Myself and my family had a wonderful stay at the Anner hotel. Room was a nice big size and clean and shower was lovely. Breakfast was delicious plenty of options. Swimming pool was lovely and warm in the changing room to get changed, and plenty of pool toys for the kids so they enjoyed it. Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were very happy to stop and chat with us and very polite. Will definitely visit again.

TV in the room was small and not a smart TV just had a couple of channels so it was bit boring but luckily we had brought the PlayStation so could hook it up and kids could watch YouTube and hotel guest internet wasn't great either in our room.

The staff were friendly and in both the restaurant and lounge area. The staff at reception was kind and helpful. No one stood out for any fabulous service but all were nice enough. I do have to say the food at dinner and breakfast was fabulous.

My room was very dated new bedding but the bathroom was very old and dated. As being very short hard to get into the bathtub to take a shower and the quality of show was not great. Dissappointed there was no fridge in the room for my water and my breakfast drink. i kept on ice until morning was was not ideal. Bit cluny furniture. MY friends room was updated and new bathroom so im hoping it was just a delay in getting to this room.

Everyone was incredibly friendly. I accidentally left my scarf in my room when I checked out, I didn't realise it until I got home. I rang the hotel and they were happy to post it out to me. They were so gracious and kind I couldn't have asked for better. They also seemed to take on board my issues with the bathroom and said they would pass the messages on to maintenance / management.

Regarding the wheelchair accessible bathroom - the shower seat was attached to the wall but was way to high, if i didn't have some power in my legs I wouldn't have been able to climb onto the seat and it also very small, it wasn't sturdy and I didn't feel safe sitting on it. I did inform reception on checkout and they said that they would let maintenance know. If the provided a better seat I would happy start here over again.

Breakfast was in bright area including conservatory area. Choice of buffet and cooked menu breakfast is excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Quality of food was good. Room was clean and well decorated. Facilities in the room were great and the shower has good pressure. The soaps, shower gel and hair products are a lovely fragrance. Use of the leisure facilities was an extra bonus. Staff at leisure centre were friendly and helpful. Food in the bar/grill was of a high standard

Anner Hotel was lovely. Staff was polite,helpful, and very happy to stop and chat with us. The swimming pool was really nice. The receptionist gave my children toys to play with in the pool which they liked. Restaurant was lovely staff were happy to waiter us, Food was delicious. Rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was fabulous. The hotel was very pretty and was decorated with lots of christmas decorations. Will look forward to returning again in the future.

To put this as politely as possible. The first thing I didn't like was when I first opened the door to our room after checking in there was a awful smell of discharge (poo) coming from the toilet both myself and partner noticed it. I opened all the windows, and the smell did eventually go. It wasn't pleasant to first walk into as we had been travelling all day.

Excellent food. Great value on the New Years Eve deal. Four course meal at €50 per head was brilliant. Good breakfast options also and all the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Nice room & good location

Checked in and went straight for a shower but there was no body wash or conditioner in the room. Went down to the bar and what I assume is the head bar man served me a pint of guinness that was basically thrown at me. The pint wasn't great so I switched to a pint of cider which cost me €7. Way overpriced The music on New Year's Eve finished at 12:20am! Not much of a party. And the countdown to New years began at 12:02am!! The singer explained he had the flu so it seemed he couldn't wait to get out of there.

Great location and relaxed spaces for guests. Breakfast is also plentiful and delicious - something for everyone! Accessible room which had a fantastic accessible shower. Currently having some refurbishment so second floor has newer furnishings.

Disappointed that the leisure facilities closed so early in the day for residents as you would not be spending the day by the pool if visiting and meant we missed out on using it for the two nights we stayed as Sunday it closes early too.

A super comfy bed. Friendly staff, parking onsite. Lovely leisure centre staff. Sauna gym and pool. Very clean. I requested a room with a bath and they gave me a massive room with 3 beds. Plus, they kindly let me check in early. Breakfast was good, a lovely space to eat and cooked options that were served quickly.

The leisure centre is a bit ‘tired’ steam room wasn’t great. The hotel also seemed a bit tired (bathroom/ fixtures etc.but it was super clean!

Receptionist at check in was superb. Efficient and friendly. Nice to see a male receptionist in a hotel for a change. Comfortable and freshly cooked fry. Lovely. Staff member at host desk not very friendly but two other staff members including what looked like the GM came over and could not be nicer. Dinner previous evening (duck) was superb and staff couldn't be friendlier. Room was very nice but couldn't find where to control the heat (too warm)

The unfriendliness when I arrived in the restaurant by the host at breakfast but more than compensated by others.

Beautiful old style Irish hotel. Warm welcome and lovely decor in the room . Great breakfast with is ordered from your table. We enjoyed a swim and Jacuzzi in the leisure centre. The room was very clean and bathroom immaculate,

The only negative I would say about the room was that the bed was only a standard double. Not even a king size which is not expected in this stage age.
