Beautifully decorated for Christmas on a great location Lovely breakfast buffet with lots of well presented choices. Bar good very nice though we were charged for bread we got but didn’t order or didn’t eat

We arrived at 2.30 and tried to check in though we did know check in was 3 pm. Come 3 pm there was a queue OUT THE DOOR of people trying to check in with slow reception staff. Obviously they have a policy of accommodating no-early check in whatsoever which Leads to overload of work and pressure on reception staff and frustration on guests waiting in a long queue Also Our room had a discarded child’s vest behind the kettle from The previous guests. Was off putting

Wow! That's all I can say, booked a family room WOW! massive main bed along with an archway into a 2nd bedroom with 2 singles in it! Great for having space with the kids. Air Con was fantastic kept the room cool, rainfall shower, bluetooth bathroom mirror(Who knew they made these things?) massive TV with smart applications not just freeview! Breakfast had a good variety from cooked, to fresh fruit etc and never seemed overly busy. The attached leisure centre and pool access was great and made good use of during our stay! Location was very good with the "Out of town" style shops very handy and the main town centre a short 5 min drive away. My 12 year old said it's the best hotel he's ever stayed at! That's good enough for me!

Honestly we had no issues with anything, loved our stay and will be back!

We stayed in a superior family room. Had loads of space for the 4 of us beds are super comfy. I really liked the room we stayed in as the 2 kids beds were in a separate little bit to the main bedroom. So they had their own space as did we. Breakfast was super, plenty to choose from and really tasty. All the staff are very welcoming and really friendly. This was our 2nd time staying, first time was without the kids and this time with the children, we will definitely be back. Really handy to all the shops and the century complex which had loads to do in it aswell. Can't wait to come back.

The only minor issue I had was that I found the pool to be a bit chilly when we used it.

The outside looks awful but inside is absolutely gorgeous. Good location with plenty of shopping around and a cinema and close to major roads for exploring. Friendly staff who helped me to plan my stay with my kids. That really helped. Breakfast was great, plenty to eat and lots of variety. We ate both nights in the Restaurant and the staff were great with my kids. Food was good and reasonably priced. Would have loved a deal with dinner included. A lot of money for a single parent but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Pool (sauna and steam room) was clean and the staff were attentive at all times. It was a special few days as my little daughter just lost a school friend and it was my son's birthday so we were trying to get away for a change of scenery.

There was no Hotel Info in the room. I would have liked some sort of Hotel Book that states breakfast times and restaurant times and also pool times and who can go in the pool, ages etc as I have two kids who are 15 and 9. I wasn't sure if they could go in by themselves. A book with local attractions. I had to Google everything.

I couldn't fault a thing during my stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic—extremely attentive and always on hand to help. The hotel was spotless, with staff constantly cleaning to maintain the highest standards. I even noticed a young girl meticulously cleaning the door jamb leading into the main kitchen, which speaks volumes about their commitment to cleanliness. Every part of the hotel—from the rooms and hallways to the swimming pool and reception—was immaculate. The food was fantastic, adding to an already outstanding experience. If every hotel in Ireland maintained the same high standards as this one, I'd certainly be booking getaways more often! Highly recommended.

You could not find a fault if you tried

The housekeepers knocked at the door about 5 minutes to checking out and we asked them to give us about 20 minutes to be fully prepared and ensure we don't miss items when packing..They came again barely 10minutes later and we had to rush in bathing and making preparations for checking out. While I understand they were in a rush to complete their tasks on that wing I would have expected them to be a bit patient with us. Generally people do not always check in at exactly 3 pm as required and.so I thought just 20 minutes after checking out would not make much difference.

Front of house staff were very welcoming and friendly. Michaela in particular was very welcoming and accommodated our requests throughout our stay celebrating my wife's birthday. The facilities in all were superb and modern. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool and sauna area were also great. Breakfast buffet had a decent choice of savoury and sweet food. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by retail shops and supermarkets and only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre.

The bathroom could have been better maintained, the edges of the baths glass partition and silicone side had signs of black mould. The water pressure in the bath was rather disappointing in comparison with an average bath.

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my brother's 60th birthday.The hotel was really lovely staff were very attentive and cheerful the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas so warm and cosy in the lobby area and the bar. breakfast was very nice good variety of food choice The only downside to our stay was our bedroom was very cold especially at night and we couldn't get the heating on not sure if it's set times throughout the hotel bed was lovely and comfy and the blackout blinds were great we had a fantastic stay apart from the room being cold no other fault could we find

Room was great....so comfortable and clean...

Staff in restaurant looked like they didn't want to be there.. I mentioned that we were gluten and dairy free when booking and when checking in... At dinner options contained either wheat or dairy... When it came to dessert all that was available was a fruit salad.... I've stayed in many hotels,and they were much better catered for diary needs... I was given a regular roll with my soup even though I'd said I was gluten free... We had 3 different people waiting our table,which was a bit odd.... Options for breakfast were limited too ,when you have dietary requirements...

Stunning hotel, rooms were spotless, spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Tea and coffee facilities, ironing board and iron, seating area, dressing table and a large tv. We had a double bed that was very comfortable and could definitely sleep 3. Rooms were excellent, bathroom had a bath and a shower. Staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold options, food was piping hot and freshly prepared there is something for everyone to suit all tastes. Location is excellent, close to the town centre, opposite and large retail park with plenty of variety of shops. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.
