For our visit the location was great and staff were fantastic and very accomodating. We had a late flight and we were fortunate to be able to have a late checkout. Its about 800m to main road and 1 km to Ubud centre, and an easy walk if you enjoy walking. The location was quiet and away from the traffic noise and hustle of the town centre. The villa was perfect for us with our own pool and very quiet and private for relaxing when you need it. Staff happy to help with anything you need and are great at communicating and responding to messages. Assisted us with finding transport with a very punctual and good driver (Nyoman) to be able to attend conference for drop off and pick up. Highly recommend this property.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality. On our first evening, the staff thoughtfully recommended a traditional Balinese dance performance and seamlessly arranged tickets for us. The venue, conveniently located just across the road from the villa, provided an ideal start to our stay. Each morning, we enjoyed a relaxing breakfast at the villa, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. The evening meals were equally impressive. In addition to their dining services, they offer private drivers for day trips, which I highly recommend. We participated in the full-day Kintamani tour, and it was a remarkable opportunity to experience Bali's authentic culture. The driver was professional, knowledgeable, and made the journey even more enjoyable. These villas truly exceed expectations, offering personalised service and convenience at every turn. They provide a dedicated WhatsApp contact, ensuring that any request can be easily managed. The main town is just a five-minute taxi ride away, which we utilised each evening. Overall, our stay was a perfect balance of relaxation and cultural exploration, with outstanding service throughout. The driver, in particular, was exceptional. I highly recommend these villas for a truly memorable experience.

We liked the welcoming staff and comfortable room. The complimentary breakfasts provided each morning were decent and with large portions. The backyard with a private pool and "hammock" was a great place to relax; we wish we had more time to use it.

The location is almost a 10-minute walk from the main street. As a tourist (especially while walking at night), we had to be very careful not to step in the many holes and gaps on the sides of the street on the way to the hotel. The surrounding streets feel safe, but are dark and the pathway leading to our room was dark as well. The incense provided in the bathroom to ward off mosquitoes was a bit too strong for our preference (it made the whole bathroom very smoky), but the staff was receptive to adjusting the level to our liking.

Communication: Correspondence with the team at Origin Ubud were always prompt. The use of WhatsApp as a mode of communication was effective and efficient. Communication of breakfast orders, housekeeping timings and miscellaneous requests were promptly addressed. Cleanliness: Villa interior and its surrounding premises were well-maintained. What you saw in the photos on Booking.com, you would get in person. Organization: The team at Origin Ubud got us covered starting from travel logistics (pick-up/drop-off), day tours enquiries/bookings, adhoc request (a little birthday surprise for my partner). Kudos to Aditya, Rio and team. Special mention to Mr Wayan, our driver/guide. He always looked out for our children during the day tours, and his suggestions on where to go/timing lived up to expectations. Lastly, the team at Origin Ubud always carried out their duties with a big smile, and always engaged our children, even remembering their names. Our family enjoyed our short stay tremendously, and would love to be back when return to Ubud in future.

Breakfast options could be rotated more frequently, otherwise the same options may lead to fatigue especially for stays stretching to 5 days and longer; For dining in the open, constant vigilance over houseflies is necessary;

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a perfect space to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Aditya, who went out of his way to ensure everything was taken care of during my stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to making guests feel comfortable really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The villa was very comfortable, with a very spacious interior. The room was clean and the service from the staff was very good. The pool, even though it was small, provided the right amount of cooling and fun. The hotel is located just on the outskirts over the center, which means you need to walk a little further, but also less sound. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay here.

When we arrived, they were doing renovations to villas next to ours, which meant lots of noise from sawing and drilling. After we talked to the staff, they did their very best to minimize the sound.

Staff was amazing and very accomodating to us travelling with two little ones. They also allowed us to have a late checkout due to a late night flight which was extremely helpful. Great and quick staff communication! Location is perfect and close to centre Ubud Modern, comfortable and beautiful villa with beautiful facilities. We felt very comfortable and at home. Yummy breakfast We can’t wait to come back next time!

I stayed in this villa for 10 days. I was able to see what was really working and what didn't work. The staff are amazing!! Simple text on WhatsApp will get you what you want and more. Very helpful team. The villa was beautifully designed, the pool was nice, and the room was comfy. They would come everyday at 7 pm to set some mosquito repellent for you to enjoy a nice evening. Smart tv where you can watch your favorite show on Netflix. They do laundry service and in home spa services as well which was really nice

The place is beautifully designed however, it's really deteriorating and no maintenance is being done, corrosion on mirrors and metals around the villa , a lot of dirt beneath surfaces and around the pool area. It's a shame really to have these observations for such a beautiful villa.

The location is great, walking distance from Ubud centre. The breakfast was delicious and all the team looked after us very well! Highly recommend it, especially for couples. We had a great time!

Breakfast, the massage was awesome, pool was really clean and lovely. The hammock over the pool was a great hit. Communication with the staff was really easy.

The location just a slight bit off the main road but it wasnt too bad. Easy to get to by bike.
