The room was ideal with a dedicated work station area that suited my needs as having to work online. The breakfast choices are fantastic and the team are really organised. The bar food is excellent and with access to the pool and gym there is very little reason to leave the hotel.

Some noise from construction in area and road noise might annoy some people and if so request a room at the rear. We liked to look out and any road noise is silenced when windows are closed. This is not a fault of the hotel just a good sign of improvements being made to letterkenny itself.

This large hotel had a great range of amenities including a pool, gym, bar and restaurant, room service as well. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were given an upgrade to an executive suite as (I presume) we’d had to wait a small while for our room. This suite was ver6 spacious with a large king size bed, wardrobe, two armchairs and table, writing desk and chair, as well as two seater couch, chair and coffee table.

Our room, no 152, was directly opposite some big floodlights that lit up the building and rear car park and the curtains did not block out enough light to facilitate good sleep.

Amazing hotel, lovely rooms that are a decent size and the bathrooms are quite spacious as well. Beds are very comfortable and quite big. Staff are always very polite. The hotel is always clean and tidy and the rooms are very clean. Very accommodating for very short notice, as we were originally staying at a different hotel but we were very disappointed and within 45 minutes we were booked in and in our room at Clanree, didnt expect to get a double bed with it being such short notice but was very happy that we did. Not the best location for scenery but very close to shops, restaurants and Petrol stations. Also a Petrol Station across the road is open 24/7.

Food was exceptional - steak was cooked to mine and my partners preference. We ordered starter main and desert truly couldn't eat another thing the rest of the evening we were that full due to the very generous portion sizes. Room was immaculate throughout, bathroom was so clean you could have ate your dinner from the floor. Beds were luxurious, lighting was good you could have it very bright, dull and anywhere in between. Generous room sizes to we have stayed in each kind of room available and all were very spacious and layed out lovely. No bar noise could be heard and we were on the first floor so we were impressed. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Leisure facilities were included in the stay at no extra cost. Breakfast the next morning was a lovely buffet style with lots of choice. Looking forward to our next few stays!

We had a bit of a damp smell in the room like something has been spilled or a leak and the hall beside our room was being painted which was very strong smelling but was fine once in the room. We were there when a wedding was on and the music actually got louder after 12am and then music and noise for the wedding party went on until after 5 am really difficult to sleep especially having two young children with us we ended up having a really unsettled night.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights to attend a wedding. This hotel is exceptional. It is clean and beautifully furnished. The staff are amazing. I could find no faults with this hotel. It is a fantastic venue for a wedding. The food at the wedding was beautiful and very well presented. Served quickly by friendly, professional staff. Breakfast on both days was lovely too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff throughout the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect

The starters at breakfast were very tasty and refreshing . Very helpful staff . Nice wheaten bread The room was tidy and comfortable and the walkin shower was much appreciated by my wfe. Very quiet

We had breakfat both mornings about 9.00am. Although the plate was very hot the food could have been hotter as it was cold before you had it eaten. The executive double bedroom was very 'cluttered' A computer table ,a round table 2 light stands and only ONE sorft chair in a double room

Mainly the noise. An old ill fitting room door and paper thin walls meant we couldn't avoid other guests conversations etc. One night there was a wedding reception with loud music, which meant I barely slept until 1am! When I mentioned it at checkout the following morning I got a half hearted apology. The bathroom is in need of modernisation.

The room was so spacious and had a bath and shower which I thoroughly enjoyed, alongside the nice complimentary products given in the bathroom. A few chocolates in the room, to have before bedtime really was a treat. Loved that you had the delicious mcgettigans on the ground floor of hotel so no need to leave for food, the spa facilities and pool were the icing on the cake. Thanks for a special stay and I look forward to staying with you in the future.

We had a nice meal and breakfast. We enjoyed the music too. Nice clean pool and sauna. Very helpful staff.

Rooms at the front had quite a bit of traffic noise in the evening and obviously not a wonderful view. However, it was ok for us staying just for a couple of nights. Location was a bit further away from Letterkenny town centre than we thought. Nice to have a late check out. Just one thing to note in the ladies changing room, there were several drain covers missing which, although covered by a thick plastic non-slip mat, could possibly have caused a twisted ankle.
