Everything except one thing : the staff is very nice, it is very clean breakfast very good. But I wish they stop playing this awful and electronic around the swimming pool. It is a pity because the garden and swimming pool are so beautiful and could be peaceful without this terrible music that makes the moment around the pool stressful despite it should be restful and relaxing.

Great value for money. Location is amazing, really close to Ubud Downtown but out of the downtown traffic. Small details made the stay really nice: spacious room, super comfortable and very big beds, dark blackouts which really made our stay perfect.

Breakfast can be improved. Very basic selection and mostly Asian not Western

A very lovely hotel in Ubud, strategically located, loving the activities (especially the bonfire and marshmallows), loving the pools, the foods are great and tasty—although there’s room for improvements on the breakfast selections.

Breakfast was a bit of frenzy..we were there at a busy time being xmas week but the flow of the buffet with where the tables are placed made it a bit annoying bumping into people and people constantly having to go past your table..didnt feel relaxing and our eggs took forever 3 days in a row , The noise (screaming children!) from the pool you could hear from the room even with doors closed Not many decent restaurants out side to walk to..hotel restaurant was nice..although wine was overpriced even for bali Too hot to walk into ubud so you either do shuttle or taxi...

The staff were lovely and attentive, always offering to help in any way they can. The location is peaceful and scenic, not too far from the action but secluded enough to be quiet and serene. It was my mother's birthday vacation and the staff arranged a welcome cake for her upon arrival. I cannot fault this level of care and service. Our room was spacious, very clean and modern with beautiful views over the pool and garden. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I have never before come across such an endless array of food and beverage options, including both western and Indonesian cuisines - we were spoilt for choice. If I return to Ubud, I would not stay anywhere else because this was unbeatable value for money.

Location; if you want to be at the heart of Ubud, this hotel may not be for you. But, if you want to on the quiet side of the area, then this hotel location would be perfect

I don’t normally leave reviews but this hotel definitely deserves one! My stay at this hotel was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is kept very clean and is very spacious, and is located in a lovely area not too far from Ubud centre. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of foods to choose from that caters for all, and the a la carte menu is fab too- again, I don’t normally eat in at hotels but the food was too good that I had to! Extra activities are offered such as morning yoga, and I believe there are also activities for young children. The ambience of this hotel is very relaxing, particularly in the lobby, at the restaurant and by the pool (provided there are no chaotic children playing unsupervised) I would like to give a special thank you to the hotel staff- from the second we entered the hotel to the very end of our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful, polite and welcoming. They make this hotel very worth the stay! I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Ubud!

- No air-conditioning at the in-house spa, I was perspiring after the massage! Not a good experience despite paying a premium. - Not very safe to walk outside the streets of the hotel as the pavement was under construction. Had to walk on the road with cars/motorbikes zooming past us.

The staff at the Elements Resort in Ubud were really fantastic, always showing a keen interest in what we were planning on doing and providing great advice on what to go and see. Being in a wheelchair, it's difficult to pick places to go see in Bali, as not everything is accessible. But the staff were really helpful, for example suggesting a waterfall spot that has an elevator, https://ommabali.com/ The room was great, had a little balcony with some chairs and a table, where spent evening having a drink and chatting. We can really recommend the Elements Resort in Ubud!

Nothing major springs to mind. Being in a wheelchair, the ramps down to the spa area were a bit steep (a good workout for some, others might need a bit of a push). But this is really being picky! Overall there were no major issues!

Bed are very comfortable and worthy
