All meal very delicious. I enjoyed the meal selections.

Not very flexible with guest meal times. As a place of worship, delays at the shrine are bound to happen and hence missing booked meal times. A bit of flexibility and liniency will add to pilgrims comfortable stay. Not turning away your guest for lateness even though food is still being served. I understand you have systems that you follow but your guest relies on meals from your Restaurant. This is feedback i got from part of my group that was turned away for dinner .

Location clean warm, good breakfast n dinner

One older staff member was a bit smart cocky we were a small 15 funeral party n she seemed paranoid that we would not pay for 4 coffee!!!

A very nice hotel with lovely warm friendly staff at the desk and in the restaurant. We loved being able to have dinner in the hotel after a long day of driving. It was very nice and fresh and generous portions. The room was very warm (we had to switch heating off), hot shower and crisp clean bedding. Very nice airy room. Free parking and right next to the Shrine if you're interested in that. I think it was quite pricey compared with other hotels on the west coast but that's probably because of its location.

I was on overnight pilgrim to Knock Shrines for Devine Mercy. Excellent location, hotel fabulous from every point of view. Friendly staff, beautiful evening meal & wonderful breakfast, exceptionally clean & fantastic shower.Everything about this hotel was 5 star rating in my eyes & will most definitely return. Reception staff were also very helpful & gave us an early check-in, which we really appreciated as we had driven down from Derry at 07.00 that morning & we were glad of a little rest before we started our pilgrimage. The whole 2 days were wonderful, thank you to everyone in Knock House Hotel who made it a very beautiful experience. Teresa Mullen

There was not one iota that we could complain about, we loved everything about this hotel.

THE HOTEL WAS LOVELY AND THE FOOD DINNER WAS LOVELY, STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND HELPFULL AND THE ROOMS WERE QUIET AND THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND WARM. THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM OR SHOWER GEL

THE BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR A HOTEL, THERE WAS NO FRUIT OR YOGURTS AVAILABLE AND THE DISHES WERE QUITE EMPTY WHEN WE ARRIVED FOR BREAKFAST, WE HAD TO REQUEST MORE FOOD

Great location. Clean tidy room with good facilities,tea coffee, biscuits in the room.

First day the breakfast didn't have much left when we came down. Lots of empty containers. Staff were a bit slow coming around with the tea and coffee. Next days we came down earlier and there was much better service and plenty off food available

Clean and situated in a beautiful area

Paid cash for our meal on first night only to be told it had been added to our account but we had already paid for it in restaurant no receipt was given from staff member seemed a bit of a drop down for us so would advise people to be very weary when eating in the hotel don’t pay in restaurant

Breakfast was very nice

We were told the restaurant was booked out. It wasn’t we drank in the foya all night and very few were seated in the restaurant. Being a chef myself I kind of coped that weren’t letting people sit in the restaurant as they had it set for breakfast really early in the evening. My father was I’ll and this was his first night away in four years our evening meal in the restaurant would have been really nice especially as there were very few people served I did keep an eye. To the staff well played on an early finsh lol

Staff were most accommodating as we asked to change our elderly relative with poor mobility to a room closer to the elevator Breakfast had a good variety of cereal and fruit and full Irish was hot and tasty

Hotel placed one of our party on the basement floor - he had poor mobility - along way away from the elevator - however staff did move client a few rooms to be near other family but there was no availability on the entrance floor which would have been more accessible I would advise travellers with members with poor mobility to ask specifically for a room on the ground floor on the same level as reception and restaurant

Location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious. Environment very pleasant and comfortable.

As paying guests we were disappointed that the hotel prioritised pilgrimage groups over us in relation to meals in the evening.
