Westport is beautiful. Everything about the area is fantastic. Hotel food and staff excellent. You need a car to get around.

The parking is dreadful in the hotel very disappointed, would not use this hotel for this reason going forward. Especially after driving 3.5 hours to get there. The stress of wondering if the car safe is not worth it. Notice up for parents to keep kids under control, especially in dining rooms, would certainly be a good policy, children running around where you have hot food and no respect for other guests in the hotel. This is heath and safety. Dining times for parents and children could be 6.30 to 7.30 and adults only 7.30pm and after, It's not the children's fault. it's the parents. Parents can't just seem to correct kids anymore.. As a result, the holiday was not a relaxing few days away at a cost of €1.000 plus.

We came for 2 nights & loved every bit of it. Comfortable lobby, with squashy sofas to people watch with a cup of tea or a glass of wine Staff were really lovely, attentive & professional. Our room on floor 4 was outstanding, great views over the coast. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our mini bottles of wine, chocolates and cupcakes were a lovely touch. We had dinner in the LuSeas Rooftop restaurant on the 1st night - stunning food & service. We had dinner on the 2nd night in the hotel bar/restaurant. It was the best roast beef dinner either of us had ever eaten! We can not wait to return. We arrived tired, worn out & a little frazzled as life can sometimes do & left feeling calm, refreshed and happy ... Cannot say more than other than thank you 😊

Great staff in restaurant- shout out to Conor who was attentive and friendly at breakfast. Location really good with fantastic views of Clew Bay and Croak Patrick. Quality breakfast with excellent choices. Upgraded to a king size bed harbour view which was really spacious with comfortable bed. Lovely touches on arrival of chocolates, cup cakes and wine.

Parking agony! Ok if you don’t have an expensive car I suppose! Cleanliness of bathroom really poor and let this hotel down. Floor dirty with stains by the bin, grout in shower orange when it should be white just needs a proper clean with some decent cleaner! Grout at shower tray black marks and scruffy by the door. Door tatty with paint pealing. Hand lotion dispenser brown when should be white ended up taking it off and cleaning it with tissues- shouldn’t need to do this ! Shower heads need good scrub invest in some Viakal! Or baking soda- basic cleaning which should be done when guests are paying for decent standard of cleanliness! Scuff marks on walls - just clean them! Little things make a big difference to first impressions!

Just stunning! Welcoming staff, beautifully decorated and gorgeous rooms with the added bonus of use of the swimming pool and spa facilities. Meals in the coast bar were delicious and very good value for money. Breakfast had everything you could want and more. Views of the harbour are amazing! Will definitely come again.

We loved everything! Only issue is that the car park spaces are a bit tight and take a bit of manoeuvring to get into some of the spaces.

A great hotel.should be 5 star. Perfect location with lots of cafes and shops nearby..taxi to westport village just 5 mins and 10 euros. Spa area fabulous. Many thanks to dawn. Robert at reception was extremely helpful and professional. Room's comfy beds comfy..restaurant had a great atmosphere and great food. Breakfast on the 4th floor was exceptional with great service and views

Would have liked slippers in the room. A magnifying mirror in the bathroom would have been very helpful

Great location and restaurants. Very busy at Easter but the staff gave great service.

Fell down on the small things. The toilet paper was the worst I have ever experienced (and I have never mentioned toilet paper before in hundreds of reviews) Why spend a fortune on fantastic renovations and then supply half sheets that were not even finger proof. Signage to the pool was totally confusing and the lifts had a single button on each floor so getting one going the right way was a lottery. Spoilt what could have been a 10 experience.

Excellent in every way. The staff were outstandingly friendly, kind and helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, food delicious, beautiful setting. Spa was beautiful and the treatments excellent. Again, the staff here were exceptional! I highly recommend it. The restaurant was beautiful and the views amazing. A very short drive to the centre of the town.

We were on the the third floor, beneath the restaurant kitchens - the soundproofing could be improved. Not a major thing & did not impact our enjoyment of our stay at all!

We stayed in the balcony room. The room was stunning, complimentary wine and cupcakes, such a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable and the shower was absolutely lovely. The staff in both reception and the spa were exceptional, very kind and helpful. The spa was breathtaking and perfect for relaxing and giving yourself a little treat. We got the mud baths. The staff were so lovely and knowledgeable explained the benefits. I will 100% be visiting again. Couldn’t recommend enough

Loved everything

Superb location. Beautiful rooms. Fabulous SPA facilities. Lovely friendly and efficient employees. Fabulous hotel in a stunning location with great facilities. Wonderful breakfast served on the top floor with a stunning view across the bay. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to family and friends.

Slight confusion when booking. We paid extra for free parking and wifi. But when we arrived at the hotel the wifi was free for all (unsecured) and the car park was free.

Great location, right by the water. Spectacular views (especially from the breakfast/dinner room) and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with modern decor that made the stay feel fresh and inviting. Breakfast excellent, evening meal exceptionally good. With the dinner included – great choice and good value! Undercover parking onsite (if not – there were plenty spots available in the front of the hotel).

Car park is constantly full and a bit tight to get in.
