I liked everything about the hotel. Rooms were modern and clean and beds were lovely. Food was beautiful and the reasonably priced. We sat by the fire both nights and had our dinner,dessert,cocktails and teas and coffees so we spent a fortune but we really enjoyed ourselves. It was a big deal that there was a baby pool and that was one of the main reasons we booked here. We will definitely be back ! It's close enough to tropical world like 10-15mins away and we done the wild ireland to that's about 30 mins away.

I was told on the phone that I would have 2 pay the full amount for both nights fir my little girls breakfast who is turning 4 next week! Most hotels do free breakfast under a certain age. I thought this was unexceptional as she ate a round of toast and a glass of milk the first day and the second day she just ate a sausage and a few spoonfuls of beans of my plate. It made me feel very uncomfortable having to explain that my child is 3 and does not eat alot which everyone knows what kids are like at that age. Kids should dine for free for at least the breakfast under 5.

The bedroom was spacious and cosy, and our requirements were met for where I asked for the bedroom to be situated. Pool was great 😃

A little thing that did annoy me was the cleaner/ housekeeping knocked on the bedroom door twice on the morning of check out. At about 10:30am & again at 11.30am. our checkout time wasn't until 12, so I felt I was being rushed a little to leave the room so it could be cleaned. And with a baby with us it's not easy getting up, ready and out early.

We had to leave at half 7 so couldn’t get hot food for breakfast but we’re still looking full price, when we only getting toast and cereal, which is available from 7-7.30. This needs reviewed and price decreased for not getting hot breakfast.

Beds very comfortable and the hotel was very clean and comfortable .

Modern bar staff can’t seem to multitask. An acknowledgement though that they see you and will be taking my order in a minute would be good. The blind stare perfected by all of the bar staff . Would hate to see it if the bar was busy . One of the receptionist was the same . First encounter we put down to her being at the end of a long shift maybe but she was as grumpy the following morning

Place is beautiful, food was excellent, staff at reception were helpful and friendly . Great location and parking .

The leisure facility needs updated lockers and no sign or info regarding needing €2 coins for lockers ! Felt stressed trying to find a working locker as most were broken or didn’t have a key with a wrist band attached so nowhere to safe hold my key when swimming. Staff at leisure centre were unhelpful and had to join the queue again to ask for change for lockers , which I should’ve been advised about when I first spoke to them and requested towels before entering the changing room . Maybe put some notices up at reception and some info in rooms so we can take necessary coins with us when going to swim

This is always our stop in Letterkenny.I love the friendly atmosphere,the wonderful staff and the food and cocktails.Nothing is too much forvthis hotel+staff.It's incredibly comfortable+always spotlessly clean...and the bedrooms are much bigger than sverage.We asked to change rooms because of extreme noise next door.No problem, said the receptionist..and that was it.Smooth changeover in 10 mins.

Absolutely nothing.This is why we always go here.We have stayed the odd time in other hotels..but,this is the best..by a long shot..for all the readons I mentioned above.

The room was warm and very spacious. The beds were both doubles and were extremely comfortable. The shower was warm and the facilities were clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The toiletries provided included conditioner and body lotion, which is a nice touch. We had a huge window which meant the room was very bright.

There was no water provided in the room and there was only one set of toiletries for two people. The room we were in was a little old-fashioned and could use a bit of a refresh. There was a kind of grotty looking toilet brush in the bathroom.

The room was huge, the spa was great, the domestics were helpful and excellent.

I crunched my car against a container when the car park was full, room doors were slamming all one night.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel looked beautiful, decorated for Christmas. We travelled as a large group and everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make the gathering a very happy one for all the family

The bathroom in our double room was extremely small. And while we booked a variety of rooms, for couples, family rooms, and individuals, all the rooms although priced at different rates, were exactly the same. In many senses this wasn't appropriate, as the needs of a couple/ family/ individual occupant are quite different when on vacation. It was disappointing that the sloped entrance to the leisure facilities was constantly wet during our stay, with signs up to mark this. I had enquired prior to our stay about disabled access to the pool for my mum, and she had been looking forward to use of this, but she couldn't navigate the entrance to the facilities, because they were soaked/ slippy and on a slope. The restaurant was lovely, but quite cold, which was a bit of a shame too.

Wedding venue was lovely . Excellent dinner service .
