Wow, it's hard to top this view and this location. The pool was amazing, we could hardly leave to get out. The food was delicious, breakfast lunch or dinner. The rooms were huge and we could see the ocean from the front deck. The massage in the open spa with the sound of the ocean. A great happy hour. Rent a scooter for $10 au a day or just walk the 5 mins into the main ulu drag.

I knew about the noise from ulu cliffhouse next door, but it is loud and bassy. Bring a speaker for white noise and all is fine. We were lucky it was just one night out of four so can't complain

Perfect views, our double deluxe room was lovely (one of the better rooms) and friendly staff and nice choice for breakfast.

Loud music until 1:30am on Saturday night from Ulu Cliffhouse, it was unbearable! Allowing day guests to come & take up pool lounges and let their dogs on them, sometimes guests were unable to attain a lounge! Pool tiles need to be replaced and generally an overall update is probably required.

Amazing pool, with an amazing view. Staff is friendly and lovely, made me feel very welcomed. Breakfast was good.

Location is very near the main beach in Uluwatu and the street with restaurants, however you have to walk up for a dark path for about 10 minutes. Not much a negative point, just an observation. Rooms are not that great, they are simple and a bit outdated.

The pool and gardens are simply amazing. The view of the ocean is incredible and you can spend hours around the infinity pool, truly a pleasure to look at the ocean from there. The staff were also amazing, super friendly and helpful and did everything to accomodate us. The room was comfortable and spacious with all the essentials and the shower pressure was just perfect. The breakfast was good and watching that horizon ocean view while eating was great. The location is also great, in a really quiet area, but only 10 mins walk away from all the restaurants and bars on the Main Street. Ulu Cliffhouse is right next door, 5 minutes away and great for a meal and more ocean views.

The pool is fantastic, but it needs some maintenance- plenty of loose and missing tiles - you can still swim safely, but it doesn’t look as good as it could. The lighting in the bathroom is way too weak and there aren’t enough places to hang your towels. The music they put on at breakfast, though initially soothing, is just too repetitive. Parts of the room are also getting a little worn and need some more maintenance.

this hotel is an amazing resort, we had a bungalow room located less than 30 meters from the pool and the restaurant. The restaurant has wonderful vegan meals and we took all our meals there (fabulous breakfast was included). We were so comfortable and relaxed that we did not want to leave the hotel during our stay. The ocean view from the infinity pool, the restaurant was amazing. We had the hotel arrange transportation to the airport.

We liked everything. We just wished that we had booked a longer stay. The short road to the hotel from the main street needs some work but it is not the hotel responsibility.

The location is perfect, with just a short three-minute walk to the town, which is lovely for a stroll and some touristy shopping. We had two rooms—our suite was perfect in every way, but unfortunately, the hot water in our children’s room only worked once during our four-night stay, despite continuous assurances that the problem would be fixed. It worked for just one short shower. The breakfasts were great, lunches and dinners were excellent, and the view is superb. Unfortunately, on our last afternoon, the dining area was dismantled for roof renovations, leaving us unable to have dinner or breakfast unless we opted for room service. A letter informed us that guests qualified for a 20% discount on their room rate during the renovation period, but we later discovered that the discount would only commence once the renovation noise started, which was scheduled for the day after our departure. Despite these issues, we still loved our stay. The staff are exceptional—friendly and warm—which helped us overlook the significant inconveniences. The pool, day beds, and views truly make this place special, and even with the unacceptable glitches, we would return. They have a convenient WhatsApp line for guests to quickly order cocktails, laundry, and more. However, the larger issues, such as hot water and renovations, seem to be under the control of top management, which is clearly lacking.

We had an extraordinary stay for 4 days in one of their suites. uluwatu cottages have a fantastic location on a cliff overlooking the ocean. you can enjoy the sunset or the surfers riding the waves. pool needs some maintenance with some loose tiles, but is anyway beautiful. accommodation is clean and offers everything you may need. restaurant is wonderful, fresh and great food all day from breakfast to lunch. staff is extremely friendly! and make the vacation experience the real deal. thanks for the effortts! location is also great for sightseeing. uluwatus beaches and temples are all closeby.

all was great the last 300 meters of road to the cottages is not well maintained.

Lovely property on the clifftops, peaceful and beautiful, with nice gardens, pool. Service was so welcoming and the restaurant was great for lunch and dinner. Wished we had stayed longer, was one of my favourite hotels in Bali. Hotel arranged us a driver without problem to explore the area and massages were easily available on the property. Near to Uluwatu Temple and good beaches and shops.

We weren't there at the weekend but if you are there Friday and Saturday night there is a property next door that seems to do loud music nights - can imagine that might ruin the peace.

This was such a beautiful venue and my husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Uluwatu Cottages! We stayed at one of the suites, and the room was so lovely and clean. Our favourite feature was the cliffside view, which was gorgeous. The breakfast was great (huge portions). Service was great as well - we will definitely be back

Although we paid more to stay in a suite, we were disappointed that the shower in our suite did not work great -the water was going in different directions which meant that showering wasn't too great an experience. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

A tranquil property with beautiful gardens—so peaceful during the day, with stunning views over the infinity pool and the Uluwatu cliffs.

Room facilities are a bit run down. Beds and pillows are quite hard and the bathroom could use with a revamp. Unfortunately the Ulu Cliffhouse next door can be going till all hours in the morning with really loud music and I woke up multiple times during the night because of this. It's not their fault because the property is otherwise a peaceful oasis. I put my noise cancelling AirPods in and it was okay after this. Value for money is on point! Would visit again :)
