You not only provided decent accommodation, but I also found God's love from within your heart.. You are like a mother to us who are on pilgrimage to Knock.. The house is beautiful, the gardens are well kept, the location is great, the owners welcoming engaging and friendly, food delicious options of a full cooked breakfast with tea coffee and toast or a continental. Parking on the grounds, quiet and private, you prob could get a bus from Ballyhaunis to the B&B but if you want to explore the wild athlantic way it might be easier by car. Ballyhaunis and Knock are the nearest places to visit (Ballyhaunis not bad for shops, a few eat out options etc). Really close to The Knock Shrine but not quite walking distance.

Great quiet location for exploring the area. The room was spacious and comfortable. Impeccably clean and well appointed. Tea, coffee, and biscuits available in the room. The bathroom looked brand new, modern, very clean, and with good lighting. Our hosts were friendly and available. Martina was especially kind and helpful. Our breakfast was perfect. Best pot of coffee ever. Off street parking was also a nice feature. Very reasonably priced for three people staying two nights with breakfast included. We hope to return again on our next trip to Ireland.

Seven Oaks B&B was just amazing.When we arrived we were welcomed in by the very friendly and cheery owner Martina. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean with all amenities. The beds , a single and large double ( maybe king size) were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate, hot shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Fresh towels every day. Breakfast was delicious, we chose a full Irish fry accompanied with tea and toast. There were also an arrangement of yoghurts, cereals, fruit and fruit juice to be had as well. This B&B was in a great location. Around 10 minutes from Knock Shrine and also close to main roads leading to the small villages and bigger towns.

Very easy to find Great location WiFi is great at the property. Martina is a fantastic host The property is immaculate inside and out The bed was like a cloud it was so comfortable The en-suite was spotless and the shower had great power Loved that there was both shampoo and conditioner as well as shower gel available in a dispenser I slept so well, I found it really quiet despite being on a reasonably busy road Martina will cook you a full Irish breakfast. Lots of others options available. Filtered coffee - this was such a win for me.

Nothing it was perfect

Seven oaks is an outstanding B&B. It is the best place to stay while visiting Co Mayo. From the moment you arrive Martina the host does everything to make your stay perfect. The accommodation is spotless, bedrooms are spacious and so comfortable and breakfast is absolutely delicious. I have stayed in Seven Oaks several times and would rate it higher than any hotel in terms of cleanliness, warm welcome and high quality breakfast. I hope to return again soon. Sincere thanks for another memorable stay Martina.

We couldn't fault a thing. Everything is perfect.

Martina, our hostess, was very easygoing and went out of her way to answer all our questions and meet our requirements. The beds were clean and comfortable and, although we had a very early flight and were to miss breakfast, she left us out enough food to help ourselves to a good continental breakfast before leaving.

It did not affect us as our stay was brief and we had a hire car, the only downside for a longer stay would have been that we would like to be a closer walking distance into town (for us old codgers at least).

The place is beautiful and easily accessible. There was ample space for parking. The host is adorable and I think overall its good value for money.

It was lacking a sink at the kitchenette. Washing the dishes was a bit tricky. There was no full irish breakfast as mentioned in some of the earlier comments but our host has amply filled the kitchenette with milk, bread, juices, fresh fruits.

Excellent value, very well looked after, cleanliness was immaculate, breakfast splendid, I would this is the best B&B we have stayed in and it scores 10/10 on everything. Without doubt this would be my 1st choice if I went to Knock again

NOTHING, it exceeded my expectations and Martina a fabulous host, I will definitely recommend this B&B to friends and family who intend to go to Knock, it was a short walk to the shops and pubs, where they served very good food.

This is possible the cleanest house I’ve ever been in. Completely spotless, fresh and very comfortable. On one of the coldest nights of the year, it was warm and cosy. Outstanding breakfast and everything was delivered with great charm and warmth.

A tiny point and a personal choice would be for bigger plates for breakfast. A great quality and well-cooked breakfast should have a larger plate to sit on. But, as I say, that’s just personal preference.
