Staff are amazing. We were in 4a and b the villa with a pool. The pool looked amazing but was too cold for us to use. Ubud was very wet and cold for that time of year. Staff even made us a breakfast packs for the family ready at 4am for a day trip to lovina. The laundry service was awesome! Shower and bath good.

The location is amazing little off from the main town. Was a little hard to find down the end of a small street. They have a bit of constriction happened there but we never heard any noise. Looked like workers were living in the building they were making.

We felt very welcome at Tirta Arum. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but cosy and clean. The pool has an amazing view and is perfect to chill and enjoy the day. Also the area is quiet and so we really been able to chill there.

The breakfast was included but for vegans there is a very limited variety.

The hotel has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that really lets you unwind and enjoy the beauty of Ubud. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming – always smiling and happy to help with anything we needed. Every morning started perfectly with a very good breakfast – fresh, tasty, and a great way to fuel up before a day of exploring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the gardens around the hotel were beautifully maintained. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to add a few more sunbeds and maybe some parasols by the pool – just to make lounging even more comfortable. But overall, a wonderful stay and we’d happily come back again. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hospitality was like no other. They treat you like family and always want to make sure you have everything you need. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. It’s hidden and very private, but not too far from main sightseeing attractions. Breakfast was included and was delicious! My favorite part was the fact that they all interacted with my son. Something I’ve never seen in other hotels we’ve stayed in. My son was so happy to stay here and we will definitely be returning soon!

We arrived really late . A group of 11 people. They were able to get us 3 cars from the airport to the hotel. This is a family owned property, and after a busy trip and even busier road, we arrived in a little oasis of peace. Our chauffeur Adi, who lives there with his family, was an amazing help and guide. The next day, he had a trip itinerary built with all the things we wanted to do in a short time. We had 3 nights. 2 full days. He was able to arrange a bus to take us all to different places, on very short notice. He also arranged transfer to our next destination.... still in a bus but sending our luggage ahead. His English is excellent and he recommended really good and affordable restaurants. His mother in law was in charge of our breakfast and was very attentive to our needs. The place is manicured to perfection , the beds are massive. We were in 2 rooms and our friends in villas. Each room and villas had that sense of privacy. Because it is a little of the busy main street of Ubud , it is quiet and peaceful at night. Adi will accommodate your transport, and drop you off and pick you up when need it. We all loved the sense of belonging that his family gave us and can only warmly recommend him and this amazing place. We will definitely go back there if we come back to Ubud.

We had the private villa and it was amazing! There were two rooms and two bathrooms and a connecting lounge. Everything was so clean! Breakfast was brought to the room each morning at a time we selected. It was more than enough and so tasty! The family who run it are so nice and were so helpful! They have a shuttle to Ubud central that you can take back and forth! There are warungs and a couple massage places nearby as well!

Great location. The staff at Tirta Arum were amazing the head chef is a lovely lady and really caring, made us feel like we were home. The owners dog, Bingo is amazing! Greeted us upon our arrival and said hello whenever he could! Agung was the best! He was super patient and kind! Showed us around the surrounding waterfalls and rice fields. He was also very keen to help us whenever we needed him, amazing young man!

The staff was absolutely welcoming and friendly, extra helpful as well (helped me iron my really wrinkled dress). They provided a floating breakfast free of charge upon request. Room was absolutely spotless and staff would call to ask if they could clean daily. Water would be refilled daily. Staff offer suggestions for touristy activities, but give great alternatives to over-priced venues. While booking, the staff would reach out while I was still in Kenya to thank me for booking and also offer day tour packages, which I appreciated. The hotel is absolutely tranquil. Would absolutely book a stay again when in Ubud!

Great little hotel with pool villas and a communal pool. The views of endless palm trees is beautiful from the pool. The beds and pillows are super comfy. The villa has 2 bedrooms, shower and bath each and a living room in between. The breakfast is also plentiful and yummy. We had eggs, toast, fruit, pastries, tea/coffee and fresh juice. The staff are wonderful as are all people in Bali!

They had a big black dog who would walk around the reception and restaurant area which i didn't like as I don't like dogs. But he seemed harmless
