The hotel was so clean fresh and nicely decorated . The rooms were very modern and beds so comfortable they seem to have recently redecorated and a staff member said new mattresses were recently added to the beds and you could tell. It was always very quiet especially at night which is a bonus with kids. The staff were very polite and helpful. Food was also delicious with a great selection at breakfast.

The only thing we didn't like was on the Sunday night when we went to order food to the room, room service was not available even though it was available the Saturday night. I do understand it was Easter Sunday evening and they were busy but I just feel it should be available if it's a service they provide. However it was only something minor and wouldn't prevent me from returning.

We have been to the restaurant before and the food is always very good. Unfortunately they had run out of the roast beef and lamb. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The room was very hot. I was told that the heating was off and there was unfortunately, no air-conditioning. There was a fan and I could have a 2nd if required so reception did as much as they could do.

Breakfast was lovely very fresh and tasty.Homemade brown bread was lovely very enjoyable

I think the evening menu needs more options on it. It's the same menu we got for our two night stay my aunt of 82 didn't really want anything on it she settled for soup and dessert. No chairs at the bar to sit and relax, U felt u had to.leave the restaurant once you had your meal. The staff in the restaurant are lovely I think if menu is updated and seating for after meal to relax is added it will tick all the box's. Apart from that the hotel is top class well worth a visit to

Breakfast was delicious, there was a lot of variety and the service was great. We did not have dinner as were attending an event that would not be finished on time. The room was exceptionally comfortable with a beautiful view of greenery out the window. The bathroom facilities were great and the hotel was very warm and cosy. We really enjoyed the waiting area on the second floor with the comfortable couches.

Large bedroom and bed. Very light airy hotel. Large car park. Comfortable bed.

No air-conditioning, and the weather was hot. They supplied a small fan, but it wasn't up to the job. Our room was above the lorry delivery entrance, and delivery woke us up at 6am.

Breakfast was great although had to pay extra for coffee! Dinner was lovely (we had fish and chips and the steak burger) and the hotel managed to squeeze us in even though we hadn't booked. All staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything! Hotel and room was very clean and comfy. Free parking :D

It was a bit too hot in the room at night. Facilities-wise, if there was a gym or swimming pool/sauna etc. available then that would have been amazing!!

The menu choice and the food itself was excellent and every single member of staff that I encountered was very friendly and courteous. The hotel is kept very clean, in a nice location with lots of parking

If I had to pick one thing, it would the shower - the bi-fold door was a bit awkward, there was no handheld shower and the shower head is strangely close to the wall - but I'm being picky and it certainly wouldn't stop me from returning!

The staff are very welcoming as are all the people in Kiltimagh where my family are from. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner was excellent. It’s always lovely to visit Kiltimagh and we hope to return soon!

The room was a bit warm at night. A small fridge to store bottles of water would be a welcome addition.

Breakfast was very good. Room very good and the walk in shower excellent. Restaurant/Bar area lovely and a nice place to be in. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Fried eggs always been under the heat for a while so hard yolks and greasy. Dinner was ok but could be improved. Everything must be cooked in advance as they serve about 2 minutes after you order. Had the chowder which was nice but full of bones. Feather of beef was tough so could have been a lot better.

Breakfast was good, dining room was quiet. Bedrooms were spacious and warm. Nice modern hotel in a quiet location.

Nothing much to complain about, the only negative we had was that the waitress at breakfast time didn't approach us to see if we wanted tea or coffee, we had to go looking for her, not a big deal, but could be an improvement.
