We loved the property. It was so spacious for our group. The pool was fantastic and the rooms and bathrooms were large. There were two twin rooms and four double rooms, all with mosquito nets, though not that necessary as we didn’t notice too many mosquitoes, but used bug spray nonetheless. Fantastic areas for groups to sit in the outdoor lounge and socialise. It was peaceful by the rice paddies there were three massage tables and the staff arranged massages for our group.

The kitchen was not really suitable for self catering. It had plenty of glassware in crockery, but it would’ve been inconvenient to try and cook there. But there was a fabulous bakery, coffee shop and little warung’s close by. The decking around the pool needed some repair however this didn’t bother us The tiles could be slippery when wet

Villa Heron was amazing, the way all the rooms face the pool area felt really open yet private & the centre communal area was great :) The pool was superb & kept at the perfect temperature, as well as not too much chlorine. Having empty rice paddies next door added to the tranquillity of the villa & the energy was so calm. Thanks to Jeffri for being a super friendly & helpful host.

There was some mess left around in the kitchen when we arrived, but other than that everything was great :)

Perfect layout for a group holiday, lots of social space but rooms spread out enough you aren't on top of each other. Beautifully built, feels very authentic

It's really looked after and really clean but it means there are people looking after the villa at different times of the day

This property was absolutely amazing. It was like paradise. The staff were so helpful and you could even get people to come round to give you a massage. Breakfast is included and main for you by the lovely staff. Location was great with many different foods options near by.

The property was beautiful, serene, and comfortable for family holiday.

The bathrooms need an update, the floors were chipped. When walking to the main road (Jl Raya Ubud) needs to be extra careful because of no sidewalks.

At the beginning we were a bit scared it would be a scam as they asked us for a pre-payment directly to some bank account, however it turned out legitimate. The communication was prompt. The accommodation was great, bigger than expected, and clean. The view over the rice terraces and private pool made it even better. The rooms were spacious, nice and clean with private bathroom. The beds were comfy with mosquito nets over them. The staff was present every day to make us breakfast and clean everything, including rooms. Jimmy was ready to help, providing tips for our program. After an agreement he took care of everything including transport and booking the activities.

Mosquitoes were present in the evening. This was inconvenient as the living room is outside, so I would definitely recommend bringing antimosquitoes spray. Also, we are not used to the staff being around majority of the time, so it felt a bit weird, however we didn´t spend much time in the villa anyway as we explored Ubud.

The whole experience was phenomenal and, at the end, we didn't want to leave. The villa's layout, decor, view, staff, value for money, everything... just perfect. Really can't say enough about it. Best way to experience what Ubud has to offer. Would suit both families and groups. Spent ages looking through the website for villas and am so stoked I chose Jimmy's. Well done to those guys!

The view is amazing. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Lounge area is so comfortable for large group, got karaoke set some more. Very close to the center, but secluded. Beds are comfortable and clean.

The view and surroundings were exceptional, Jimmy the host went over and above whenever we needed anything and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The villa has a gorgeous pool and the rooms are big and nice.

There was some construction work going on next door which was sometimes noisy. Nobody's fault, just unlucky timing.

Beautiful property with an amazing view that over looks rice fields! The staff are lovely and very helpful (the took laundry for us). Jimmy (the owner) was incredibly helpful with trying to book us excursions, transfers etc.

Slightly too far out of Ubud centre meaning you can’t walk, also the road down to the nearest shop / cafe is very busy and dangerous.. best to rent bikes!
