack is a superman. If you're coming to Ubud, definitely come to Zenubud and meet Jack. Everyone here treats you like family. We loved Zenubud.
