We would highly recommend staying here. It was a beautiful place. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A delicious breakfast, with both continental breakfast items and a hot breakfast menu to order from. Located an easy 2 mile walk into city center if you want to avoid driving (which we always tried to do) with good recommendations from our host Brendan for places to eat. We would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you Doogarry House!!

There is nothing we didn’t like.

The bed was the most comfortable i have slept in a long time, the rooms are very spacious master bedrooms with a luxurious modern spacious spotless en-suite. Superb facilities provided, including wifi, and plenty of parking. Beautiful gardens, impeccably kept. It is late December now and the christmas lights everywhere made it look and feel very homely.

We ended up arriving very late and the host was very accommodating and nice about it which we appreciated. The B&B and rooms were gorgeous! Very new and clean and the beds were cozy and comfortable. They served continental breakfast as well as hot breakfast made to order which was delicious. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Friendly host. Lovely welcome. Spacious clean bedroom and en suite, kettle, tea/ coffee in room which was most welcome. Breakfast is great, cereal, fruit, yogurts, orange, apple and cranberry juice, full Irish fry tea/coffee and toast. Close to Castlebar town, nice quiet area on the outskirts of Castlebar.

This was an excellent stay. Location was close to downtown Castlebar, and our host was especially accommodating and friendly. Room was everything we needed it to be. Breakfast was lovely, and we had several options to choose from. This is a wonderful place to stay.

No issues

Everything from start to finish, Lovely house, rooms clean, beds extremely comfortable, spacious bathrooms. Lovely people running the b&b, breakfast was perfect everytime and on time, loads of choice. I'm glad we booked Doogarry House! Highly recommend, will definitely be staying again. 1st day breakfast was very good, lovely choices. 2nd morning had to have cold breakfast as the lady of house had an early medical appointment. A little disappointed,though the cold breakfast was ver y good.

Did find the mattress on our bed a little uncomfortable.

Location was fine as we had a car. May have been a bit far to walk as it rained all one day. Breakfast excellent - to accommodate all tastes. Room lovely - warm and confortable. Bathroom spotless - only drawback was lack of hooks to hang up towels (which we would have done and reused the following day if hooks were available). Plenty of toiletries etc. Dining room lovely, comfortable and spotless. Hosts were very friendly and willing to provide whatever we wanted.

Nothing - the only negative was the lack of hooks for handing towels in bathroom.

Great breakfast choice, was always offered more if we needed. Towels were changed daily, which was something we were not expecting.Everything was spotlessly clean. Perfect hosts and a great location would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

There is nothing we could say was not right. Everything was there for us. It was like home from home. Could not fault nothing.

The breakfast and additional selection was fantastic, delicious and large portions. Bridget and Brendon were lovely hosts. Very friendly and gave helpful tips for our ongoing journey.
