A great villa to share with friends/family. All bedrooms were a great size, it was very clean and the outdoor/indoor kitchen space is great for chilling near the pool. Washing machine is a bonus too! The villa manager was in constant comms with us during our stay, made checking in and out very easy. Helped arrange transfers too at a good price. The villa is a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Ubud but easy to take a taxi if you didn't fancy the walk!

Beautiful villa with lots of space ideal for families or a group. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to spend a night in. The bedrooms were large with ensuites and comfortable beds. The open kitchen/lounge next to the pool was ideal for hanging out and keeping cool during the midday heat. We met some of the cleaning staff on our arrival who were friendly and helpful showing us how to use things and offering us use of the washing machine. The villa manager was attentive and easy to contact via WhatsApp.

Mosquitoes were hard to keep out of the bedrooms due to the house being open plan.

Could of done with more towels in the bathrooms (hand towels etc) Given that the villa can cater for 6 people it would have been helpful to have enough sun loungers for everyone, and perhaps an extra sofa space. The downstairs toilet needed a big clean and new toilet seats. The outside showers were not secluded enough.

Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Pool was refreshing and gardens well maintained. Laundry on the corner to the driveway too. Fantastic!

A little too far to walk for places to eat. They say it’s priced because of the construction going on next door but it really wasn’t that bad. They have installed privacy screens too.

We only had one night to enjoy this gorgeous villa and I wish we had stayed longer. The bedrooms are very spacious, huge comfy beds, big bathrooms with huge bathtubs and outdoor showers. Staff were kind and helpful, we had requested scooters and they provided at an extra cost. Kitchen has all you need, water filter provided and there's also a washing machine and drying rack. Villa was tidy and gardens were well kept, the pool was big clean and clear. Good value for money, I would recommend and stay again.

Not a whole lot really, you can just hear the neighboring villa loud and clear and vice versa but no a biggy for us and the downstairs outdoor shower lacks a little privacy.

The 20 minute walk to Ubud center was a bit to much for us with young kids, but there was always a (grab) taxi a minute away to take us to town in a couple of minutes.

Beautiful villa right near the centre of Ubud. Only a short scooter ride away! Villa manager was very attentive and always willing to help. Large rooms and wonderful indoor outdoor area.

I wish there was a glass door to close off the lounge area at night to feel more safe and keep the mosquitoes out.

The villa was well maintained and very clean. A longer walk to Main parts of ubud that would not be suitable for everyone but a great supermarket close by.. washing machine was a great bonus. I left my wallet on my bed with credit cards and both rupiah and Aussie dollars and it was all there when we got back from tour

Safe would not work and not secured in and tv would not work most of the time. As we didn't report it, it cannot be held as a fault of management.

The villa itself was stunning — peaceful, beautifully designed, and in a great location that made it easy to explore the area.

Privacy ans family friendly. Good kitchen to cook some food items. Swimming pool was great. The washing m/c is an added advantage.

The guest toilet seat need to be changed. The main door is not having any ordinary lock,
