Our stay was fantastic! Our hosts were incredibly hospitable. They really cared for us as guests. We felt right at home when we entered, and we were offered coffee and tea. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The town of Knock is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. This B&B is located just a 15 minute from the Shrine of Our Lady of Knock.
My only real complaint is that there were a few spider webs in the shower area. This didn't bother me too much though. There are also not a whole lot of options for food in the town, especially if you don't have a car.

We stayed here as a family during our pilgrimage and had a fantastic experience. The place was exceptionally clean, with fresh bed linen and towels for all of us. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the shrine, which was perfect, and there’s a supermarket close by for daily essentials. The host was absolutely lovely—welcoming us warmly with coffee and biscuits on arrival, which really made us feel at home. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting the area.

The Hosts Gerry & Elsie are fantastic people. They made us feel very welcome and we had a lot to chat about as we lived and knew people from the same area. When we arrived they made up a fresh pot of tea and some biscuits which was a very kind gesture especially after a long drive. The room was fine with an en-suite. Bedside table, Wardrobe & Chest of drawers. The bed was comfy and we slept well. The morning Breakfast was a choice of cereals and Orange juice, Fresh Coffee & Tea.Followed up with a cooked breakfast. The Location was good with a 15min walk to the Knock Shrine. It was in a quiet Location.
Only advise I'd recommend would be Black out Curtains in the Front Bedroom . Also a mirror in the Bedroom. Their was a mirror in the en-suite but it would be handy to have one in the bedroom for the ladies to fix their hair. etc.

Divine Mercy B&B was an excellent place to stay. The owners Gerry and his wife Elsie were a wonderful couple who made our stay very comfortable. They were so nice because we had one of our friends who had difficulty in walking and either Gerry or Elsie would take us to the Shrine and bring us back every time which I thought was so nice on their part. I loved staying there so much and also visiting the Shrine that I plan to go and visit them again sometime this year.
I honestly couldn't find anything wrong with our stay. The only thing we did have difficulty with was our shower. Maybe we should have been told how to use it but once we knew we got the hang of it!!

The breakfast was lovely. Like other hostels I have stayed in, the hostess was very friendly and made sure we had whatever we needed. She gave us travel advice, we took it and had such a fun day! The hostess has lived in this town for man years, so she truly loves Our Lady and loves living in Knock.
The bed room we stayed in had a few cob webs and the bathroom was in the same room. We didn't mind since there was a second bathroom down the hall, and my friend and I are not picky travelers. Otherwise, the room was perfect, clean, and comfortable.

The breakfast was hot and you got plenty of it with tea and toast. The location was ok but to walk to knock shine would be a bit far it you were an elderly person.
No paths to were we were going to.

What can I say? Whether you are an atheist or a believer, this place is great value for money , had its own charm and an extremely warm presence. Elsie and Gerry could not had done more for us , from offering to pick us up should we get stranded in neighbouring towns , to saving my phone from dying of battery ! Such wonderful people, not to mention the breakfast too! We will be back!
We loved this property as it like visiting your favourite relative. If you are looking for a modern property this isn’t for you, but if you are looking for a home from home, clean and great value for money with extremely helpful staff we couldn’t recommend more! Can’t recommend this property enough :))

Breakfast was delicious, plenty of everything. Elsie was very welcoming and friendly. She gave us coffee and brown bread on arrival. The beds were very comfortable. It was very close to Knock shrine where we were attending for the weekend.
There was just one fault, a small ledge inside the bed with a very sharp edge which unfortunately I cut my head on. The corner of ledge needs to be rounded so as to avoid any future accidents.

My whole experience staying at Divine Mercy B&B was excellent, Elsie and Gerry were so friendly and helpful, bringing me from the Airport and even taking me to the home of a friend I was visiting. Comfy bed, lovely hot water for baths, brilliant cooked breakfast and very useful tips for my visit to Knock. Thank you so much Elsie and Gerry… if I know of anyone visiting Knock I can pass on the lovely experience I had.
I cannot think of anything negative.
