The hotel is lovely, perfect location walking distance from the shrine and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Dinners were delicious and good value for the quality and size of portions. Nice bathroom, great closet and desk space. Modern yet cozy room with a nice view of the countryside. I will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast needs a bit of an update. Consider: - putting in a self service coffee machine that serves espresso based drinks to a high standard - fresh fruit salad or bowl of fruit (bananas, apples, oranges) - porridge station - fried and/or poached eggs in addition to scrambled Beds were comfortable but the mattress was a little too firm and a bit slouchy - time to replace.

The location is perfect for Knock shrine. The room was spotless and the beds were comfy. The shower was good and we had two good nights' sleep.

Service at breakfast was not great. Both mornings we had to ask a couple of times in order to get our tea, as did some other residents. There were plenty of staff and the dining room was half empty but they were wandering about aimlessly. Also I had emailed ahead to see if they would have soya milk and was assured they would have it. They didn't, either morning, which meant black tea and no cereal.

All meal very delicious. I enjoyed the meal selections.

Not very flexible with guest meal times. As a place of worship, delays at the shrine are bound to happen and hence missing booked meal times. A bit of flexibility and liniency will add to pilgrims comfortable stay. Not turning away your guest for lateness even though food is still being served. I understand you have systems that you follow but your guest relies on meals from your Restaurant. This is feedback i got from part of my group that was turned away for dinner .

We are on our way to Donegal from.Tralee for our holidays and thought Knock House was the ideal half way point...having stayed here many times in the past. Comfortable and clean with a lovely ambience always and good value for money Lovely music in the bar. Thank you.

No issues.We liked everything, especially the beautiful sunshine in Knock...it had rained earlier along the way.

A very nice hotel with lovely warm friendly staff at the desk and in the restaurant. We loved being able to have dinner in the hotel after a long day of driving. It was very nice and fresh and generous portions. The room was very warm (we had to switch heating off), hot shower and crisp clean bedding. Very nice airy room. Free parking and right next to the Shrine if you're interested in that. I think it was quite pricey compared with other hotels on the west coast but that's probably because of its location.

One older staff member was a bit smart cocky we were a small 15 funeral party n she seemed paranoid that we would not pay for 4 coffee!!!

I was on overnight pilgrim to Knock Shrines for Devine Mercy. Excellent location, hotel fabulous from every point of view. Friendly staff, beautiful evening meal & wonderful breakfast, exceptionally clean & fantastic shower.Everything about this hotel was 5 star rating in my eyes & will most definitely return. Reception staff were also very helpful & gave us an early check-in, which we really appreciated as we had driven down from Derry at 07.00 that morning & we were glad of a little rest before we started our pilgrimage. The whole 2 days were wonderful, thank you to everyone in Knock House Hotel who made it a very beautiful experience. Teresa Mullen

There was not one iota that we could complain about, we loved everything about this hotel.

breakfast was good

didn't was not enough for my husband. Not full small container of chips and the cod was all batter. pea mash in a baby dish and coleslaw in a tiny dish.. they only had tomato soup, not vegetable soup the time I was there. so I cancelled my dinner reservation for the following night and went to a local restaurant Cafe on the main street. prices were cheaper we even had 🍵 included.

THE HOTEL WAS LOVELY AND THE FOOD DINNER WAS LOVELY, STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND HELPFULL AND THE ROOMS WERE QUIET AND THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND WARM. THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM OR SHOWER GEL

THE BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR A HOTEL, THERE WAS NO FRUIT OR YOGURTS AVAILABLE AND THE DISHES WERE QUITE EMPTY WHEN WE ARRIVED FOR BREAKFAST, WE HAD TO REQUEST MORE FOOD
