Great location for exploring sligo and north mayo. Bar food was lovely as was breakfast. Great facilities in hotel and around the area. Spacious family room Staff at breakfast were exceptional.

Very warm & stuffy in bedrooms and no air con. Windows dont open wide. Have stayed here several times and it is the same in all rooms i have stayed in. Also there was an issue with the room we were given (missing a bed) but girl at reception sorted it quickly. Service in bar for both food & drinks is a bit slow every time I've stayed

Room was amazing !! Especially loved the bathroom !! Loves that the shampoo , conditioner and body wash was all separate..and the body lotion was a nice touch 👌.. hotel is stunning and the cleanliness is another level 😍 breakfast was divine and had dinner in the coral restaurant which was out of this world

There could be lighting around the mirrors in the bedroom...as a woman it was hard to do the make up. The food in the coral restaurant was amazing but I had to wait ages for service and in the end I had to walk to the bar and find a waiter to come take my service .. during the meal then there was no table service so the option of wanting another drink or anything else was not worth the search of another waiter.. relaxed in the seating area outside the bar and waiters told me if I wanted a drink I had to go in myself and get the drink .. little bit annoying considering the staff would be out and around cleaning off the table off food and such ..

We stayed at the Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone from the 21st to the 22nd of June 2025 in a family room, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The room was very spacious and well-suited for a family stay—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also really enjoyed the food; the quality and variety on offer were excellent, and mealtimes were a highlight of the stay.

While the hotel is on the pricier side, the service and facilities largely justify the cost. If you’re looking for a comfortable and well-run hotel in the area, I would definitely recommend the Diamond Coast Hotel

The staff are what makes this hotel which is the most important component of any hotel. It's the staff that bring you back and we will definitely be returning From the very helpful receptionist, to the chatty friendly bar staff to the lovely duty manager Brigid who went around everyone at breakfast asking them how was their stay. The beautiful room we got, to the chocolates and card left for the birthday boy, to the delicious dinner we comsumed only added to the fantastic stay we had. It's the details that make the difference and they are getting it right We will be back

I suppose the only thing we missed was a gym but the beach beside the hotel makes for a great workout

The room was a generous size, the kids loved the bunk beds and the fact they had their own television. They also love the game zone. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The pasta i ordered in the bar was inedible. I orders the beed ragu and it looked like stew fired on top of pasta. Extremely disappointed. The floor in the kids club was absolutely filthy, there were small screws lying around and my 1 year old kept reaching for them. If you have a couple of kids who enjoy PlayStation, you won't be long spending money as it is €5 per child per half an hour! We spent €25 in one night along between the two kids rooms.

The hotel was very comfortable our bedroom was very spacious and immaculately clean, all staff were very hospitable and warm, the property is well located next to the stunning golf links and near the beautiful beach also an easy 15 minute walk in to Enniscrone with some lovely pubs. The breakfast was exceptional and all food hot which is not always the case with buffet style it was served in a lovely restaurant where dinner is also served, the main bar is also well appointed and spacious and although we did not eat in the hotel other than breakfast the menu looked varied and tasty.

We had no complaints.

I mistakenly booked for the wrong date ( a day earlier), but the receptionist didn't make a fuss and transferred our booking to the correct day. Thank you for that. It was a non refundable booking and the hotel would have been in the right to have insisted on a re booking fee. Breakfast was first class, a nice mix between a generous buffet and attentive table service. Good food at the restaurant in the evening. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

Fab lobby, lovely staff, nice ambience! We had 2 rooms booked but hadto cancel one as one of our party had bereavement…the hotel were extremely understanding and waived penalties and did not charge cancellation. The triple room be subsequently booked was a family room which is amazing!!! Huge room, very comfortable and ideal for family of 5/6 easily! Handsoap is also worth remarking in (I never pass heed of these things normally!!)!

Perfect gif attending a nearby wedding but gif a family wknd if you wanted to leave the hotel it’s just a wee bit out from the town. But what they mildly lack in location is more than made up for with everything else the hotel has to offer…

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very warm and comfortable Food very good and plentiful. The breakfasts were excellent. The evening Roast was fabulous We stayed 2 nights and it was a welcome post storm rest.Will be back again Thank you Diamond Coast

No 1. I thought the Knickerbocker glory desert was overpriced over 9 euro a long glass of jelly with one blue berry and a half a strawberry was the only fruit in both Knickerbocker glory deserts small amount of custard, cream, ice-cream and a lovely chocolate flake No 2. Laundry and store Room's doors left wide open all day on the lovely corridors. I thought that was unnecessary .

Excellent room, We had an extra guest staying the night at the last minute n asked if we could have an extra duvet etc Straight away they changed our room to a larger one with no extra charge . It was our daughters Confirmation and although hotel was extremely busy everything was perfect and the meal was fabulous . As always Mary is such a professional with the personal touch - she is amazing!! Also mention to Declan who handled our booking and kept checking in with us he also was a pleasure to deal with . A fantastic hotel with amazing staff
