Clean, spacious rooms, facilities and pool are very big and beautiful. A little outside of Ubud which I liked, it took 5 minutes to get a Grab to the center. Staff is extremely friendly and I even got a free 10 minute welcome massage.

Breakfast was not included in my booking, so I paid for it separately but the portions were really small and not worth the money.

The driver! The hotel recommended the driver and he was amazing. He gave us gifts and treated us like we were family. He was so sweet that he checked In on us and came running if it started to rain. Highly recommending him!! ( he also knows exclusive spots) It was also beautiful and scenic inside the resort itself. The pool was beautiful and there was a spa in it - which i didn’t get to test.

The property didn’t have well finished touches such as - the sink looked very old and pink and overall bathroom wasn’t that nice but it was clean. Later found out it was because of Covid which hit them hard.

The staff were amazing. Any questions and Made and Princess were on top of it. The decor is a little dated but you can look past that with the gardens, pools and staff. Walking distance to shops and easy access to taxis. Ubud central is roughly 15 minutes away but is way bigger than it looks so definitely need a few trips to hit all the shops and restaurants. Andost importantly take more than you think you need in cash. Withdrawals at 5% of your currency and the nearest ATM in 5 mins down the road the Element Hotel Will definitely come back to stay

The restaurant needs to add a few more options to the menu as far as the breakfasts go, but the fruit and French toast was always fresh.

Nothing i have stayed there 3 times now and i cant wait to go back!

We stayed in the King room with garden view and it was beautiful! Very spacious and clean with everything you needed (mini fridge, kettle, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, etc). The staff were always available and were super friendly and helpful. There’s a mini market onsite which is where we got our large bottles of water from.

It’s a little far to walk into the centre of Ubud but it isn’t far if you get a Grab (roughly £2.00 per journey). No other negatives really, we had a great stay here !!

The staff is super friendly and the resort is located in a great spot not to far away from the center of Ubud. there is a magical tranquility at the resort, its very peace full and you feel you step back in time, the pool is pretty big and the floating breakfast for my sons birthday was amazing.

I would really hope that the resort owners would give the rooms a bit more love, the bathrooms had a strange smell to them and i think it is simply just a matter of giving them a complete scrubdown.

This was our first stop on a family holiday to Bali and was a very good option - out of the way of the noise, but close enough to get into the main hustle of Ubud on a short Grab ride (and these were usually readily available). It took me 2 minutes to walk into the rice paddies for amazing golden hour photos and vibe. I would definitely consider staying here for a 5-6 nights and also if I had a work trip. The pool is very welcoming a good place to relax. Our family room was good and spacious - although the kids must be prepared to share a bed, which is in the same room as the parents bed!

The staff were friendly, professional and very attentive. The villa grounds are very traditional and rustic, typically Balinese culture architecture and vibes. True taste of Bali life. The pool area is peaceful and mostly empty, very nice place to relax. Hotel offers 100K a day rental for scooters which is convenient.

Villas seem dated from inside. Hot water problems and electricity issues on first day, but were eventually resolved. Location isn't the best, far from all beaches and tourist places. The only things nearby are shops, cafes and convenience stores. Very hectic location traffic wise, it's a pain to walk as the streets are not well constructed and have potholes everywhere. Very dangerous

Good location it has the traditional touch of Ubud the swimming pool is nice the facility is very good staff are friendly and helpful breakfast is varied nd delicious

We had an incident that was about to ruin our stay we parked the bike at the hotel parking nd we found it damaged in the morning when we were about to go out luckily there was cctv camera but still staff were trying somehow to put the blame on us but we requested to review the cctv also nd then they just took payment for renting the bike nd they said they will check with the owner and no extra charge was added to us regards to the bike but if the bike was rented from outside we would have surely been in trouble.

The location is very nice , it is near the centre and yet in a very quiet are . Going outside ubud you won't get stuck in heavy traffic. The room good and comfy , the pool area is very nice. The staff are friendly and they will help with renting a scooter.

The room bathroom needs some fit out work. And the breakfast menu needs to have more options specially that we stayed for 2 weeks in this hotel so we got a little bored of the breakfast after a couple of days.
