All was very good the staff was so friendly and helpful and the food and the hotel was great too we just stayed the one night but would return to stay in the hotel again The location was very good too we went to the beach in Eniscrone nearby too

We had just one thing to say when we went to sleep that night there was a lot of noise from the floor overhead but we brought this to the attention of the receptionist on checkout Everything else was great the location the staff the food and hotel was great we were there with family and looked after us very well

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is so quiet, clean, and the staff were so friendly, right from reception, Bar & restaurant to housekeeping staff. We had a light lunch in the Bar on the Sunday, and I am a coeliac, could not believe that I could have Chicken wings, to me, this put the Twin Tree Hotel up at the top, has this not happened in many hotels? We were attending a day two at a family venue, and food was provided for us, but we will visit again. Noel & Ann Galligan

We were not sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. We had a lovely big room with really comfortable mattresses. The food in the bar was great. We had salmon and tempura battered cod, satay skewers, and dessert 🍨. Great pint of Guinness and the best Irish coffee. What made our stay the best was the staff from reception, to housekeeping, leisure centre to the bar/restaurant they were simply outstanding, we have never encountered such pleasant and helpful staff.

It was last minute plan for this trip from Dublin to Ballina as weekend get away ,myself, my spouse and my little one were enjoyed our stay and Irish traditional breakfast there. The facility is old but it is well maintained and it is Irish boutique style experience there. The river flowing right in front of the hotel is another kind of refreshment to me, really happy with our stay. what I like the most in general will be Lovely staffs and very peaceful place to stay with kid and family, the location.

There is no drinking water provided in the room, and no fridge is available as well, hence we need to go to vending machine to have the drinking water on and off Or we keep boiling water

Almost vintage style hotel. Room was spacious and comfy. Staff friendly and relaxed atmosphere overall. Bar area very pleasant for an evening drink and the pints were good, cosy. Breakfast was strong, the coffee very nice. Booked on a low cost deal so the price was good value overall. Hotels such as this should lean into the retro styling and avoid going head to head with sleek new hotels. We had a comfortable stay whilst going surfing. 4/5

For the price it was perfect. The bathroom shower is a tight one, and the doors are thin. Lighting in the room was hit and miss. But overall the experience is good.

Ample parking close to the front door. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great food in the restaurant. Room spacious and warm. Very quiet place, no noise from other guests. Breakfast buffet plentiful with loads of varieties. Decent value deal considering hotel prices nowadays.

The overall experience was a pleasant one, so I'm at pains to find fault with too much in the hotel. However, a few minor things, it's a little bit out of town, which may not suit some people. That wasn't a problem to us as we had our car. The bed, as is standard in most hotels, was a fraction too hard for my partner. The bathroom was showing signs of age in certain areas, grout in the shower somewhat discoloured in the corners, and a metal handrail which had 2 rusty screws in it. Extractor fan made an unusual noise, but eventually rectified itself

Location was great, facilities i.e. pool was fantastic. It was peaceful and quite.

Car park wasn't great not enough spaces as some were blocked off. Bedroom window could not be left open as lead out to roof where there was a pathway to the side. Pathway was quiet noisey at times. Beds were not very comfortable and room was very warm at night even though radiators were turned off and window could not be left open with nit being able to open small tip window either. Water that was provided was opened and used.

Humble 3* hotel with lovely staff. All the staff we interacted with were genuinely nice and helpful. Stayed 2 nights with kids and we felt well looked after. Leisure centre fully functional despite ongoing upgrades. Food in the Frog Restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced.

Ongoing upgrades in hotel and leisure centre might be a bit distracting but loads of signs apologising for inconveniences.
