Easy private parking, quiet and relaxing rural location with a choice of breakfasts. Breakfast consisted of cereal, fruit, a good cooked breakfast, toast and coffee. The person serving breakfast was friendly and was able to advise us on places to see and visit in the area.

The accommodation was about 5 kilometers outside Cahir so it was necessary to drive to get dinner, but parking in Cahir was easy. It was possible to hear people moving around in adjacent rooms an although this wasn't too intrusive, it did make you conscious of their presence.

Breakfast was very good, price is fair, beds are very comfortable, we have been very happy to find a pet friendly B&B, our host was very nice it was just perfect for a family with a dog. Thank you so much.

The room was clean but not amazing, we paid an extra 10€ for the dog extra cleaning, what is totally fair, so it could have been better. I'm very picky with cleaning so don't think it was dirty, it was OK.

Lovely quiet location but only 10 mins away from town for restaurants etc. Nice riverside walk and castle. Anne was a lovely host, along with Toby the dog. Room was spotless. Breakfast was fresh and well cooked. Small woods across the road ideal for walking our dog. Was made very welcome.

Would have liked some fresh fruit at breakfast but otherwise a recommended stay.

Deerbrook was fantastic, beyond what we saw in pictures and read in previous reviews. The staff know hospitality and create a home away from home. The freshly cooked breakfast was a delight, with more food and tea offered in quick succession. Our son had his birthday during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make his breakfast a celebration to start his day off with a bang. Toby (B&B dog) was a bit hit with our son. The morning and evening hellos and good nights were a delight. Toby is so friendly and led us on our hike around the B&B. He will be missed by us all. We can't thank you all enough, we will be recommending your B&B to everyone who is travelling to Ireland.

The room came with a lovely hot breakfast in a sun room area. The house is in a forested area a bit from town but quite. We asked about somewhere to have dinner, and the gentleman recommended the hotel near us which was fantastic.

We felt we interrupted the man who checked us in from his TV show, not very talkative or "warm". The house dog was also nippy. Far to explore local town area.

This was a good find for us,travelling with our dog: a quiet location surrounded by countryside with lovely walks from the doorstep. We loved it. Some might find it too remote, but it's very convenient for the main road and there are sure to be places to eat etc nearby. Cahir is a charming historic little town. Had a great breakfast before departure. Would definitely call in again.

I absolutely adored this B&B. Located down a dirt road, this place is peaceful and beautiful. You can't help fall in love with the little brook running alongside the property and the gorgeous hills rising in the background. Toby, the resident dog, will take you on walks up the road to a hidden path through the woods. He knows his way around and is happy to take you on a tour anytime of the day. Aside from a beautiful location, the room was large, clean and comfortable. The decor was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety. The staff were fantastic! I loved chatting with Mag in the mornings - she had great suggestions on where to go to see the most beautiful views. My overall stay was relaxing and magical.

Room was a good size, good bed, very fresh bedding. Everything nice and clean, good bathroom, large shower cubicle with plenty hot water. Toby (the dog) took us on some nice walks and greeted us every time we left/returned. A vegan breakfast was provided which was really very kind. I would have been happy to just have toast, but had porridge, fruit and a hot brekkie.

This house was charming and well-maintained. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They also had some necessities like shampoo and tea. Breakfast was delicious, with several options to suit each person. The woman who hosted our breakfast was very accommodating of our kids and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our breakfast. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend to others.

Lovely big comfortable rooms. Very clean. Nice to have a kettle and tea etc in the room. Very friendly host.

It is a little more challenging if you’re staying without a vehicle. The hotel locally to dine at is a bit of a walk when it’s outing hard and along a busy road which isn’t nice and not safe if dark. Would be great if there were frozen meals or a freezer/fridge available in a common room that guests could use and could then get a meal for themselves. Taxis are exorbitant in Ireland so it makes calling one to pop out for dinner unviable
