Everything about Dillons was excellent, room,location,parking,food,comfortable dining and breakfast areas. Staff were amazing,it's especially nice when they remember you,Dominic is a credit to your Staff. My/ our only one issue was bar manager,nice guy but could smile and be abit more pleasant, it wasn't an issue just an observation. Everything was excellent and we will be going back as no other hotel is as good as Dillons,we've tried nearly all in Lettterkenny. Thank you all for the perfect break,see you again.

I loved how friendly everyone was whilst always professional. Not a fake commercial amiabilty that is all over the world now, including Ireland. I felt like it was a home from home and sad to leave after extending a 2 night stay to 6 nights. I will definitely look to use this hotel on future visits to Ireland and will recommend it to friends and family

No residents late bar. That was a surprise as the sister hotel in Armagh has that. Of course, that is senior management policy and not the fault of excellent staff. It wasn't a problem particularly, but maybe of interest for expectations of a 4 star hotel

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable allowing us a good night's rest. The room was quiet even though it was facing the main street. The bar/dining had the most delicious food.

Not a huge issue, but the shower gel pump did not work. Once you depressed it the pump stayed down and did not pop back up to repump for additional gel. Had to manually move it up each time. We also wanted to eat breakfast and waited at the sign to be seated. Several employees walked right passed us. We never were acknowledged and after 15 min or so, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. I am also not a fan of hotels charging for parking, when some guests use their own transportation to get from destination to destination.

We absolutely loved staying in this hotel. We was booked in from Friday to Sunday January 2025 . We had great service from all the staff . Now we was on the 2nd floor , and our room attendant was absolutely brilliant. Ewelina was very very helpful. Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble. Amazing lady . We was also notified before our trip about breakfast. We saved £16 by booking early. Thank you reception for letting us know before hand . We had only a light snack on Saturday afternoon (sandwiches) in the restaurant. They were absolutely delicious. We will book again because it's very central to where we need to be . There was absolutely nothing , we loved everything about our stay

It’s within walking distance of the theatre. We had a meal before going out which was good quality and a nice breakfast next morning. Lovely staff, very nice clean room, spotless bathroom with a good shower and free car parking included made it a very good value stay.

I ordered porridge for breakfast which tasted salty. I didn’t eat it but there lots of other choices with fruit, yogurt and toast etc.

This hotel is right downtown on the main drag through town. It's a perfect location for anyone who wants to check in & then have a night out on the town. The Cottage Bar is a must & is just 2 properties down the road! The room itself was somewhat small as it was two adults with 2 single beds, but it worked just fine for what we needed. Nothing too fancy, but just what we needed for a night. Comfortable, convenient and clean. Parking garage was right behind the hotel, easily accessible.

Breakfast was a great selection. Location right in the centre of town. Close to bars and restaurants. Saying that there is no need to venture our the Dillons has everything you could want and more. Dinner was great, good selection of meals and large portions. The bar was great, nice relaxed atmosphere, great choice of drinks. The parking was easy and cheap! Great bed, and perfect pillows. The staff were exceptional. I love staying in a hotel where the staff look happy to be there. From the moment you walk in you get a real relaxed atmosphere and you feel super welcome. I can't wait to come back.

The only thing that we felt wasn't great was the breakfast,overdone,not very warm,fried eggs were like rubber,was disappointing,but I will say breakfast was served to 10.30,we didn't go down to about 10.10 am,so we were prob getting the tail end of everything,but thought they might at least have cooked us fresh fried eggs,as for everything else,it was fantastic, very comfortable bed,spotlessly clean rooms,brilliant entertainment in gge hotel, loved it,location,so handy to everything 😀

Nice hotel right in the middle of town. They have their own parking garage right behind the hotel and the cost is 5 Euros per 24 hours. Restaurant and bar were very nice with good menu choices. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Pillows on the bed were quite large and firm. I asked if there were any softer pillows or feather pillows available and they said no, so I had a stiff neck in the mornings. My wife threw hers on the floor and slept without one. My main complaint was that when we paid for dinner the waitress pressed the button on the credit card reader for US Dollars instead of Euros without asking me, and when I complained about that she said "Oh that is the best deal for you" which is absolutely not true. Not only do you get a worse exchange rate than the bank, but it added another 3.5% charge. It wasn't a lot of money, but I was quite displeased.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were outstanding—always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. The rooms were very comfortable and impeccably clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay with top-notch service and an unbeatable location. Sorry to the bar staff who we kept up late, we had so much fun though.
