The stay was incredible. Rosie and Brendan were the nicest people and go above and beyond to make you comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and Rosie hosted us with such kindness. The place is really nice, clean and it feels like home. It is located in a very nice area and very close to Westport centre, which is great (we travelled by car). The breakfast was also amazing, with multiple choices of homecooked meals. It was a great stay - we're definitely coming back when the weather is better :D

Brendan was lovely to deal with! Tessie the dog is very good. Breakfast was great, bed was good. Area is quiet, not super close to town so you'll want a car. Very clean!

About the only complaint I have is that the door isn't very well sealed so you hear everything going on in the rest of the BnB. I had to wear ear plugs and the hubby got woken up several times. However, if you're not a light sleeper you'll probably be okay. Pillows were pretty hard but I am finding that to be an issue at every place in Ireland so it could just be me! They were better than some we've had.

Very comfortable and clean room with plenty of tea and coffee. Lovely ensuite and shower. Brendan and Rosie made up a sofa bed in the room as a twin room wasn't available for myself and my cousin (at the time of booking),and this was comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, and it was very well cooked and tasty.

It was a little too far to walk into Westport,so a car is needed,but it was fairly easy to park there.

Brendan and Rosie were incredibly thoughtful hosts - even going so far as to pick up cream for my husband's coffee on our second day which really was above and beyond. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a particularly nice bathroom. Ireland is an expensive place to be a tourist and Greenside is very good value for the price, and while this means it is outside of town, it really is a quick drive into Westport and we found it cheap and easy to park there for the day and return to our bnb at night.

Perfect stay in a wonderful place. Beautiful house, warm, clean and comfortable. The host welcomed us very kindly and we had a lovely stay in the rooms upstairs. The house is spotless clean, nicely decorated and very quiet. Good views over the golf club. We loved the bathrooms, showers, tea and coffee making facilities, bed linen and floor carpets. Breakfast was tasty, home cooked and with good choices for everyone. Books and magazines available and large closets. Couldn't be better!

Lovely house a short drive from Westport Center. Great launching point for scenic drives. You’ll be greeted by Tessie, the sweet black lab. The room with bathroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was excellent. Brendan and Rosie provide excellent service. We stayed 2 nights, but wished we had an extra day to bike part of the no car-Great Western Greenway. A great place if you are planning on climbing Croagh Patrick. We could see it from our bedroom window. The bedroom and ensuite was spotless. We loved the sweets and fresh water. Beds comfortable, blackout curtains also made for a great nights sleep. The breakfast was lovely and would recommend to anyone visiting Westport and surrounding area.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights to explore Westport and surrounding areas. Easy to get to from the town and easy to explore from. Nice size room with lovely bathroom. Hearty breakfast! Thank you to Brendan and Rosie.

The room was warm but Brendan sorted us out with a fan which made it much more comfortable.

Greenside B&B offered a comfortable and relaxing room to stay which what me and my friends needed after climbing the Croagh Patrick. It has beautiful and very clean shower/toilet. Excellent view of the mountains. The hosts are very nice and hospitable. They gave us hearty breakfast. Good value for money.

The property is set on a hillside with lovely views over the golf course to the mountain Croagh Patrick. The instructions to reach the property were clear and useful, thank you. After parking on the driveway we were greeted in the porch by the hosts' (friendly) dog, who then started barking, which alerted the host. There are also two lovely cats which also roam around the property. There is a shoe rack in the hall for any muddy/sandy/wet shoes, so as to protect the lovely staircase, and room, carpets. That is fine with us, as we always remove our shoes at home, too. The property was immaculate, and beautifully furnished 🙂. Our room was upstairs with a wonderful view. It was very spacious, with table and chairs, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The bathroom was lovely, and the shower hot and powerful. There were numerous cooked breakfast options in the morning, including omelettes and the full fry up, plus fruit, toast, yogurts and cereal.

The barking dog "barrier" in the porch was a bit disconcerting until the owner came to the front door - we pulled the sliding porch door shut between the dog and us outside, just in case. Whilst the overall area is wonderfully quiet, sound inside the property seems to travel via the walls i.e. we could hear coughing and the rumble of voices from the room below during the evening, and again in the morning.
