Jon and Novi were fantastic staff members who went well beyond the norm to make sure I was well looked after. Stunning property and great music.

The only fault I could mention is that the outdoor shower doesn’t have any shelving to put shaving gel, razor etc which I could imagine being more annoying for a couple. I was a solo traveller. The hot water lacked pressure too, taking a long time to get hot. But that’s being picky.

I had such a wonderful time during my brief stay at Ulu Cliffhouse. The staff were great, the food options by the pool were really good and the sun beds are included in the price of your room so you don’t have to pay extra for these. It’s such a beautiful location and so many good restaurants up the road. In the early evening I got a knock on the door with a hand delivered box of chocolates and handmade cookies. It was a special touch and I appreciated it!

Unfortunately the property is located down a very bumpy narrow road and when it rains many potholes are full of water so tricky to navigate and the shower water oddly tasted like chlorine I think but no huge biggie here. I personally am a bit funny with noise, I’m a light sleeper so for me personally I’d only stay during the week when they don’t have events on or weekend djs or anything. I popped my earplugs in which helped drown out any sound but yep, I personally couldn’t handle anything louder than you’re regular Wednesday evening noise/music etc

The property is incredible. The landscape cliffside view of the Indian Ocean is a dream, and the poolside amenities are 10/10. They also had yoga and pilates every morning for an extra fee,e but it was minimal. Lastly, the restaurant on the property was great. The food was always fresh and yummy, and the service was excellent.

The only negative comment I can make is about the lighting in the room. It's VERY dark and my room which was #6 had no windows except for a tiny bathroom window in the shower and in the toilet room. There was no natural light but even worse the lights were very dim edison bulbs meant for sexy mood lighting but not for doing your makeup or even just seeing your face as you wash it. You also can't properly see your outfit in the mirror because it's so dark so if this is important to you then it may not be the best option. I ended up asking for an extra light which they kindly provided me with and it was better than before but still not great.

We love Ulu cliff house! Our second time back here! The rooms are enormous, so clean and very grand! The vibe is perfect and the staff are all amazing! Novi is the loveliest girl serving breakfast! And the breakfast is Great!

The only negative we have are that the shower is terrible, needs more pressure! And there isn’t much light in the bathrooms so doing your makeup is hard! Also we booked a particular room and when we checked in we were put in a different room so that was disappointing! Otherwise we love this hotel and all of the staff! 100% will be back!

Beautiful location on the cliff, great vibe, friendly attentive staff, and good music

No water pressure. Couldn’t take a shower or even shave at the basin. No water other than a drip. Ridiculous when paying such high price.

- Absolutely breathtaking ocean views from all angles in this venue - Staff were so lovely, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time - nothing was ever too much to ask - Included breakfasts were so generous and delicious! - Suites were well fit out and comfortable - Great central location to shops, restaurants, other beaches and surf breaks (it was super easy and affordable to order a Grab to wherever we needed to go) - Ensured VIP poolside and ocean view seating throughout the cliffhouse - Easy to book in for massages right there at the accommodation - Yoga and Pilates with an ocean view

If you don’t like parties and loud music, avoid staying at cliffhouse when they have big DJ events on (check their events calendar). We found this fun to be a part of, plus it was only 1 night through our week-long stay and the music was finished by 12am. It’d be great if there could be a refillable water station in the suites. We drink a lot of water (especially in the Bali heat) and we felt bad having to repeatedly ask for the staff to bring more water bottles to our suite!

The food was amazing but most of all, it was the staff and location that made the stay absolutely wonderful. As guests, a you were given the absolute VIP treatment. Gorgeous rooms and little garden areas. It was also quiet as no events when we were there ( we stayed in the week)

The music around the pool was a little loud and could have been turned off earlier but younger people might like this more so you can’t please everyone ! Nothing else could be improved / it was perfect

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ulu Cliffhouse in Uluwatu, Bali, and our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a romantic and relaxing escape. It’s the perfect place to create beautiful memories together, surrounded by the natural beauty of Uluwatu. We will definitely be returning for another stay!

We had a great time. Our room was playgrounds and we absolutely loved it . The decor , the outdoor shower - it was all perfect . We absolutely loved every single member of the staff, they really made our stay unforgettable - always do nice , attentive and helpful . This is a day club, but usually all music ceases around midnight , and therefore did not bother us at all. It’s nice to have access to all the events and day beds for free as guests . This was the best stay, I really recommend to stay here when you stay at Uluwatu .

The amazing breakfast and staff were lovely, views from the property were good. The day beds were comfortable and there was an adjustable shade sail which was helpful.

We stayed in the impossible suite which is located right next to the common area speakers. During the day, the music can be quite loud, luckily it stops around 9pm. Later in the evenings , I could smell sewerage coming from the bedroom. On the second night, the smell was more noticeable. At the end of the day, we were too tired and slept through it.
