The villa is fabulous it is bright and clean, and the furnishing is modern , simple and beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and the beds comfortable (especially the upstairs large room with queen size bed, with a balcony and a huge bathroom with bathtub). Our villa is right next to the pool (beautiful pool next to all the lush trees). The staff is warm, friendly and attentive. The place is very quiet and peaceful with lots of trees. It is a few mins walk to the main street that is vibrant with all the great restaurants (we went to some amazing restaurants). The hotel arranged pick up and drop off, and send our laundry to be done. We felt very spoiled and well look after! I will definitely book to stay here again in future.

They have a good breakfast for you to choose from daily. A small cafe within the villas to provide simple lunch & dinner in case you don't feel like going out or don't have enough food after the trip. The greenery surrounding makes you relax more.

The infrastructure of Ubud, the narrow old roads with lots of traffic & cutting across from all directions and the bumpy, unserviceable pathways, requires one to be alert at all times and get used to it.

The beautiful garden, the decoration of the house, the friendly staff, very close to the center of ubud but still really quiet. Swimmingpool was also great and very quiet. At night they had beautiful decoration lights which made the Place look even more amazing. Also good food! Would recommend this place to everyone!

The rooster from the neighbors that started at 4 in the morning already but that is not really anything they can change. But earplugs van come in handy.

The Villa is amazing. Beautiful place, nice gardens, nice pool, very quiet site. In a very narrow street, but aproxim. 10/12 minutes walking to Ubud Palace. Short distance from front lot of stores, drugstores, restaurants and cafés. The staff is kind and very attentive. The Villa itself is a Dream. The decor, The mood is very relaxing and it was perfect for our family. One ensuite bedroom at the 1st floor and the Master suíte above. Good sound isolation, even that the upstair room does not have a door to close, but we do have privacy. The bathroom is huge and nice. The breakfast you choose the day before and they take it to you the time that you ask for. Very tasty. They also provide an afternoon coffee, with always delicious cake. If you look to stay in a quiet place, with privacy, good service, but still be in the middle of Ubud, that's the place. (The White Villas has 3 entire villas and 4 bedrooms, so it's kind of a "boutique" place)

The only thing is that I think need to check more often things os maintenence, like lamps and the sink drain, but it was not really an issue, or a problem. The staff really solved it very quickly.

Loved the location so close to everything in Ubud. We had the pleasure of being driven around by Putu and what can we say the most amazing person, he was knowledgeable had fantastic English and his driving was flawless. The villa was great, the pool was nice and the daily breakfast was lovely!

The shower in the downstairs bathroom wasn’t working and the first night we used it, it flooded the bathroom. We did report it but it wasn’t fixed the rest of our stay.

Great location. Beautiful space. Nice facilities and the staff was amazing. Great restaurant in complex or at Agny (2 min up the road). Beautiful spa near by (Hesa). Also walked through the rice fields to Pyramids of Chi for an ancient sound journey.

Minor things. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us (you could feel every movement). The tile floor was swept but dusty. Needs a good washing.

The staff is extremely responsive to any need and show up in 1 minute. The pools are well-maintained as our the grounds. The view of the rice fields and ducks is special. Very quiet even though you walk 1 block and you are in the middle of everything that is not. Very large, spacious rooms.

Possibly a few more Western items at the buffet breakfast would be a nice addition.

This is a gem of a hotel. The staff is beyond friendly and the villas are stunning. We loved how quiet it was and away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud, yet just a quick walk into the main part of town. They deliver a custom ordered delicious breakfast right to your villa and also have a restaurant on site that prepares yummy dinners. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. They also arranged transportation for us to our next location. I highly recommend The White Villas.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

When the reality absolutely meets the expectation. Little cozy paradise in jungle. 10 minutes and you are at the central road of Ubud. Few minutes and you are at the Water Palace and Ubud Palace. Nice place really. We are in Kuta now and want to return to Ubud and The White Villas. Thanks to all staff.

Fruits for breakfast could be a little bit tasty.

We had a gratis stay at the White Villas. The location is like an oasis of silence within busy Ubud. We had a spacious villa close to the pool with an awesome view into the garden. Breakfast was tasty and the Villas are nicely decorated. The staff was very kind, especially Putu who was our driver for a day trip to some temples and the mountain area. He explained a lot in good English and most importantly drove safely.
