I really enjoyed arriving at this peaceful and beautiful location. Then, meeting Lydie and Pierre was a joy. Lydie is excellent at explaining things very clearly and I absolutely loved my room - very French decor. The view of the bay from my bedroom was lovely. Extremely comfortable bed, a fantastic sleep, and the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide choice of cereals, including several healthy options, followed by choices of cooked breakfast. Twelve guests arrived for breakfast at a similar time, and I was really impressed with how smoothly and cheerfully Lydie served us all. I thought the house rules were very appropriate and I liked the request for being quiet from 10pm. I would love to return one day.

The location of the b&b is absolutely amazing. We saw a seal from our bedroom window! Clifden is only a 10min drive so you're still close to shops and restaurants, but nature is right on your doorstep. We were received warmly by the host, Lydie, who gave us information about the area and showed us the room. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, there were home made jams, almond coconut paste, chocolate paste and caramel. So tasty. Also a selection of fresh fruit and of course pancakes or full Irish. All in all we had a great time and loved our stay!

We would've preferred a regular tea kettle in our room instead of the coffee tea machine thing, but we're really nitpicking now!

Great location, wonderful view, nice clean room, and a our French host Liddy was very warm, welcoming and friendly.

Thin walls so you and other guests could hear each other, moving around, talking...so one did not feel totally relaxed. Breakfast was low par, limited options....not great if you are a vegetarian. However, it is advised that you tell your host upon arrival of any dietary requirements you have so these can be catered for.

The room was very comfortable, good size, with a great view. The owner greeted us warmly, showed us to our room and explained all the details we had to know (breakfast, locking the front door, etc). The location is wonderful , right off the Sky Loop Road with amazing views of the bay not far from Clifden. We had a great breakfast the next morning before continuing our trip.

This was the most incredible location we stayed in during our journey along a section of the Wild Atlantic Way. The road to it, and the view from the room, is absolutely beautiful. Lydie was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable with everything we could need. Breakfast was delicious, and included a selection of homemade jams and spreads to sample - so good! Clifden itself is a short drive away, with several options for dinner, and the property itself is on the famous Sky Road loop, which you must drive around - we drove up to the viewpoint at sunset on our way back from dinner, and it was absolutely magnificent! A very memorable stay, highly recommended. Thank you Lydie! 😊

The location is outstanding, we had a beautiful outlook over the water. The b and b is easily accessible to the township of Clifden. The hostess Lidi is very charming and helpful. We took on so many of her recommendations for site seeing in areas less traveled. We enjoyed the breakfast with pancakes that were the best in Ireland.

We woke early due to light penetrating through the curtains. While they were nice heavy curtains, a block out lining would help. Locals are probably used to the early light.

The location was superb; close to town but also having views unto beautiful estuary; our hosts were friendly and welcoming. The room was was light with great views; it was an adequate size and well furnished. The bathroom was quite small but everything worked. Breakfast was good. It was certainly good value for money

A bit more space in room perhaps with more sitting space..but overall nothing really to complain about

Received a lovely welcome and check in experience with hostess Lydie, and she included very helpful tips for navigating the area. Very spacious, comfortable room and stellar views over the lake. Easy access to downtown Clifden and Sky Road. Lovely stay, including breakfast the next morning. The pancakes are wonderful!

Lidie (our host) was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area, with excellent recommendations on where to have dinner and what to see the next day. Room and bed were very good, in an excellent, picturesque location just outside Clifden. A very good breakfast had the next morning. A definite recommendation to stay on west coast of Ireland.
