I liked everything about the hotel. Rooms were modern and clean and beds were lovely. Food was beautiful and the reasonably priced. We sat by the fire both nights and had our dinner,dessert,cocktails and teas and coffees so we spent a fortune but we really enjoyed ourselves. It was a big deal that there was a baby pool and that was one of the main reasons we booked here. We will definitely be back ! It's close enough to tropical world like 10-15mins away and we done the wild ireland to that's about 30 mins away.

I was told on the phone that I would have 2 pay the full amount for both nights fir my little girls breakfast who is turning 4 next week! Most hotels do free breakfast under a certain age. I thought this was unexceptional as she ate a round of toast and a glass of milk the first day and the second day she just ate a sausage and a few spoonfuls of beans of my plate. It made me feel very uncomfortable having to explain that my child is 3 and does not eat alot which everyone knows what kids are like at that age. Kids should dine for free for at least the breakfast under 5.

The bedroom was spacious and cosy, and our requirements were met for where I asked for the bedroom to be situated. Pool was great 😃

A little thing that did annoy me was the cleaner/ housekeeping knocked on the bedroom door twice on the morning of check out. At about 10:30am & again at 11.30am. our checkout time wasn't until 12, so I felt I was being rushed a little to leave the room so it could be cleaned. And with a baby with us it's not easy getting up, ready and out early.

We had to leave at half 7 so couldn’t get hot food for breakfast but we’re still looking full price, when we only getting toast and cereal, which is available from 7-7.30. This needs reviewed and price decreased for not getting hot breakfast.

Beds very comfortable and the hotel was very clean and comfortable .

Modern bar staff can’t seem to multitask. An acknowledgement though that they see you and will be taking my order in a minute would be good. The blind stare perfected by all of the bar staff . Would hate to see it if the bar was busy . One of the receptionist was the same . First encounter we put down to her being at the end of a long shift maybe but she was as grumpy the following morning

I was attending my brothers wedding. Yes I am one of the many guest who where coeliac /gluten dairy intolerant, any chefs nightmare. I have to say I got a fabulous meal starter main and desert and it wasn't all fruit sald. Maybe consider us when you are serving the buffets aswell when arriving and the night time as there was no food for us.

I was there for a wedding on 12th july, the heat was brutal in the room the wedding was in and I feel like they could at least open doors to let some kind of breeze come through. The bedroom I got was the old style so there was no air-conditioning, though my brother did get a room with air-conditioning...I do realise it takes time to renew all rooms, so hopefully my next stay will be better.

Easy to access, good location, comfortable and good food

Reception staff were great and friendly. Restaurant however was slow service for evening dinner. Would take your food order and didn’t ask us if we wanted a drink. Food was quick coming but you were left waiting for taking orders and if you did order drinks. Bare in mind this is during the week and not too busy. People beside us that came in left again as didn’t get attended to while we got a meal and staff still didn’t notice until collected their menus. This did seem a bit better on night 2.

Place is beautiful, food was excellent, staff at reception were helpful and friendly . Great location and parking .

The leisure facility needs updated lockers and no sign or info regarding needing €2 coins for lockers ! Felt stressed trying to find a working locker as most were broken or didn’t have a key with a wrist band attached so nowhere to safe hold my key when swimming. Staff at leisure centre were unhelpful and had to join the queue again to ask for change for lockers , which I should’ve been advised about when I first spoke to them and requested towels before entering the changing room . Maybe put some notices up at reception and some info in rooms so we can take necessary coins with us when going to swim

Excellent leisure centre, great food, staff are friendly and accommodating Room was clean, bed comfortable, good shower, toiletries provided Tea and coffee making facilities in room

No airconditioning Corridor outside the room has motion sensitive lighting which switches on and off constantly and can been seen under the door - very irritating when trying to sleep Must buy a swimcap for 3 euros to swim in pool It's a bit of a walk into town Breakfast costs 14 euros No minibar in the room

This is always our stop in Letterkenny.I love the friendly atmosphere,the wonderful staff and the food and cocktails.Nothing is too much forvthis hotel+staff.It's incredibly comfortable+always spotlessly clean...and the bedrooms are much bigger than sverage.We asked to change rooms because of extreme noise next door.No problem, said the receptionist..and that was it.Smooth changeover in 10 mins.

Absolutely nothing.This is why we always go here.We have stayed the odd time in other hotels..but,this is the best..by a long shot..for all the readons I mentioned above.

The room was warm and very spacious. The beds were both doubles and were extremely comfortable. The shower was warm and the facilities were clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The toiletries provided included conditioner and body lotion, which is a nice touch. We had a huge window which meant the room was very bright.

There was no water provided in the room and there was only one set of toiletries for two people. The room we were in was a little old-fashioned and could use a bit of a refresh. There was a kind of grotty looking toilet brush in the bathroom.
