The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff in the bar were very friendly and helpful, the food was exceptional, I didn't use the spa. We were at the hotel for a wedding.

There should be more disabled parking spaces, and the ramp into the hotel needs better signage.

Breakfast is amazing. Produce is of a very high quality and cooked really well. Room 507 is AMAZING! Huge room, huge bed, huge bathroom with jacuzzi. Staff were so nice and friendly Spa so relaxing

We had to leave at 7.15am on the morning of check, it would have been great if we had access to the continental breakfast or a small hamper to take with us. Dinner at the Bar offers no pasta dishes after 5pm or no meal with vegetables and potatoes. However, food still nice.

Maybe some more decorative items in the public areas like more throw cushions on all those sofas and decorative touches , more local lighting Live plants in the lobby in key areas The conservatory needed some updating and the patio outside power washed due to it being a smoking area Older people tend to like real newspapers so that would have been a nice touch as many of the guests were of that generation Some weeds in the inter building courtyards Better quality bathroom amenities and more towels Tv stand in room 109 needed moved to the right as pictures were covered Artwork in the bathroom left wall needed Room was almost too warm but I guess I should have turned off the heater Few ceiling lights out in the guest corridors on all levels

The staff were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond and were extremely personable, proffessional and friendly. They seem excited to welcome guests and help in whatever way they can. They even had no problem that we were running late to checkout and suggest a lovely beach to visit nearby. Our room was massive, the spa bath was amazing, the room was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. The views from the hotel, particularly the bar were epic. The spa was great and the staff were exellent and had all the facilities you would expect. Honestly we were sad to leave. We will definetely visit again!

Large comfy room with shower and jacuzzi bath. I had a massage and it was exceptionally good.The food in the restaurant and in the bar was excellent and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to assist. The hotel is in a great location in Westport.

Some features in the Spa were not open for some reason (e.g. tropical rainforest) and the pool could have been a tad warmer. The lifts were not cleaned during our stay which was disappointing. No fridge in the bedroom.

It is beautiful and located ontop of a slight hill so you can see far and wide. I loved the look of the building, grounds, and also the entire hotel inside and out. I will most definitely stay there again.

I had gone to the restaurant across from the bar early one morning and asked for a Coke and the person working the restaurant, a gentleman, would not go get me a Coke from the bar because it was not opened yet when all he had to do was walk across the hall and grab me one. I had done this the previous morning and the woman who helped me in the restaurant was willing to go into the bar, even though it was closed, and get me a coke and charge it to my room.

Breakfast was lovely. Great selection, food served hot and very tasty. Room was massive and very clean. I loved the sun room in the hotel. Ordered the burger one night was one of the best burgers I have ever had. Staff very friendly.

Beautiful spa but the water in the pool could be heated more. Great steam rooms available. At breakfast scrambled eggs not very good, however rest of breakfast was lovely.

Everything. Location is great. Views are stunning, facilities are amazing, food is awesome and our Bedroom suite was stunning. Gardens are lovely, staff are helpful and kind. Price was really decent for the suite we booked.

They need better quality toilet paper. I've never had such thin paper in a hotel before. It was super cheap quality. The heat in the lift next to reception is unbearable, there must be a way to cool it.....we dreaded getting in it! Lastly, the option for a couple extra pillows would be nice.

Fabulous hotel, great staff at reception and in the bar. The room i booked was wonderful and location to Westport was perfect. Will definitely be back.

The staff i dealt with at breakfast time could be better, they seemed not very happy or welcoming to us and when i got my hot breakfast it already had been put on another person's table and when i spoke with staff member involved, she let out a big sigh/huff and marched away with the plate and didn't apologise for mix up when she returned with it.

We were greated by the lovely reception staff. Our room was fabulous. We had an enjoyable drink at the bar but unfortunately when we decided to eat in the dining room the staff was rude to us and we had to return our main course which cold and the steak was not what my husband asked for. But overall a lovely experience.
